    Didn't fit

Buckle up cuz this is a long one LOL!

I was fortunate enough to try this bra courtesy of Santa from LaBella Intimates in Florida! See the story below, but long story short it’s going back, so I wanted to upload the measurements in case it would help someone else. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

(Story: I ordered a 75JJ KL Brilliant and Santa (the store owner) reaches out to me to tell me that she would have to order that size from Poland because it was out of stock and it would take about 8 weeks to arrive. She suggested that she send me a 75JJ Fortuna ... to try on instead and if it fit she would order the Brilliant for me. Such a sweet woman and an amazing business owner!)

The 75JJ Fortuna fits closer to a 34H UK. Unfortunately, the 75JJ is not the right size for me for Fortuna; HOWEVER, I know from the measurements and other reviews that the Brilliant seems to run larger than most other KL bras. I’m hoping that the 75JJ Brilliant will fit just right! (I also have a 75K Fortuna on the way from Aurellie Fashion on Amazon, but it’s taking FOREVER to get here!)

Quality: like the other KL bra I’ve purchased, the quality is pretty great! The material is soft and forms to the body well. There are some stray threads that poke out in places, but other than that the quality is excellent!

Comfort: this is a very comfortable bra! It has enough depth at the wire for me (!!!) and overall fit well besides the gore. The gore floats, but it wasn’t uncomfortable (Side note: had anyone else ever noticed that the KL ads for the bras almost all have floating gores? Is that how they’re supposed to fit?). The wires are firm, but again, not uncomfortable. The material is soft mesh, not scratchy at all. The band is comfortably snug. Lastly, the wires don’t poke on the sides, although I think in this particular model in this size they are a little too narrow for my shape.

Appearance: like most (if not all) KL bras, this bra is absolutely beautiful! It’s classy, slightly sexy. The lace is to die for!

Overall, I think Kris Line is going to be my *best* fitting bra, if only for the fact that it’s deep enough and projected enough to not wrinkle and conform to my body correctly!!

I’ll give an update once my 75K KL Fortuna arrives. I’m really excited to see how it fits! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

      Yay more Kris Line!

My Kris Line definitely don't have floating gores so I don't think they should fit that way haha. But the models in the ads have a really different shape than me aswell.

I've tried both this bra and Brilliant and while I sister sized up to 80JJ in the Biu...blabla vs Brilliant in 75K, but I overall did feel the Biu... was much smaller. They have a very different shape from one another aswell. I think you'll enjoy the Brilliant :)

PS alisa is selling a 75KK Brilliant if you were to need an even bigger size.

    • alidieux I’m so excited for when my Brilliant comes! I’m also looking forward to the 75K Fortuna that should be coming any time (I hope...it shipped from the UK on Oct 15 and this is the first time it’s taken me this long to get a package in the US!)

I also kinda impulse-purchased a bra on eBay from their Fall-Winter 2019/2020 line...it’s emerald green and called Scheherazade. It’s GORGEOUS. I’m so excited to get that one in the mail, too!

Definitely a KL fan, even though I haven’t quite got the perfect fit yet. <3

    • oh my god that bra is 10/10 perfection. Kris Line is definitely one of the best brands when it comes to pretty bras.. I'm so jealous of you now :D

    • This bra looks amazing on you! Great find!

    • 2

marilynne Thank you! :) It’s not quite deep enough, I think! Hoping the gore will actually tack in the 75K and the cups won’t be enormous. Fingers crossed!

    • pretty_promise, I'm wishing you luck!🤞

    • I just found out today the Kris Line is discontinuing the Brilliant. 😭 LaBella can’t get a 75JJ, and I know I can probably get one from someone else (maybe Magda), but I decided to try the 70K because LaBella has that in stock. The Brilliant band is so stretchy and I could always wear it with an extender. I’m hoping it fits okay. So bummed!

Apparently Betty and Fortuna are going to be their main line now.

I think this bra is too small for me as I'm spilling out of the tops of the cups and borderline out of the bottoms too. The band is huge. I have it on the tightest hooks and I can still pull it pretty far from my body.

MagdaBras4you I'd have to agree with you, Magda. Such a shame! 😬

    • 1

Oh my gosh, I wonder if this one would fit me?? Since Kris Line obviously is two cups too small, theoretically this would be my Kris Line size. Hmmmmm.....

