    Didn't fit

This bra fit very similarly to the Panache Scarlette bra 30D (http://bratabase.com/browse/panache/scarlett_4501/30D/).

The material in the Tango 2 is silkier than the Scarlett. The band is slightly stretchier, but not really enough to make a difference between the two.

The problem I had again was with the cups. I fit fine on the bottom of the cups, and the underwires were no problem. The top of the cup was slighly too baggy for me, but the top edge was flush against my body. It kind of looked like the top edge was pushing the top of my breasts down because I ended up with a really pointy shape. If the shoulder straps were more centred so the top of the cup was lifted, I think it would have fit fine.

I would say this bra is probably for someone who is full on top.

  2. When I lost weight and my old bras wouldn't fit anymore, I had to buy a new bra quickly. Panache Tango can be found at good prices on eBay and it is very reliable so I opted for that one.I find that the Tango is a very supportive and reliable bra and expecially in big cup sizes. I had many of these over the years.
The band runs true to size and the cups fit slightly big, but they are not very roomy on top. So for full - on - top boobs, it is not the best option. The bra is very supportive and I don't have to ... adjust anything during the day. The quality is excellent.

What I don't like about it: the shape from the front is a bit east- west which I don't like. The wires are slightly too wide for me. The biggest problem is the center gore. I have close-set full on top boobs. The Tango bra really seperates boobs with a very tall gore. The top of the gore pushes against my sternum painfully and I get red marks. I really wanted to get out of this bra quickly at the end of the day. Oddly my 30K Tango does not hurt me at the gore, I noticed the gore is 1.5cm lower on that one. I would have to keep that in mind if I every buy a Tango again in any size... not have the gore be higher than on the 30K. (30K I wear wear with extender so it's like a 32JJ) I will keep it and wear it occasionally but continue to search for something a bit more comfortable and with a more center front shape.

My pictures I have taken 4 month ago, when I got the bra, I have lost few kg since then, so it fits a little differently but not much. Just a bit more room on top and it don't look like I spill out of the sides anymore. I will take new pics and add them soon.

I have worn it for a full day again. It is my best Fitting bra currently, but I'm so glad to get out of this bra at the end of the day. The wires are so sturdy, which is a good Thing for support but I feel like I wear a corset. The gore pushed on my sternum very badly. So bra fits, but is not comfortable.

1 month later and the bra is really too big now and I cannot make it work anymore by tightening the straps. 30K is a better fit in cups now.

  3. Boobs look pointy from the side.
Bra is actually very comfortable to wear. I don't really like the flowers because they can show through clothing, but I find that any lace bra will even do the same thing. I find I am adjusting this bra a lot less than my Freya decos (which aren't always a good fit to begin with). I almost returned this bra because of the pointy shape, but under shirts I can't tell as much and I am very glad I kept it and wore it for the day. It feels great even if not very attractive to look at.
Overall I am really impressed ... with how this bra is sitting after wearing it all day. I think I will get a couple more in different colours since it feels so good.

    UPDATE:
This bra no longer fits and I don't intend on repurchasing this bra again. It did not give me the nicest shape, and since this purchase I have found many other bras online that I will try first. Also, I don't have a lot of luck with soft cup bras because I have asymmetry between my breasts. Padded bras are an easier fit right now until I figure out a cheap and non surgical way to handle that.

I'm not sure why this was voted down, I think repurchasability is a big factor is determining if someone actually liked a bra. Updating a review to state that would be appreciated from my perspective.

    • If it doesn't fit anymore you can go and add your new measurements and then report how this bra doesn't fit for your new figure ;)

    • 1

Thanks! I have added my new measurements but in various site locations it still says this bra fits so I wanted to clarify. I understand that people will want to know that it *did* fit when I was a different size, but I was getting confused and wanted to show change somehow.
Should I do anything else? I am new to this new measurements and new bras that fit info...
      Thanks again!!

    Fits

Really like this bra. It's a really great shape for my breasts. The material has very little stretch, which provides nice shaping and support but is also not very forgiving to weight fluctuations.

I do have some wrinkling on side/bottom of right cup but none on left. My right breast is my larger one, so I think the wrinkling may reflect a need for a bit more projection at the bottom of the cup, rather than the bra being too wide. Not 100% certain though.

Wires run a bit higher than I'd prefer, but nothing I can't get used to. (It's more that my underarms aren't used to feeling fabric there than an issue of the underwire poking, so it doesn't bother me once I'm dressed.)

Appearance wise, I like the bright colors and sheen of the embroidery, although it's definitely not the sexiest or most beautiful bra I own. Overall, feels like quality construction, although a thread has popped up out of the embroidery.

    30K

    Didn't fit

The 30K of this bra is too small. The band is too tight (I'm wearing an extender for these pictures) and the cups are slightly small. Check out my review for the 32K Tango in the pink Color for more information and how this bra can fit better.

Don't have many bras that currently fit me, so I still wear this bra occasionally. It gives me very good support and uplift. The shape is okay, although I prefer a more front and center shape compared to the slight east-west appearance of Tango. The cups are deep and roomy in all directions, but not in the top section. So ... if you are full on top, this could be difficult. But I have to say, that I have had worse fits with full cup bras than the Tango. So it is not a full-on-top friendly bra but still better than many others.

