    Didn't fit

A lot has been said of the Panache Andorra, both the full cup and plunge versions. I began my properly fitted bra journey two years ago, and I bought this purple 30F Andorra Plunge maybe a year and a half ago. By now, August 2014, the Andorra has justifiably achieved iconic status in the full bust community.

I've worn it five times, max. To be honest, I think I've worn it twice out of the house.

It's taken this long to accept I can't wear a 30 band in the Andorra comfortably. Wear an extender? The sides are too low as it is, both in underwire and wings. An ... extender would in effect narrow the cup width and exacerbate underarm bulge. I've concluded my roots are of medium width, but my Tail of Spence makes itself visible with too low sides.

The gore is low enough for my close set breasts. It is, however, too wide. I could take it in, but that would have the effect of shortening the band about an inch.

The deep, clear, saturated purple; the all lace cups; the super light materials--you understand why I've held onto this bra, right?

As a result of the too tight band, the gore stabs me. In a band size up, this wouldn't happen. It's the gore width I would have to alter in a 32E sister size or, to get higher sides maybe, in a 32F.

The boobs themselves look perfectly encased and shaped. I have no complaints about the front and side views. I get projection without pointiness. As a balconette, the Andorra will not give the somewhat minimized but super rounded profile of a half cup bra. I used to obsess about the half cup profile, but now I focus on decent projection with a gore low enough not to hurt.

It technically fits perfectly, but is rather tight all around. I can, however, bear to wear it all day. I'm hoping it will stretch out a bit more with wear.

So, after a month of wearing it about once a week, I once wore it with a fitted dress. After a day of wear, it caused chaffing at the side of my ribs! It's not at the breast tissue, but at the side of the ribs where the underwire is located. While my skin is healing, it makes it painful/difficult to wear other bras. :(

I think this is indicative of my having wrongly measured myself. I think I should go back to a wider band, smaller cup.

Exchanged a Masquerade Amira that hated my guts for this bra. It is a vast improvement for me; I hope it works out for the lady that got the Masquerade Amira. I am going through a sheer phase right now. It's summer and 90+, so the less boob sweat the better.
My only concerns are that the gore looks like an evil wide gore o' d00m (I can see why its previous owner altered it), it looks pretty pointy, and there's a touch of orange in a glass. But the purple color is very pretty.
This is my first real Panache bra (other than the Masquerade Amira I exchanged for it, and my army of Cleo Lucy's). So far, I like the Cleo Lucy better, but I'll have to update when I wear it more.

Update: the gore is indeed a gore o' d00m, and the apex of the cups does not line up with my apex, but... it's purple. :/

I usually get slightly padded bras, but had been wanting to try an unpadded one for a while. I liked this, it fit, but the wires dug into my boobs in the center. I ended up sewing part of the center gore together and now it fits wonderfully.

Great looking bra and it fits, but the center gore pokes and I don't feel like it offers much support...bouncy

When I first wore this bra, I thought it was great. It's like the Andorra full cup, but a lower centre gore which is great for me because of my close together boobs. I did notice at the end of the day that the centre gore became quite pokey and painful. I figured that I probably needed to wear it in a bit. I've worn it a few times since then and most of the time it's just too painful at the end of the day, it feels like I'm being stabbed by the wires! I think it may be that the centre gore is too wide for me since I noticed the red marks are slightly on the breast tissue.

Other than that, I think this bra fits similarly to the full cup version in terms of band size and cup size.
