short roots, very center full. functionally full on bottom. The bra doesn't come in my usual size of 28GG . Good sale so I thought I would try it in the 30G. Band is okay. Seems pretty firm and like it won't stretch out too fast. I fill the cups well and get very good lift. The two issues I have with it is that it comes up too high under my arms and the top of the gore is too wide and cuts into the of my breasts, so that I have a muffin top over the gore. Excellent on immediate projects and should be pretty good for most center full breasts. On me though , one wire sits slightly on one breast. about 2/3s of my breast tissue is from the nipple to the center.
This is a seriously beautiful bra. Throw in a high level of comfort and it may now be my favorite. Nordstrom.com marked it down to $50.98 USD and I jumped right on it. They have a few sizes left, and the matching panty is still available in small and medium for $25.40.
The color Ink is as dark a blue as it can be without being quite black. I'd call it a blue-black. The hardware and charm are a brassy gold tone, so it's like a navy blazer with brass buttons but ultra feminine without being fussy. This bra is very ...well made. If I'd paid $85 for it I'd think it was worth it, and at $51 it's a steal. I love how the stretch lace is matched symmetrically and the larger roses in the lace are placed on the 4-part cups where they enhance the whole design. All the fabrics are ultra soft. The wires are on the narrower side for Panache but I have no problem scooping all my tissue into the cups and it stays there. Wires are typically Panache firm, not harsh imo but then I'm not bothered by most Panache wires (Envy did poke me a bit).
The only downside to this bra is that it's so soft it loses a bit of support. The narrow straps are very stretchy; combined with the tall sides it means I can't shorten them more to get the girls up higher because then the sides of the cup will cut into my arms. I am happy with my shape wearing this though and as I said it is super-comfortable. The cups have plenty of room for immediate and center projection and the stretch lace is quite accommodating. The band is soft stretch satin with wider elastic at the top and bottom and in fact is quite stretchy. I often need an extender when I wear 34 bands but this is perfect without one.
I see that Quinn will be available in a chocolate colorway this fall. I hope Panache will continue this in more colors. I could really use one in ivory. Are you listening Panache? Read more 271 more words
My only wish is that this bra was cheaper (I paid $82.00 USD for it) and that it had come out sooner! It's really comfortable - the material is soft, silky, and very forgiving, from the band that doesn't cut into my squish to the stretch lace top of the cups that don't cut into my tissue. Love this bra - I wouldn't have paid $82.00 for it if I didn't. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> It's CUTE, too! The cut-out is super sexy.
My shape: close set, center full, full on bottom, average/narrow width roots, tall shallow roots, soft tissue.
First of all, I must preface this review with the following: I bought this bra fully knowing that if would never be the perfect fit for me. The gore is taller than what I like and wider as well. However, when I saw the beautiful Rose Gold color I said what the heck, let's just try it out!
First impressions upon receiving it is that the color is truly gorgeous! Also the lace used on the cups is very soft on skin contact. Plus I absolutely love the design/pattern of it. I figured ...the cups would be a little too deep and maybe make my boobs pointy, and I was willing to give it a try, but these cups run deep! Cup depth is 10.6" and width is 5.3". My best fitting unlined bra at the moment is my 32E - Curvy Kate » Ellace Balcony Bra (CK4401) which has a cup depth of 10" and a width of 5.3". I have lots of wrinkling on the sides, and I'm pretty sure sizing down would be okay since the lace is pretty stretchy. The top of the stretch lace is very forgiving on softer breasts and has enough stretch to mold to your breasts without giving unsightly quad-boob. The gore might be bothersome for all-day wear, can't be sure since I've only just tried it on. Surprisingly enough, I didn't even get the murderous feel of the Panache wires from this one which I was fully expecting.
The band is comfortable on loosest hooks and the fabric has a satiny look and feel, looks much nicer than all of the other Panache models I tried. The keyhole in the front with the dangling charm is adorable, as is the fabric bow, I love the thoughtfulness of it and the way it looks on. The seams and stitching are beautifully done throughout and it's such a delight to see. I also loved that they used gold-toned hardware on the hooks, charm and straps. The color just compliments the color of the fabric beautifully and gives it a warmness to it.
I see here that this bra is linked to the Panache Black line, maybe that's why I feel it's so different in terms of softness and quality than the other Panache bras I tried. Read more 292 more words
