I found this black and white polka dot confection at Nordstrom Rack. It is labeled Felina, not Paramour, but the model number 115702 is the same for both. I did not want to like this bra, but it successfully suspends my very lazy FOBs forward and outward. Sadly, it is often one cup size too small for me. A slightly taller and roomier cup would help control the jigglypuff and I would be able to wear it more often.
This is a 34:7 bra and I hover around 34:10 (34GG UK). I don't try 36 bands often enough because the straps seem so far apart. ...(I'm 5'3"and short-waisted). Strap placement and cup width could both be narrower, but they're both close enough. There is some wrinkling at the wire toward the center.The lace cup top stretches out during wear, so it doesn't look as pretty at the end of the day, but really, who does? The straps are more comfortable and substantial than I've experienced with Felina previously. The boning under the arms has started to make it presence known - not painfully - but at first I didn't even know it was there.
My current best-fitting and most comfortable bras are a 34GG Panache Envy (wrinkles at wire and slides down in front) and a 34GG Fantasie Selina (Jacqueline?) featuring a loose cup top and slightly too-wide wires. Read more 123 more words
Needed a good t-shirt bra and this one was on sale and looked like it would fit the bill. However, it seemed both too small and too large all at the same time. Gore didn't tack and seemed to be floating, yet had some gaping at the top of the cup. It might work better for FOT types. Band was very tight, but being all lace I imagine it would probably stretch out quickly.
Well made. Nice materials: soft and smooth. The lace is not scratchy. Thin foam cups with an overlay of stretch tricot and a 1" wide elasticized band of stretch lace across the top: the stretchy edge supported without gaping. A double layer on the band: pretty lace on the outside, stretch mesh on the inside, with elastic edges. The band width at the hooks is 2.3" wide: good support. 3 rows of 3 hooks. The straps are 3/4" wide, fully adjustable: might be short on a long torso or low-set. Cups are wide. Wire is OK, but a little on the short side. Better suited for a wide and shallow shape but with some projection. A plunge without being super low: nice support.
Unfortunately, the cups buckled just above the wire on me and both the straps and band were just barely long enough. I may try the next size up, in both band and cup.
Pretty bra, the band runs a bit on the smaller side and is sturdy, which I like, it feels a little more like a 30 band, the cups on the other hand run on the larger side, I think a 32C would have fit me better.
The softness of the materials is the first thing I noticed. Straps, elastic on the band and wire channel are all flocked on the inside. Straps and band feel like they provide nice support and probably won't stretch out too quickly. The underwires are very flexible and conform to your ribcage easily. Fabric is very smooth. This is such a comfortable bra! It's too bad it's the wrong shape for me. If it weren't for my crazy short (but projected) roots it would mostly fit very well; and it does (when I stand straight), but it doesn't (when I roll my shoulders forward). The straps are pretty far set (however, still comfortable), which is probably another factor causing the gape with shoulders rolled. They tend to buckle next to the strap when I do that. I ordered the Mink color, which is a beautiful rich taupe. Very classy looking. Wish I could keep it!
Like most bras on me the straps were too far apart and wrapped into my armpits. This particular bra actually caused cuts in the skin where shoulder meets chest from the strap placement. I moved the straps in in the front and no more pain or abrasions. It's also really tight, I couldn't get it to hook at all until I used an extender. Other than that I like it, it flatters my shape and is fairly comfortable.
The split-T back on this is gorgeous stretch lace! Can be a bit tricky to get on, but easy enough as long as you're able to hook it from the back.
The straps are attached to the cups at a crazy angle, as if they are directed toward the outer shoulders. Now I don't have narrow shoulders, and the Only way the cups wouldn't gape is when I moved the straps ALL the way to the edges of my shoulders. In other words, they are not sewn vertically to the cup, but at about a 30 degree angle. If you can get passed that issue, you are probably very FoT, to compensate for the Very open cup.
Seriously, look at these pictures. Ridiculous, aren't they? I ordered this in the same size as the 36G - Paramour ยป Captivate Lace (115005) that was a hair too small in the cups. So why Sofia, why are your cups so big and at the same time so shallow? And you such a beauty, it broke my heart to take you back to Kohls.
This bra is too narrow for me by less than an inch so I gently tugged on the underwire to loosen it. As a consequence, the bra is now a bit too shallow. I still wear this bra, as it fits ok.