    • Weird. My comment posted under the wrong thread. 😬

I meant to say it here: I bet it would fit, especially the cups, but you'll be drowning in the band, as it's SO big. I wouldn't want to send you something I'm confident that won't fit you 😬

    • 2

Oh geez I didn't even notice the band size being so stretchy, lol! It's good to know they make sports bras though.
So I have 2 older, worn panache Sports Bras in size 32G. Since I have 3 of them total, and don't really wear them other than on my daily walks, would you want me to send you one to try on? Keep in mind, it's been worn quite a bit, so it's going to be a little more stretched out than a brand new sports bra.
Let me know! I'm happy to help in any bra journeys, and if the 32G fits, then at least you will have a sports bra you can wear until you can get a newer one!

    • Right, so if you wanted to give one a try, I'd say order down a band and up two cups to be safe? Magda could definitely help you if you're ever in the market :)

Hey totally! I'd really appreciate that if you're willing! And the stretchy factor is okay because I think I'm more in between a 32 and 34 band right now haha. The 32 is too tight and the 34 too loose on the loosest hooks haha.

mandapandarawks Regular Krisline bras do not fit small. In fact, I'd say they fit a bit generously in my size.

Now, I have this bra in my hands (thank you DerangedDragons19 ) , so I'm comparing it to my other non-sport Krislines...

...because you girls know I love this stuff 🤓

Ok. The bra is size 75 and the band is 74cm unstretched. This is consistent with my other KLs, which at size 65, have bands measuring 64-65cm unstretched.

Compared to EM size 65 which measures 59cm unstretched, and Gorsenia 65 which measures 61cm unstretched, yes, longer.

      But, consistent for Krisline.

Now, the next part, stretched length is subjective, because it's hard to know when to stop, so instead of measuring I'll say this: it's less firm. Yes. Definitely less firm. It's due to the material used for the band. It's a thin, perforated material. Double-layered, but for sure not my favorite. It feels like tank top material and will surely offer awesome breathability but it is definitely relying on the elastic for structure. The band is NOT a high point on this bra.

I love how the rest of the bra is made. Straps are thick, soft, not too wide set, great - but only half adjustable and I've got them tightened all the way. Granted, the bra is far too big for me. I like to think strap length would be scaled. The wires and gore are narrow. The cups are thick - I LOVE the cup material - and the top of the bra has a nice slight v-neck shape. The perforated band material is used between the cups and on the center of the bridge - great for sweating.

As for cup size...definitely fits small. This one feels only 2 sizes too big for me, which would give me 65HH. I wear 65G in other Krisline bras. So, mandapandarawks I agree that KL sport seems to fit about 2 cups smaller.

Would I buy one? I don't know. To start, I don't wear underwires in the gym. But, I like everything about this bra except the band material. Maybe they make with different band material? I'm gonna check the catalogue photos 😜

    65G

    Fits

Magda - MagdaBras4you - has sent me 6 Krisline bras now, all in size 65G, and this one is hands down my favorite! Straight out of the box it had narrow, U-shaped wires with nicely projected cups and it gave me a nice tack. I mention this, because I usually have to bend my KL wires, because they are wider than I need. After I do that, they fit perfectly and then tack too! But for this style, no bra surgery was required. Yes, I have a small wrinkle near the gore - I am wide set AND projected, and so I ... experience this in every bra I own, yes, even in Ewa Michalak BMs.

I also noticed that the wires are softer on this bra. Everything about this bra is incredible soft. The lace, the lining, the appearance...it is a black bra, but it has a true delicate, feminine lightness to it. I wore it all day yesterday and forgot that I was wearing it https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Unlike all of my other KL bras, this one has no embroidery on the cups. It's just all beautifu lace - 2 different kinds. On the bottom of the cup is a thinner, more delicately pattered lace, which is lined in a thicker beige lining. On the top panel, the lining is thinner/finer and the lace is thicker, more intricately patterned. Gorgeous, subtle effect.

The lacing detail on the gore is pretty. Like all my KLs, the wings are low, have a side boning (doesn't jab at all!) and the band is TTS, made of mesh, which has a nice stretch to it, but is far from flimsy. I don't see it stretching out too quickly.

Straps are embroidered on the front like all my KLs, so they're technically only half adjustable - but if you work hard enough, you can move the adjuster up over the embroidery (although I have not had to, and I like my straps short and tight!)

There is also a narrow elastic on the top of the cups...all my KLs have it, and I love it. It gives a pretty shirred effect along the top of the cup. Super pretty.

The matching panties are classic bikinis, cut narrow at the hip, but with moderate-full coverage at the back. Very high quality materials and construction as I have come to expect from KL. IMO, Krisline makes the BEST panties EVER. Their bikinis and brazilians are amazing. I'll choose them over any other brand every time. The bikinis for this set are sheer black mesh on the back, doubled at the leg line, creating a nearly invisible panty line (unless your clothes are super thin and tight). The front is thick beige knitwear with black lace accents. Fit is classic, TTS, Small (i.e. smaller than EM size 36).

