Overall the cup material is extremely sheer (see-through), but the wires and band provide enough support. The bra itself is comfortable. There is a vertical seam through the cups that ends at the nipple (I assume, but I have high nipples so it ends just under my areola).
After trying this on the tightest hook, it fits my larger breast perfectly and there's only one long wrinkle on my smaller breast where I'm not filling out the top of the cup. I wish this was available in a 26D - that would probably fit me better.
