    Fits

This bra definitely lifts and projects short roots. Certain Polish brands are good at that it seems. I am not so sure about the projection as it can be on the pointed rather than round side. I bought this bra on a whim and it fits better after losing a bit of weight. My fitter at the time convinced me as she said it lifts and pushes your breasts forward and has the effect of slimming you. One of my first fitting bras bought from a bra boutique and the price was on the high side compared to online. I was not sure of my size at the time so the help with fitting was worth it. I would buy more of this brand if the shape was a bit rounder.

i was just thinking about Kris Line semi-soft . . having the padding only on the bottom means you have the support of padding, but not that thick line at the top of the cup that shows through t-shirts. I tried one once that was way too small in the band and keep thinking i should try another some day

    • 1

The band is snug but I think they do +4? All the different sizing confuses me to no end! I really have to swoop and push the breast tissue into submission almost for the lace not to pucker. The joys of different bra shapes. The fitter pushed my breast tissue inward toward the center to get this one to fit. Could be my breast shape too...still learning on that one.

    • no, i knew mine would be too small, but even with the extender, the straps were too wide. 65KK - Kris Line Β» Toni Semi Soft - i've been buying Ewa Michalaks in 75, but panache in 32.

    • 1

It is funny that I didn't find Kris Line bras that tight in the smaller cup sizes (65DD/E). My 65DD - Kris Line Β» Toni Semi Soft also does a pointy shape, while the 65DD - Kris Line Β» Margerita is much shallower and fits more round, even though it being a semi-soft also, with the difference that Margerita doesn't have cookie pockets.

    • 1

I have 2 padded Kris Lines in 65HH, they are almost unwearably loose for a 65 band. For example, I think in comexim you would have to go up to a 75 band to get a comparably loose one, they are definitely not the same as my comexim 65 or even 70 bands.

    • 1

I think that this is such a pretty and feminine bra. I love the lace and the detailing. I do agree though that it does give a slightly pointed shape but i don't think it is that bad, it is almost very 50's look. It looks lovely on you and looks to fit you perfectly . I will be looking for this bra here in Australia. Thank you for a great review.

    • Scott thank you! The lace is very pretty on this bra for sure. I hope you can find this brand! It is cotton so it is lightweight too.

    • Aaah I meant 65FF, not HH

    Didn't fit

This bra was terrible on me. I am short rooted, projected, pendulous and center heavy. This bra may have been a cup size too big as I was extremely pointy in it, and maybe compression would have given me a more rounded shape. Will give a final say on the cup size relative to other Kris lines as I get them and will revise this review. I went off of their measurements with a 115cm bust and I find an 80cm band comfy.

Gore didn't even come close to tacking. It is a very tall bra with the apex high in the cup. The non stretch lace sorta curves ... in at the top and lays floopy on my breast. Would be closed off top for taller roots. I found the bottom of the cup shallow, and there was not enough center depth for me.

There are 4 columns of 3 hooks on the bra and the bra itself is lovely. Straps are a bit short however, so if you routinely pull your straps out, these will probably be too short. Keepers and rings are metal.

Band felt a touch tight but would probably loosen up with wear to TTS 36/80.

Fabric is soft and luxurious, and I wish it worked for me. Definitely the wrong shape and not a good bra for me.

    • Very interested in your thoughts today as I received 5 kris line bras to try today! I am still assembling my thoughts but definitely second the short straps, I hd them almost fully extended which I have never done before!

I too am slightly short rooted, projected and center heavy!

    • I'll be adding pics shortly.

    • Pics added!

    • Where were u able to find a measurement chart for sizing!?!?

Very unexpected deviation from labeled size! Band is extremely small and firm, and cups are very much larger than I expected--both deeper and taller, though the wires are narrow. I am usually a 32FFuk and 32G French/Euro. In overall cup volume and size, this feels more like a UK 28H or 30GG.

I did attempt to put it on. I can just about fasten it, but with a band barely over 29" fully stretched, I cannot wear this comfortably--it's too tight even with a 3" extender. Also, the cups are clearly too large, the lacy upper half sitting basically empty.

It seems well-made and sturdy otherwise. The materials are robust (padding is firm, wires are thick and do not bend easily). Elastics are wide, thick and seem like they would not become distended with wear. Straps do have some stretch to them. Lace at top of cups is NOT stretch lace.

Cups are at least two sizes too small.
    Wires are pretty firm
The band itself feelstl tight BECAUSE of the other fit issues. I think once I get my correct KL size down, this brand has alot of potential for me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt=":D" />

Potential is good thing! Larger than a K but smaller than an M. At least that narrows it down to two choices, which is cheaper of a gamble for sure.