30K, even though it is too small, to me is much more comfortable to wear than my 32K and that is only because of the center gore. On the 32K the center gore is 13cm tall, and it very much hurts me. It is too tall for me. On the 30K the gore is 11cm tall, which works just fine and does not hurt me. Just for that reason I prefer to wear a too small 30K over a 32K that actually fits. The things you have to do for comfort…

Oh and I have to say, that for me it is not quadboob, if it not visible under clothing. That's just something when you are at the upper end of the size charts you learn to make things work. But technically I have slight quadboob in this bra and also cutting in of the cups under my arms. So this bra is wearable to me but not a proper fit.

Yeah, if there's one thing I don't miss from panache is their wires at the gore. I love the colour though!

Personally Tango has never worked with my shape but this doesn't look too bad. And yeah I can understand that about the minor cutting in..I usually just compromise if it doesn't show through. Or find a way to work it if it does, sometimes I have no choice. Lol

    • 1

Yes it is not that bad. Imo one of the best bras big cup sizes when it comes to support and uplift. That's why it's still around after all those years. The band and cups are really designed for hard work of lifting heavy boobs and not put too much pressure on straps. I rather have great support and no pain on my neck from too much weight on should straps than a flimsy bra with stretchy lace with no quadboob but also no support.

    • 1

I honestly wish I could say the same for Tango, because it's a no go for me. I didn't even know it could give that kind of shape..lol.. As for me, stretch lace is an absolute must (it doesn't always work, but it does better my chances of a fit).

It's always amazing to see how different shapes can affect fit and how they work with different styles.

    • 1

I still don't know why the Tango somewhat works for me. Back in the day everyone told me to avoid it with my full on top shape, but I ordered one and was impressed. The Panache bras with stretchy top section were such fails for me, because they felt flimsy and unsupportive because of that. I felt like so much pressure was put on the shoulder straps because the bra cups would not hold in my boobs properly.

  6. I really like this bra! The cups fit well and give a nice rounded shape. It's also pretty comfortable with minimal adjusting throughout the day.
The wire is a little high in the center and on the sides since I am petite, and slightly scratchy overall. I really wish there was a smoother version of this bra or a seamless one with a similar shape. The band is looser than I was expecting from Panache (I could use a band smaller than 28 anyway) and the front fabric under the wire folds in/under, doesn't lay flat.
Pros: Nice rounded shape, cups lay flat and smooth at the top of the chest
cons: embroidery is raised above the cups, if you're petite it might poke you

I love this bra! I much prefer it to the Freya Rio bra I own. The material is very nice and soft/silky and feels much better on my skin than the somewhat itchy mesh material. I also love the embroidered leaves because they make the bra look quite pretty. The vermillion red color is also very lovely.

The straps are also thinner than the Freya Ro bra, which I prefer because I am very petite and I do not feel that a bulky bra suits me terribly well. They are also less prone to show.

My two main problems with this bra were that I ... could comfortably fasten the bra on the tightest hook (not good!), but this is probably because my ribcage is small and would suit a 26 band. The band also seems somewhat less stretchy than Freya.

My second problem is that even though the bra fits, the underwires at the center gore poke into my breast tissue. I am going to purchase the Tango Plunge bra to see if this will alleviate the problem.

And yes, the wires are broader than those in the Freya band and yes they do go under one's armpits. This is not a problem for me because I haven't experienced any poking whatsoever.

The shape that this bra gives me is quite nice because it really helps to emphasize my tiny waist and curves. My breasts get a pleasant round shape to them, which I appreciate. I also prefer the lower line the cups make. They don't go too high on me like my Freya Rio, they go to just the perfect level.

I do get wrinkling where the strap meets the underwire, but this is because my breasts are fuller on the bottom than they are on the top.

This is my favorite bra so far!

Please be patient! I will be adding measurements for this bra soon!

This one fits ok, but I hate the way it looks under clothes, so I'll return it.

I'm used to molded cups and the material on this one is really thin. Not that it isn't made well, it is, I'm just used to more material there. I also didn't care for the shape I wound up with while wearing this bra. I felt really pointy, and it looked strange to me from the side. This is probably due to the natural shape of my breasts, but I just didn't care for it. Then I realized the material texture really shows through shirts (I mostly wear T-shirts and stretchy tops) and realized there was really nothing I could wear it with, so it didn't make sense to keep it.

Just not my style, but I can see why lots of others really love it.

As this is my first bra of the correct size, I'm not sure what I'll get used to and what is a sign of a bad fit. The only discomfort I know of is the gore. None of my other bras have ever had a gore that touched my skin, so I'm wondering if it's merely a matter of getting used to that new fit. However, I do find that the top of the gore feels like it's digging, and when I look down on it, it looks like some breast tissue is being pushed into it.
Also, I'm not sure that I'm filling out the bottom/sides of the cups completely; it feels comfortable, but there's some wrinkling in the fabric and there's fabric between the wire and the start of the breast.

I love the fabric and the support of this bra. I love the colors. I wish it was the best bra for me, ever, but I can't get it to fit me in any size I've tried. I can't seem to avoid "orange in a glass" with Tangos (even in a 30E!), which is a shame. If you have the breast shape for it, this is probably the best bra you'll ever wear. I can't figure out exacly what's wrong with it...something about the shape cuts into my tissue at the top of the cups, and leaves strange pointy creases at the tips of the cups. I would have thought my marshmallowey boobs could have conformed to the shape, but they just won't do it.