I continue to be impressed by Kris Line products and will keep buying them. They are excellent quality at a decent price.

    • I agree rachaelll , AprilGoulding your photography does a great job of making the product look good! Maybe you can start a side biz as an Instagrammer... I hear from so many of these young wannabe "influencers" who get offers from makers of protein powders or diet teas but struggle to get desirable fashion brands to work with them. They think it's just about looking good themselves and don't understand it's about showing off a beautiful embroidery or a great cut of clothing to its best advantage.

This bra is a bright coral with shimmery line details and floral lace.

It has a pretty drop pearl detail with bow at the gore. Bottom of cups are covered with embroidery and cradle has lace.

Its a true 65 band with a nice knitwear band.

This "brassiere" style from KL has graduated foam padded cups, much like a VS padded bra.

    It gives cleavage like crazy.

It fits, but doesn't tack. When i force tack, it still fits.

Because it's so pretty and the colour is so unique I will be keeping it as an evening bra.

I think if you have softer breast tissue than I do, you will get a soft tack. KL are known for soft tack.

Wires are a decent width...they measure wide, but i think its because the gore is lower than a soft cup.

I've had a KL molded/padded plunge before and I find they are quite shallow at the cup edge. It's SO pretty, I'm excited for you that you can wear it despite the lack of tacking! However I think between the shallow cup edge and the fact these run so small, someone with a similar breast volume and soft tissue would be quadding like crazy and/or possibly just falling into the middle of it. 9" depth is very small for 65GG.

This bra was terrible on me. I am short rooted, projected, pendulous and center heavy. This bra may have been a cup size too big as I was extremely pointy in it, and maybe compression would have given me a more rounded shape. Will give a final say on the cup size relative to other Kris lines as I get them and will revise this review. I went off of their measurements with a 115cm bust and I find an 80cm band comfy.

Gore didn't even come close to tacking. It is a very tall bra with the apex high in the cup. The non stretch lace sorta curves ... in at the top and lays floopy on my breast. Would be closed off top for taller roots. I found the bottom of the cup shallow, and there was not enough center depth for me.

There are 4 columns of 3 hooks on the bra and the bra itself is lovely. Straps are a bit short however, so if you routinely pull your straps out, these will probably be too short. Keepers and rings are metal.

Band felt a touch tight but would probably loosen up with wear to TTS 36/80.

Fabric is soft and luxurious, and I wish it worked for me. Definitely the wrong shape and not a good bra for me.

    • It is! I am still waiting to sell it to another one of us (deep, narrow hard to fit) who is a little less endowed.

That's great about the video games. Used to play WoW until after Cataclysm but that's another story haha. Another gamer I found is UndieGamer so I know there are definitely those interested in games and lingerie which I think is awesome.

I've reviewed in greater detail on my blog, but I love this bra and would strongly recommend this bra, IF you fit into it. Each cup in KL is 2cm rather than 1 inch, and KL use an I cup between HH and J. So using the UK cup progression this is a 32K, but due to the 2cm cup jumps, I think it fits more like a loose-banded UK 32H/HH. It is unbelievably comfortable and beautiful, but it isn't one for J+ women.

YAY, narrow wires. Never have I experienced such perfection with a bra that has such depth in the cups. They sit exactly where they should!

The cups could be a liiiiittle bit deeper (yeah, I need extremely deep cups). At least my boobs aren't getting squashed too much. The difference between my different sized breasts is less noticeable than usual, though being over even slightly will result in quadboob with my right breast.

The centre gore tends to shift around during wear, but it's never too far from my sternum. The only brand I've tried in which the centre gore consistently lies flat on me is Panache, and their wires are too wide for me.

The shape is rather pointy, but in a nice, uplifted way.

Sadly, it's too big in the band (and apparently this model doesn't come in a 70K). Otherwise, near perfect (and quite sexy, really). Must try more Polish bras.

Krisline bras seem to be rather pricey, but the feel and quality of the materials is excellent.

Gorgeous bra and I am *SO* disappointed.

My first half cup. Honestly, if it weren’t for the cups being slightly too tall, the wires being too narrow, and the straps being too wide, I think this could’ve been a win. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

This bra is a 2 part construction with a side support panel (so I guess technically it’s a 3 part construction) and is shaped like a traditional half cup (aka, vertical seam and shorter, open cups). Gives a lot of lift! It’s made of mesh with floral embroidery with lace on the band and an ADORABLE magenta bow on the gore with ... little tiny beads. The band is super stretchy, which is odd because Kris Line bras are typically pretty firm/tight. The gore is narrow, but kinda tall, and I don’t get a tack. I would say that the sizing is pretty true to Kris Line sizing, ie a 70HH is probably a good fit for a 34GG wearer, but it’s definitely for someone who is very narrow and FoT.