    • 1

The bra look very a stable construction, narrow wires, deep cups. Too bad it did not work out for you. I always wanted to try a KL bra but I could never figure out my size in them. (Also I would have been sized out of their range anyway) I hope you can find your correct size in them :)

    • 1

alisa, what size do you wear in UK brands or Polish brands? If it helps any, I wear (approximately since I'm still trying to get things down myself) a 65KK in Ewa Michalak in both the SF and BM. Borderline a 65L in the SF.
And thanks! I appreciate it :) I hope I get it down too; it would be fantastic to have more variety! πŸ™ƒ

    • 1

DerangedDragons19 I think 32K would be my current UK size. Or 34JJ if bands run tight. I don't have many bras that fit me currently and have no idea what my polish bra size would be as I never had any polish bra that fitted. I'm still trying to figure out my new size (recently lost some weight and got down few sizes) and what styles work. Do you wear any UK brands?

    • 2

I love love love KL...I akways just do a little minor bra surgery - i bend the wires into a more narrow U shape - and it works everytime.
I have 4 already and more on the way.
BTW - I'm 30F/FF UK, 65G in Ewa and 65G in KL. Their bands are more forgiving than EM.

    • alisa Unfortunately, I don't wear any UK brands as their wires are too wide :(
I have a Curvy Kate 30K Bikini that I'd say I'm a size or two bigger than, so approximately a 30KK in Curvy Kate? So that's about on par with my Ewa size at least. I'm trying Kris line in a 65L next and will let you know how it works :)

    • 1

DerangedDragons19 I like Bravissimo and Panache bras because they have good stable construction and are very supportive, but the wires are at least 1cm too wide for me. CK is mostly a miss in bras for me but their swimwear is decent. All polish bras I tried in the past I found too weak. My Ewa size is 75K according to their bra calculator.

    • 1

alisa, not certain how accurate Ewa's calculator is for others, but it's off for me. It wouldn't hurt to give a 32K in a BM a try, but sometimes they say a band size up is better. I'm unsure :p I'll keep you informed either way! :D

    • 2

EM calculator off for me too...suggests 75D lol
      I wear 65G.
In Panache and CK my band is 30...but i don't wear because wires are too wide..

    • 2

Ewa's calculator is intended as BTT with full exhale. I think most women just do somewhere between comfy and semi tight instead of super tight without air in their lungs.
Also with Ewa's calculator, see the guidelines below the calculator and adjust the cup suggestion accordingly. When factoring that in, mine is spot on.

    • 1

I used my BTT measuement because I thought that's what they meant. But on some days I can break the tape at 74cm and on some on 72cm. So it either gives me 70KK or 75K. Overbust braless bent over is 126cm for me but overbust in a bra is 111cm. If i used overbust in a bra and 80cm comfortable underbust I get totally different result. Like in A Sophisticated pair bra calculator that asks these measuements I got 32HH recently lol. Which is ridiculous, my pms boobs right now fill out a 32KK Bravissimo bra! So calculators can be way off. Sizem was good but it's not active anymore.

    • 1

I ment the bust perimeter not above the boobs with "overbust" I translated it wrongly.

    • 1

Go with the 72cm and 126cm. Then adjust the cup recommendations based on breast shape and fullness as they describe below the calculator. (So of rounded and full OO shape or full amd pendulous UU shape go up a cup or two, while if narrow 00 or VV shaped, go down a cup or two.

In the upper cup ranges, KrisLine is an extra tier above Ewa and UK brands, so for example an Ewa 65KK would be the same 30:16 as a KL 65K. The scaling for both brands do not follow the same guidelines as the lower cup ranges and most likely will take a few trial and error attempts before nailing your perfect size.

For Ewa I wear a 60L (28:17) in all their unpadded, but the BMs are a bit too big (yet the 60KKs are too small and painful) so I would say I'm really a 60KK and a half in the BMs.

I only have one KrisLine 60L (28:18) but I believe it still fits (it's currently on loan to DerangedDragons19 with this bra and some others.) I am not a big fan of KrisLine but the 60L options have been limited to just the one white Betty bra that I have, and I'm not in love with it personally. I have tried several KL bras though in an attempt to figure out the brand.

If you can figure out your Ewa SF size, I feel it would be safe to go with the same size for KrisLine, which would be a tier up from Ewa by BtB sizing. :-)

    • 1

Bra calculators are super tricky. Heck, breast measurements are difficult too.
A sophisticated pair puts me in a 28L/28LL depending on the day/way I'm measuring, which is actually pretty accurate save for the band 🀷
      Go with @mamapagan's suggestion. :)

    • alisa My KL showed up today, and the review is up :)

    • 1

DerangedDragons19 How do you get this polish bras so quickly :D I wait forever just for bras from the UK. Thanks for letting me know.

    • alisa, oh this one has actually been hanging out in the mail since February 24th I think? I order most of my bras through, MagdaBras4you :)

    • alisa, oh this one has actually been hanging out in the mail since February 24th I think? I order most of my bras through, MagdaBras4you :)

    • 1

DerangedDragons19 do you put in your BTT underbust in A sophisticated pair calculator? It does not tell you which you need to put in. I don't know how I can get 32HH in that calculator?!

