    Hasn't set fit

I have a bra that is the same cut as this one. Panache (P1921). It's the dark pink (that almost looks maroon) with the light pink flowers. The color and fabric is beautiful. The design of the bra is very cute. The problem is that the bra looks great until you put it on. The center gore doesn't stay up against the body, it pops right out, so there is no center support. The band does hold up my boobs, but it doesn't quite look right. I still wear it because my guy loves the design and I like to be able to take a break from my ... wire bras every once in a while, but the band is pretty tight, so I can't sleep comfortably in it. I bought it as a lounging and sleeping bra rather than a maternity bra. I didn't see anything on the P1921 that would allow you to pull down the front of the bra for nursing, so I think it's just a no wire in the same shape as the Alisha rather than a true maternity bra.

I can't find the P1921 in bratabase, so I'm putting it under the Alisha since they are the same cut.

I know this bra is a cup or two too small for me, but wow is the fit off and uncomfortable. Center gore is nowhere near my sternum. The cups kind of mash my boobs into one big shelf. The band seems ok, maybe a little loose. I fastened it on the second to tightest setting. The straps dig in a lot. Maybe I have them fastened too short in hopes of fixing the cup issues, but I can't imagine them being comfortable. They seem pretty thin and flimsy. The center comes up so high that it is kind of difficult to fold down one cup to extract ... a boob for feeding while keeping the other all tucked away snug.

For a cotton, non-underwire bra, it is incredibly uncomfortable. I would not even try to get it in the right size since I can't imagine it being that good. I also bought the non-nursing Alisha comfort/maternity bra, but sold it right away. I don't know how the fit can be so bad when the Tango Spirit Plunge in the same size wasn't so bad. I'll stick to my HotMilk nursing bras instead.

This bra fits breasts that are not as close-set and center-full as mine. Panache gores are all too wide for me; even when they have no wires. The cup is generously wide which is a huge plus for nursing mothers like me who have significant breast tissue under their arms. The cup is best suited for average to shallow apex projection. And, the band is less supportive than I had hoped. But, it is comfortable.

The fabric is very soft, the color soothing and pleasant, and the clasps easy to manipulate. These straps are partially adjustable whereas smaller sizes are fully adjustable. Panache has added padding to part of ... the straps in the 30GG. Additionally, the cup fabric feels more robust and supportive than the fabric in the 32FF and 30FF. I strongly prefer the 30GG, but the straps remain too narrow, the band 2x6 when I'd prefer 3x6, and the wings a single layer of thin cotton. A few changes and this would be a lovely bra.

I need a summer, breathable bra for 100+ degrees Fahrenheit that accommodates center projection and very close-set tissue. Sadly, this is not the one for me.

    1. Center shallow cups
    2. Twice as much distance between cups (gore width) as other bras
    3. Single layer, thin cotton wing
    4. Narrow straps (.6")
    5. 6x2 fasteners

This bra, although very soft cotton, pushes my center-full, close-set breasts to the sides. And, the band tugs rather than comfortably supports.

Not nursing! My daughter insists on proving to me that bras aren't painfull and ugly. She knows I have extremely sensitive skin and only cotton that breaths is comfy. Not one was a skeptical about a nursing bra, but the size sounded so big! I knew my 38-40 D-DD were ill fitting but I had no idea how far off I was. I measured a 36 but I don't like it to be tight, regardless of fit. I need comfort & don't care much about appearance. She told me I'm "Anti-cakes on a plate" ... Anyway this is sooooooo comfy!!! It's so soft and it's the most conformable bra I've ever tried on/worn. Maybe having a comfy bra that actually fits is a realistic goal!

I have wide, even breasts with tall roots.

Disclaimer: I am not nursing and did not buy this bra for that purpose.

Very neat bra! Special features are the hooks for attaching the top of the cup to the straps for nursing, the side panel underneath the cups that keeps the strap in place while the cup is detached, and the extensive 6 columns of eyes to hook the bra together in the back. I believe the additional 3 columns are added to the outside rather than inside, as the bra hooked on the tightest hooks feels like other Panache 30s on the tightest hooks.

This bra does not ... have underwires. If both cups are detached, the whole thing kind of folds down (see pictures). The gore does not tack due to the fact that it is not underwired.

I think I actually may need a 30D in this bra, as I don't seem to fill out the cups entirely. It makes sense for the cups to be roomy as to allow for swelling of the breasts during lactation. The cups are a nice, soft, cotton, I think.

The weaving of ribbon at the top edge of the cup (and the lattice) is cute, BUT it isn't taught and therefore bunches up in some parts.

The shape the bra gives is not the most attractive, but for nursing mothers, I imagine that it is a reasonable compromise for the functionality of a nursing bra. It would be impossible to really design a good shape without the use of underwired gores.

If you are in need of a nursing bra, this seems like a pretty good bra for a reasonable price. If you are not going to be wearing this for nursing purposes, you may want to try multiple cup sizes. I can update this review if I ever get around to getting a cup size down.

EDIT: right after I listed this, I noticed some very light blueish discoloration on the left cup? I'm not sure if it is a stain or something that will come out easily with washing, but I've still knocked the price down a few dollars.

Comfortable fabric and seems like it would be a sturdy bra for the type of beating a nursing bra generally takes. I have only had the opportunity to use it as a lounge bra, though, so I have no idea how convenient it is for actual nursing purposes. Very loose for a Panache 30 band, but it has 6 columns to keep up with rib expansion/reduction during pregnancy and nursing. Cups are somewhat stretchy, but not enough to loose shape. Cups seem fairly true to size. I didn't find that it gave me much lift, but I do have very soft tissue. During nursing, I know something like ... this would have looked a lot better on me since I had a more filled out shape when the milk was in.

I do not like the fact that it is very visible under a t-shirt (okay, so I live in t-shirts). Also, I bought this as a lounge bra, but in order for it to feel comfortable I have to tighten the band enough to get support, which turns this into a "real" bra...it doesn't do much for my need for lounge-type comfort (I'm thinking Ah-Bra here).

All in all, a good nursing bra for around the house or under heavier clothes, but not a t-shirt or lounge bra.

The material is fantastic and comfortable. I ordered this online in a 30 GG not knowing panache can be one of the smaller cup sized brands. It is too small for me, I think I would need to size up 1 or 2 cups. I will be listing this because I can not wear it. The band is comfortable and fit fine.