As you can probably see from the pictures, there are some major issues with this bra:

-wires are too narrow and sit on my tissue
-cups are slightly too open and have too much space
-it kinda mushes me in, but that helps fill the cups, so I guess it’s whatever, EXCEPT:
-it mushes me so much that the really soft tissue in the center/next to the gore spill out

I believe if the wires weren’t quite so narrow, it would fix a couple of the problems. For instance, if they were wider, my tissue would distribute better to the sides and less toward the middle, probably resolving the problem of the gore not tacking and the soft tissue overflow. I’m wondering if the band is actually too stretchy, which isn’t pulling the wires far enough back, but who am I kidding, it’s just not a match for me. I might hold on to it in hopes of something changing, or maybe I can just wear it for short amounts of time…like, this is a super sexy bra, and I’d just hate to have it stuffed in my drawer.

I wonder if you take the top hook and hook it onto the second or third set of hook and eyes it’ll pull the wire farther back and the band tension will be more evenly distributed. Because you said the wires are wider than your Ewa so I’m guessing the band tension is not evenly distributed (and also because it looks like it is riding up a bit in the back). Try giving this a try: http://widecurves.com/its-your-bra-band-tension/.

    • 1

Loxus thanks for the suggestion! I do wonder if the band tension is the issue. The wires seem firmer than my other Kris Line bras as well. I did try this hook hack, but I think I did it backwards. I had the bottom hook looser and the middle and top tighter. I also tried it with all 3 hooks on the tightest setting and it did seem to help in many ways, like I almost had the gore tacking even!

    • 1

Wait, which worked better. Having the top and middle tighter and the bottom looser or tightening it all the way? Was it too tight for you tightening it all the way?

    • 1

Also, you did the hook hack right. 👍

    • 2

Honestly, having all of the hooks on the tightest hooks worked best, I think! I’m pretty sure the band is just too stretchy. I’m under 30” on my super tight band measurement, so with this stretching to almost 34”, I think that might be the issue here.

    • 1

      Yup sounds about right.

Gosh, I really adore this bra. I tried everything I could to get the 75K one to fit and now that I’m a different size, I’m running in to similar fit issues.

This 70HH is tiny. Measurement-wise, it’s probably very similar to my 32GG Panache Jasmine and 70GG Ewa Michalak Bibi Black; however, the gore is wider and/or the wires are thicker because the gore doesn’t tack. The wires are narrow, borderline too narrow (or already too narrow). It’s a little uncomfortable to wear because the band is slightly tight as well.

Overall, my boobs fit into the cups fairly well with some room to spare in the ... top. If only the gore would tack and it was just ever-so-slightly wider in the wires, I think it’d be a perfect fit. I was debating listing this until I tried it on again to take pictures (on 10/24/23). It seems to fit better now than it did when I bought it, which I suspect is due to a change in my breast size yet again.

Going to wait a little while before deciding to list it.

Okay, this bikini was purchased quite a while ago. I know, I'm just getting around to reviewing - but I generally write my reviews so that people can *learn from my mistakes* (if I made any while ordering).

https://www.evasintimates.com/s/?discount=1&ps=500&o=price So random, but I found this online store, Eva's Intimates, last October. I decided to look at their clearance section. It's a lot of Polish brands, the prices are kind of all over the place. You might be able to find a good deal. However, because of shipping (from Europe) I would order if you already know what sizes or styles work for you. aka, if ... you're just trying to find a good bra and haven't mastered what your best styles are, it might be a little risky to order from Europe if you're in North America. (unless you're okay listing it on Poshmark, or what not).

I digress, I saw this bikini, it was on clearance in my size and I thought, "I'll give it a whirl!" Now, at this point, I'd never tried bra-sized swimwear - well, not successfully at least - and I think I was worried that it would read too "bra-like." Well, I'm happy to say, this print totally reads "swimwear." I actually really like the colour combo. I call it "smurf blue," b/c it's a little more gray than sky blue (just my opinion). It turns out that smurf blue it totally my colour! : ) I don't look washed out, like I do in black swimwear.

how I determined my size in Kris Line, I looked at their chart on the KrisLine.com webpage. Under "sizes" it has a "UK size to Kris Line size" chart, which translates 32GG UK to 70HH in Kris Line. (EDIT: HERE is the conversion table for UK to Kris Lines sizes, it's the 2nd chart https://krisline.com/pl/rozmiarowka.html) I think that I got a pretty good fit, and and I'm happy with this purchase. The bikini is super comfy, and I like the texture of the fabric.