MamaPagan I think I will leave other polish brands besides Ewa aside for now. KL fit looks like it gets worse in fit the bigger the cups are. I think trying a SF bra like you recommended in my other Adventure will be a good start.

    • alisa, nope. I put my comfortable "like a hug" measurement.

    • 2

alisa Most of us in the upper cup range like the SF so I hope you do as well. πŸ’™

    • 2

Some of us in the mid-size range love SF too. It's my favourite to wear on long work days. Its ratio of comfort to support can't be beat!

    • 2

I think we can all agree that the SF is a pretty darn good place to start :D

    • 1

Of course! I was just meaning that others within @alisa's range like the style as comparison. The SF is awesome, what's not to love? 😍

    Diamond 65K
Diamond is a semi soft bra with foam lined bottom and added removable cookies within a cookie pocket. The top of the cups are very stretchy. It’s like if the Ewa Michalak BM and PL style bras had a baby, this bra would be it. It is very comfortable and quite supportive feeling, so in that aspect it has an S style flair.

The band measures 25” to a max of 32” with the 3 hooks and 4 rows of eyes, yet still feels secure and supportive.

Cup depth is 13” as measured by hovering the cup between the knees and placing the tape measure into the ... cup without any resistance, to a max of 15” stretched over the knee. The cup width is 6” with a height of 9”. The gore is 3.5” tall with a wing of 4.5”.

For Kris Line bras, I recommend Bras4you.com. Magda (our very own @MagdaBras4You) offers a wide selection and excellent customer service. If she doesn’t have what you’re looking for, and she can get it, she will. I have gotten most of the Kris Line bras I’ve tried from her as well as a variety of other Polish brands, and I have never been disappointed in her service.

1/20/19 Update-I had put this one away into storage for over a year now, but I am currently considering buying KrisLine again, so I pulled out the only two KL bras I still have to test the sizing and figure out which size would be best. This one is comfortable, even the band feels fine and comfortable on the tightest hook set, but the cups are now quadding, so I will need to size up in the cup, or go with the 60L which still fits nicely.

Kris Line has this amazing soft luxurious touch, and the Diamond does not disappoint in material quality at all.
Also, my most comfortable bra ATM. Half padded, band stretchy, true to size or maybe a bit looser, while cups run big I'd say - wires ever so soft and comfortable, the upper part of the cups is soft stretchy lace. Comes with cookies and cotton inner lining
The gore floats a little and I fall out a little in the centre, even though the cups seem to be the right size. The half padded structure lifts, but I feel it should go higher, as the soft lace cannot hold ... firm enough. I am getting a ski slope look, so for now it is my wear-at-home bra. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />
Edit: After wearing it for a while, I realize that the band is very stretchy. My guess is that this bra would pass as a 32DD. When I tighten the band, the cups also stretch and the fit improves - possibly a 60E would be my size in this one. I am becoming pretty sure that this one would look better on someone with a little wider breasts with more upper fullness, even to FOT. The lace at the top is very soft and flexible, allowing more upper fullness and/or taller roots. A shape mismatch for me I think. Oh, but it is so soft and silky...
Update: Now, with a little weight gain, this bra fits much better than before, but still not perfect.

    • Super jealy of how good this looks on you! I got the 65D and the lace just hangs out while the bottom of the cups is almost like a full coverage cup on me, lol. I hope I can find in 65C. It's amazing how this bra is round on some and natural on others.

    • I loved how comfy this bra was, but gave me a ~meh~ shape. :(

  8. This bra seems to run big in the cups- it fits me if I leave the padding in, but I'm usually more 30E. The band is a bit loose, but I bought it used. I love that there are 4 columns of hooks (in 2 rows), all my other bras only have 3 columns.

The shape it gives is interesting, and I think I like it on me .. though I see how it is a bit too sloped on others. I wish the seams were more minimal and showed through my t-shirts less.

    • I wish this bra fit me more like it fits you! Perhaps I can find it in a 65C, I have the 65D (just got it not too long ago and have not gotten around to posting it!).

This bra is so pretty, but it's a shame that it has the least stretchy band I've ever encountered. I can only stretch this to about 28.5"--almost 2 band sizes smaller than it should be. I can barely fasten it with an extender, so it's hard to tell fit. Like most KL semi softs I've experienced, there's a ridge at the seam between the padded and unpadded parts that I'm sure would show through clothing. It's also pretty closed on top and there's an elastic sewn at the top of the upper section, and it's very projected at the apex. The fabric is shiny and the lace is beautiful, the center gore is narrow with a lovely detail on it--it's just a shame that it essentially runs 2 band sizes small because the elastic in it barely stretches.

Seems like this is the closest I will get to a KL bra fitting. Band fits much more like a 30. Still the top part is empty, there's a significant ridge where the padding ends, and the shape is so pointy... I just couldn't picture myself wearing this in real life. It's a very pretty bra and very high quality, but I would feel self conscious with these torpedo boobs.
