This bra is not supportive, at least for my shape. The cups gap at the top, and the gore barely tacks. It's still quite comfortable. I wear it infrequently as a lounge/house bra and for running errands.
The inner mesh lining is soft. As much lace is present, it is not itchy or irritating.
I'm not sure if sizing down to my usual 28FF would make a significant improvement.

Beautiful and comfortable. I wish it fit me a better. It is unpadded but has stretch lace layered with a mesh backing. It has 1 vertical seam in each cup that goes about 4/5 of the way up. I think I needed one cup size up but the 28E gore seemed just slightly wider but just enough to make it uncomfortable (returned before I started using Bratabase) so I kept the 28D for comfort.