The price: okay, this was on clearance, so the price was 199 kr (that's Swedish koruna) & the shipping was 79 kr (to Canada) so the total was 278 kr (Swedish koruna) and I used paypal. The shipping was fast & efficient, about a week or so.

The matching bottoms were on clearance in medium, too. I initially did not see the matching bottoms, and didn't realize they still had matching bottoms. So, if you use this website, you might need to be sure to search for the bottoms to see what they have left to match you bikini top (or bra!) - learn from my mistake, people!

In conclusion, I'm really happy with this, I'm glad I have this colour of bikini because a lot of bikinis will not look good on my skin tone (as a soft summer), so I have to be kinda picky. But Polish bra makers give me *options*.

    • BraOdyssey I'm so happy that you were happy with purchasing from us at Eva's Intimates. - A question; You mention prices in SEK, are you not seeing prices in USD?

    • I know I just took stuff from clearance, so I think they were deeply discounted. I think I usually translate prices into USD, even though I'm in Canada.

    Didn't fit

Not my first Brilliant by any means, but now that my size has drastically changed, I’m back to square 1 trying to find a good fit.

The 70I was a crapshoot guess on my behalf trying to figure out what size Kris Line bra I would fit into now that I’m like a 32GG/H. I was pretty close, but I think the 70I might be slightly too large. I’m worried a 32HH would be too small. This bra is discontinued, so I won’t really have a chance to try it in other sizes as easily.

The gore is taller on the Brilliant than on the Fortuna, and this ... ends up being a problem for me as well. It’s too tal and tilts slightly forward but also twists sideways. I never had been able to get a good fit in this bra after trying like 4 different sizes, so I don’t know why I tried it again. I probably should have just gotten the Fortuna and called it a day. Oh well! The good news is, it’s a close enough fit that I think I could pull it off temporarily until I find something better. I did get this on clearance, so I don’t think I’ll be able to return it.

Overall, Kris Line still appears to be a contender for me for best fitting bras, but I’m still figuring out what size I need.

    • I don't know if it helps at all, but I measure 32GG UK and 70HH in Kris Line was a perfect fit for me; that was just in their bikini though (not normal bra).

But perhaps we have different shapes.

It looks like there's some gaping at the top, but yeah, I could see 70HH may be too small?

    • 1

BraOdyssey , it’s worth a try if I can! The site I got the Brilliant from doesn’t have a 70HH, so I may swap for a Fortuna. The gore fit me better on the Fortuna previously anyway.

I’m not sure about this one.

I love the look of the black Brilliant in other sizes, but for some reason this larger size looks...weird. And not super sexy like the other ones I’ve tried (80HH was cute!)

This ends up full coverage looking, and it’s not super flattering imho ON ME.

The overall fit is fine, it checks all the boxes, but it just seems large. I know alisa and alidieux have both tried Brilliant in this size or similar sizes and weren’t too thrilled with it either. The cups are very tall, and I do have some space at the top, ... but it isn’t super noticeable. The gore softly tacks, but it’s higher than most gores I wear so that’s probably why. The band is a good length, it has a little give to it but not much. The cups themselves are pretty narrow! Almost too narrow, but they still fit.

This bra also feels like it isn’t supportive enough! I feel like it looks like a pair of tube socks with baseballs in them. It just looks so saggy! I feel like I almost have the straps ratcheted all the way and my boobs are still not supported.

The material is fine, typical Kris Line double mesh. It’s comfortable, but just weird.

I’ll probably keep it just because I don’t want to deal with shipping it back to Poland, but idk. I wanted it so badly and I wanted it to fit and it does but it’s just...weird.

Even though the fit is kinda weird this bra is super comfortable and I'm sure you'll find use for it!! I wear mine a lot :D

    • 1

Also I dont think it looks like a weird shape on you though. Yes it's a different shape from other bras but I like how this bra looks under clothes, I almost feel a bit minimized!

    • 1

I think it’s a cup size too big. You can kind of get this torpedo shape and not enough support when the cup is too big because you’re just kind of flopping around instead of having the fabric slightly push back and hold your tissue. Or it might be the shape, I’m not as knowledgeable about Kris Line.

    • 1

cupandahalf I definitely think it’s a little of both, honestly. This particular KL style seems to run large, but I wasn’t able to get it in a 34K (it’s been discontinued). I also think it’s the shape of the cups as well, they’re very tall and basically look like slings (probably because they’re big). It’ll be a good one to lay around the house in, but I don’t think I’d be able to wear it long-term. I tried today and only got through about 4 hours before wanting to take it off. 😣

In terms of the shape, more of my other KL bras give a very rounded shape, so again probably a bit of a size issue and a bit of a style issue.

