I'm a 28e, with even, projected breasts. I have no idea what my roots are, I get confused trying to figure it out because I'm petite and I question whether a bra is fitting me because the wires might be narrow/normal and maybe I'm wide or visa-versa. Pros: I love the tight band that feels so hard to come by in 28 bands, I can actually wear it on the loosest hook instead of the tightest, like I usually do with my 28's. The bra is invisible under t-shirts, a first for me since I stopped buying VS years ago. Cons: Straps slightly too wide for my narrow frame. The cups ...seem to run small so there's slight quadding. Because of the smallish cups, the gore doesn't tack but rests on my tissue...by a lot. There's an index finger of space between my sternum and the floating gore. I've never had a problem with this before but the gore, with the bra's more rigid wires, pokes my tissue. This will probably hurt by the end of the day but I'll update after I've worn it for awhile.
Conclusion: I'm keeping it and ordering a cup size up for reference.
Technically - it fits because it's in the right size. Band width, wire width and cup volume are okay. However, the top of the cups is cutting in, because the shape is too closed on top for me. It looks like it sits on top/in front of my boobs, but it doesn't shape them in any way. It has a kind of artificial look to it that I don't like. I guess this bra is not wide root shallow friendly - it's just too closed on top and requires some projection.
Besides that, the bra is very comfy and well-made of smooth and soft fabric, it fits comfortably, it runs true to size, and it even has multiway straps.
I bet it'd be a great fit for people with a rather projected shape that is not too full on top.
This is the most comfortable molded cup bra I own. The fit isn't great as the gore is too wide and doesn't sit flush at the top but the bra is so soft and the projection is decent so I wear it anyway. When I first got it, it had the tightest band ever and was strangling me, but after 1 wash it became a totally different bra and now it is the stretchiest bra I own.
The Porcelain is still my all-time, best-fitting bra. I love it for its support, comfort, durability, and, best of all, fit! Porcelain, in many of its styles, has been my everyday bra for several years now, and I've yet to find another bra that comes as close to matching my body. I really love this sleek Elan model.
The cup separation is too small for me. It doesn't come up as high as I would like on the front of my breasts. I fill it out well, and it would fit great except there is some gapping in front under the straps and on the cups in the place that is lower than the straps, but in about the same place.
I haven't washed this bra yet, so I can't tell if it is uncomfortable because it's never been washed, or if the problem is due to poor fit. I like the way the padded cups can mask prominent nipples, but I don't like the shape they put me in (it looks fake to me). The cups are soft and would probably feel comfortable. I have no idea why they used such narrow straps and only 2 hooks for such a large cup size.
For me, this bra fits poorly, but it might be because it is not the correct size. Unfortunately, this 34FF is too large (at least in front/on top); the 34F is too small.
As I previously stated, this bra is actually QUITE comfortable. The ONLY reason I am selling it is because I prefer a more frontward facing bra. However, a woman looking for a smooth look and a comfortable fit would be lucky to have this bra. I think its one of the better bras for larger breasts like myself honestly.