This is a nice tshirt bra that's the wrong shape for me. The wires are too wide, and there's space in the bottom of the cup I can't fill, so this would probably be better for someone with wider/shallower boobs than mine. The 3 hooks on the back are nice! The band is stretchy and comfortable.
I really liked this plunge bra...until I realized I had been wearing the wrong size for years. So...guess it's time for me to find a better fitting plunge bra!
I mostly got this bra just to qualify for free shipping since it was on sale and I figured I would use it more as lingerie than a daily bra. When I first tried it on I thought it was a fairly decent fit. However one full day wearing it and I discovered the wires aren't a good match for me, since they stab me in the armpit. The fabric is also rather itchy. I feel like the band could be a bit loose, not to say it runs big, but I'm really torn between 30/32 bands one tends to be tight the other loose. The bra is pretty, but it doesn't give me a very rounded shape, not a bad shape just not what I'm used to. I also think the cups are a bit too tall for me, the cups fit if I have the straps quite tight, but if I loosen them much I get some wrinkling at the top of the cup near the strap.
This isn't a style of bra I would typically wear, but I was at Kohls and decided to see what they had in 32DD. I was pleasantly surprised to find this and a 32DDD on the clearance rack, that were returned from online orders. I went ahead and tried on both. This bra fit surprisingly well, although I didn't buy it since I didn't care for the look of it under a shirt. The band was a bit on the snug side, but I think it would have been alright after a few wears. I do feel like the cup fit quite well ...other than the fabric being a bit wrinkly, and I don't think that was a fit issue so much as just the thin delicate fabric at top, although it did seem to be wrinkly on just one side. I also typically have issues with IMF and the underwire sitting too low, it seemed to be good on this bra. Overall I liked the fit of this bra, but it is not a style I would wear especially since it is a bit visible under a shirt. I was mostly trying it on in hopes it would give me an idea of Paramour's fit so I could order something in a different style online and at least have a good starting point for size. If you are looking at Paramour at least in this style I would possibly recommend a larger band size if you don't want it to be really snug.

This looks really much better than the VS. You can see a difference in where the underwires are sitting underneath your boob, right in your IMF. The wire width looks good on the sides. The volume of the cup looks good. The wrinkling lace is probably just a slight shape mismatch - this bra looks to allow for slightly more upper fullness than you have.
Thanks for your help, hopefully their underwire in their other styles is cut similarly I might try to order one of these online. Also going to try Norstrom as someone else recommended, hopefully they have at least a few options in 30/32 so I can get more familiar with the band fits of other brands.
This bra is two cup sizes too small, which I guess is what I get for not paying attention when swapping. It's in U.S. Sizing and the company doesn't even make this bra in any cup sizes bigger which sucks because it is actually very good for a molded bra. There's the issue of slight pushing down from my IMF since I have immediate projection that this bra cannot support and the gore not tacking smooches my breasts together in the center, but they stay there then. I can wear this bra at work all day (I move a lot at my job) and my boobs go no where and no nipple showing! I'm keeping it and going to continue to wear it, I just wish they made it in my size.
This poor thing is old and badly cared for. Last survivor of my first round of buying after getting properly fitted. I remember it having a nice typical balcony effect on the cleavage, and it's held up pretty well for the abuse it suffered. Fabric around the underwire has a tendency to roll and there are some snags in the embroidery, so it's time to retire it I think.
Very comfortable fabric with lovely lace, stripes and ruching on the side. Not much support from the material, a soft lift. Good fit on band and gore. Straps are made of a satiny material which slips a bit on my wide shoulders. Love this bra.
This bra is cheetah print lined with red, including red straps. Impractical? Kind of. It feels nice to wear though. It is a little tighter than my other bras and has extra boning in the band.
Amazon reviews say this bra runs "small". From my experience I feel that it isn't small, but "shallow", which is great for me. Very light weight and extremely comfortable. The straps only half adjustable. Very minimal padding. The gore is a little too wide, but not because of the bra, I think I received a defect as the cups are sewn a little uneven and the stitching is very pointy and thick. I had these in four different colors but sold a couple because of that reason. The straps sometimes slip off my shoulders due to the satin material used.
A cute looking bra and comfortable for the most part though I suspect the cup might be a bit small for me. The material is a bit thin and can feel a little scratchy at times though. I also do have trouble with the straps falling off my shoulders with activity and time.