I wrote a whole review and then accidentally clicked “delete” at the bottom so now I’m mad and I’m not going into detail all over again. (Sorry.)

The main points I was trying to make:
-This weird space at the gore.
-The wires seem perfect on the sides but weird in the middle by the gore.
-I think this might be a “parachute bra”.
-I’m keeping it because I don’t want to deal with return shipping to Poland again.
-I’m planning on using this bra to experiment with different wires that I ordered online.

Sorry for being brief, but like I said I had a whole thing typed and then it disappeared due to my own error.

The quality is typical Kris Line quality. It’s comfortable, but it isn’t a great fit. The appearance is on par with the other 3 Fortunas I’ve owned and/or tried.

    UPDATE #3:
I’ve decided I’m going to keep it!

Besides the minor gore float issue, this baby fits like a glove. I might consider sizing up in other KL bras in the future, but I don’t think this one is so small that it’s worth sending back. Maybe this will be some incentive to lose a little weight lol!

UPDATE #2: Although I’m still debating, I feel like after wearing it for a little while longer the 2nd night, I might keep it. I’m able to bounce and move and twist and it stays put. The wires are nice and firm in my IMF and the cups feel like they’re ... enclosing my boobs in a little boob-hug. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Hopefully it isn’t a horrible fit the second after the tags come off, lol! (Maybe the tags are the magic to finding ABTF- and once they come off it’s like the magic goes away...just kidding! 🤪)

UPDATE #1: I’m still on the fence about this one. The wires seems to be the absolute narrowest I can handle. I wore it around the house for about an hour and it wasn’t uncomfortable (except for the embroidery on the top of the cups getting a little itchy), and it seemed like the bra “settled” better where the gore was pretty much almost tacking. The square shape is still there, but I’m wondering if after a few washes if the seams would relax and make it less boxy. In terms of support, honestly I think this is the most supportive band I’ve ever had, and the cups may not be quite deep enough but it feels like a boob hug. I reached out to Magda about doing a return, but I don’t know, I might not want to let go of it after all. I’m just afraid once I take the tags off that it won’t fit anymore lol.

    ORIGINAL REVIEW:
    It. Doesn’t. Fit! 😭

I’m so disappointed. I was looking forward to this bra so much, and it’s discontinued so finding other sizes are really difficult.

Overall, to the untrained eye it looks like a decent fit; however, I believe the wires are too narrow, the cups aren’t deep enough, and the gore doesn’t tack (as a result of the cup depth). Weirdly enough, there aren’t really wrinkles from the projection, maybe just a little bit not horrible.

The quality is great, it’s not itchy or uncomfortable. The fabric is beautiful. The green color is so nice, and I’ve been really wanting a green bra for some time now. The band is so silky and smooth!

Comfort-wise, the narrow wires didn’t bother me, but I did notice they left marks on tissue which of course is a huge no-no. Also, the gore didn’t tack and seemed to favor the larger side, so it rested there and rubbed.

Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever been so bummed about a bra! I’ve been eyeing this one and I couldn’t wait for it to come, but I think it’s a fail. 😞 I’m going to attempt to exchange it if I can, but I can’t find a 34KK anywhere, next best option is a 36K, but my biggest fear is that the wires will still be too narrow and a shape mismatch.

    • aww noo! It looks so pretty but the shape is so .. square. How strange.

I think it's a shape mismatch for you this one. Hope the next is better :D

    • alidieux I noticed that too! Is like it has immediate projection, but it goes way out and then a harsh angle up.

I think the weird puckering is caused by the embroidery? Idk it just looks so weird. I’m really bummed out. I’m hoping I can do a return or exchange, so I may try the 36K just to see but if that doesn’t work I’ll probably give up on this one. Sucks! It’s so pretty.

    • 1

alidieux sorry to bug you again lol. I took other pictures today and the side view is much rounder of a profile than the one I took yesterday. The only spot that looks weird is where my nipple is because it was cold when I took the picture. 😂 Anyway, I’m still debating. I’m giving it another sitting-around-the-house wear just to see how the marks look from the wires and see how bad it moves from it’s placement (or doesn’t, would be okay too!)

I’m not sure if much more depth is needed or not. I can’t tell if I’m just trying to cling to anything I can to keep it lol. It has such a good lift and it’s just so pretty!

    • Which ones did you take today (if u uploaded them)? The ones where you have a shirt over , the shape looks great :P

You sound like me with the Bravissimo Jenna. Ultimately I am returning it, because the cons outweighted the pros, so maybe you should keep a little list of the pros and cons and see which way you sway.

I kinda do a little dance where I move and twist my body around for a minute or so to see how the bra moves with my body, and jiggle around to kinda simulate how the bra might end up after a day at work etc..

I hope you do find it comfortable since you are in love with the bra! I know the feeling :D

    • 1

I just added them, they’re the ones with the shirt pulled up so you can see the bra!

Honestly, it survives the bounce-them-up-and-down jiggle test lol! I’m also an activities director for seniors so I practiced some of our exercise moves and it seems to stay put. I guess the main thing will be where the wires sit, and it’s a lot easier to see that when the bra is off. Best description of how it feels is it feels like a boob hug, it’s a gentle little squeeze but not tight or uncomfortable, if that makes sense!

    • Fingers crossed! It does look great, so let's hope if you take the tags off, wear it for a day, it's still comfortable :P

I suppose you could really squeeze it into your body right now while you test wear it to see where the marks hit.

    • Im too sleepy, to see if that creates marks from the wire so you can see where it hits.. is what I meant.. I think. did that even make more sense? idk. it's 6 am I should go to bed before I speak more gibberish :P

    • I knew what you meant! :)
Thanks for your thoughts and hope you have a good sleep!

First off this bra looks amazing. I feel like a princess wearing it. It's a beautiful blush pink with a ton of different embroidery. The cup is mesh and the sides are soft satin.

The band is quite stretchy but feels like a true 34. It has the most narrow gore I've encountered so far which is great for me. It has a decent height, not too high like Panache is. Certainly not a low gore but it's fine so far. It doesn't stab me (yet).

The shape it gives me is a lovely rounded forward shape. It's not as uplifting as a lot of other mainstream bras ... but I think it's because it has quite a lot of room in the bottom of the cup? I don't get any wrinkles in the bottom of this cup so I think that means it has a lot of immediate projection? I could still use a liittle more projection overall because I'm very picky but it's pretty damn good. But I'm so scared to keep this bra and then in 2 weeks have it be too small lol.

The side boning is a little uncomfortable. I'm not a huge fan of mesh/tulle fabric without any soft lining on the inside, I find it a bit scratchy and irritating. The straps are also quite wide set and might slide down but they are very adjustable so I can make it into a racerback if I wanted.

Overall I'm pleasantly impressed and I'm eager to try more Kris Line. I think I would try in 75KK if I could but sadly most of them end at a K on Brastop and Lace Lingerie.

    • The bra looks good, I think you shouldn't size up though. Remember what I said about KL sizing, that a K in their sizes equals about a H/HH?The cup depth measurement of this bra confirm it. See on the bras page to what models it compares to.
      https://www.bratabase.com/browse/kris-line/mirabella-l1102/75K/

I think it's not comparabe to UK K cup bras like Tango. That one should at least have a cup depth of 38+cm!
Also I just got 75KK Kris Line in and it's too big on me! :O

    • alisa I'm so used to not having bras that fit that I've forgot how they are supposed to fit. I also think I shouldn't size up, but my brain is like playing tricks on me.

When I saw the models it compares to I was like, ehh did I measure this bra wrong?? But obviously Curvy Kate etc are super wide right so the measurements gets wonky when comparing? Like I've tried Curvy Kate Ellace in 34JJ and it was too wide and shallow for me, so it's very confusing. But either way I'm pretty happy with this bra :D

    Hasn't set fit

I received this bra a long time ago from the wonderful Magda, as usual her service was great. Life just got in the way and I haven't had any time to add any review. But I'm doing up a review now..so yaay.

Okay first thing's first, the model name is the Active Black Sports Bra..I tried to add the model name to the bra, but for some reason the when I selected the link, there was a window appeared, but it was so tiny that the only thing I could see was the 'x' button, so I'm placing the model name here in the review for the time being... ... now onward to the measurements!

Unstretched the band measures 26 inches, and stretched it measures, 29.7 inches. That being said, as with most Kris Line bras that I've tried (not that much to be honest) the band fits, but it does have that feeling of stretch? I'm not sure if I'm making sense with this at all. Cup depth wise, I took both the minimum and maximum cup depth. The minimum cup depth was measured by hovering the cup between the knees and hanging the tape measure. This was recorded at 10 inches. The maximum cup depth was measured by stretching the cup over the knee. This was recorded at 13.5 inches.

This sports bra uses the encapsulation method, rather than compression (something prefer because I am not a big fan of boob sweat *especially* in the cleavage area. So because of this there are two separate cups, and a gore. The height of the wires at the centre gore measures around 4.5, but there is fabric extending above that hence the 7.2 gore height listed under the measurements.

The straps are padded at the front, with a width of 1.2 inches, and non-padded at the back, with a width of 0.75 inches in the back. Because of this, the straps are only half adjustable, a downside for short people. You could by-pass this issue though, by making use of the j-hook with converts it to a racer back and can also help for added support.

The cups are lightly padded and unlike Panache Sports bra, do not keep their own shape. There are 2 major sections to the cup, an upper double-layered stretch material, that follows the contour of the cup from gore to top, and the remaining portion of the cup. I do believe, if you can find your size in this bra it would be a comfortable fit.

Unfortunately the cups for this bra were a bit too small. Front and side boobage was the main feature of this fit, lol. It's not a drastic overspill just a lot of compression going at the upper-front section. The reduced overspill at the front, is also due to this upper stretch section of the cups, which could maybe be a good feature for people with full-on-top or tall roots. The gore, since it doesn't fit, doesn't lie flat. But to be honest, in most of my bras aside from EM, the gore does not lie flat. Also, even though the wire is under the bust, I sometimes get the uncomfortable feeling that it's not lying there? Idk if I'm explaining myself properly, but it's almost as if the bra is rest on the tissue and not under the bust. That's probably also due to the small cups though.

Unfortunately I can't speak to the support as, this doesn't fit me, but hopefully this helps someone.

    Didn't fit

Another Zulily fail, but at least this time the size was actually correct. As you can see from the pictures, the label is really confusing. They have these sizes listed:
    EU: 70i
    NL/A/CH: nothing?
    B/F: 85I
UK: 32 (??? no cup size I guess?)
And Zulily has this listed as a US 32M, which is crazy. (on the barcode label it says 32 months, which made me laugh)
Anyways, this didn't fit me, but only because the cups were too large. So I'm narrowing down my Kris Line size! I think a 70H might do it, but I'm not going to risk buying ANOTHER bikini, especially since I have my Ewa Michalak orange sherbet ... set coming.
    So, on to the details:
This is a really stretchy band, and the cups are REALLY stretchy and deep. I measured the cup depth over my knee stretching as far as it would go without distortion, so it can accommodate a variety of cup sizes. A 32GG-34GG should easily fit in this.
The bikini itself is very cute. It has a bright tropical print on the cups, with the upper section in black, as well as the band and the straps. The gore has a black bow with gold tips. Inside the cups, there's a layer of thin, stretchy mesh. It's a 3 part construction, so provides lots of projection. (Too much, in my case)

Belinda is a beautiful white bra with classic 3-part full cup balcony.
Lower cup is lace with a very delicate, fine paisley embroidery and is lined with mesh so that it is semi-transparent.
Upper part is heavily embroidered mesh/lace with a floral pattern.
There is a narrow elastic at the back of the top section. On this model, this elastic is wider than on my other styles - almost 1cm. I don't bust out the top of my KLs and I like the shirred effect the elastic gives at the top of the cup.
Center cradle is covered with same lace as lower cup.
Sides of cradle ... are covered with the same embossed satin that the front of the panties are made from.
The gore is embellished with a white satin bow and clear crystal rhinestone in a tear drop shape.
The straps have a small white satin bow and the embroidery that is on all of my Krisline bras.
The strap slider can be worked over the embroidery so that they are fully adjustable. BTW - Krisline straps are longer than Ewa Michalak straps - by over 2" in my size. So, if you tend to need longer straps, KL may work for you.
Band is TTS for 65 -measures 65cm unstretched and can easily get to 77cm before wires distort. Very comfortable band length for me, and with 4 sets of hooks there's a lot of room for adjustment.
Wings and band are strong, matte white satin knitwear. There IS side-boning.
Materials are all very high quality and very soft to touch.
Straight out of the package, the wires were too wide for me, and I didn't get a tack at the gore. However, just like with all my KL bras, I bent them into a narrower, deeper U shape and now it tacks and fits perfectly.
The matching brazilian panties (stringo-szorty) has very pretty double-flutter mesh back with embossed satin front and embroidery panel that matches the top of the bra cup. KL figs tend to fit small (like Gorsenias), so I always take a size S (whereas I would take an XS in UK and NA brands)
Another win for me from Krisline.

Thank you to MagdaBras4you for helping me to get this gorgeous, feminine set.

Side note: I also have the petticoat/babydoll from this collection, in black. It is pretty amazing also, in appearance and quality and fit and- the best part - my breasts don't fall out of it during the night. Anybody else have this "problem" with sexy nighties? I sure do https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" />
