    Didn't fit

I really like this longline bra! I'm not one who would prefer to wear longline bras every day, but I sure like to have the option! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

It closes with 5 hooks and there are three eyes. I bought this bra knowing that it fits me horribly in the band, but since I'm gonna alter it there won't be any fit issues later on, I guess https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> (not related to band length at least) As I'm petite, I also have very narrow shoulders. The straps are way too wide-set for me, they're interfering with my armpits, and ... really, they shouldn't have any business there https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" /> Actually, not only are too wide-set straps uncomfortable, they're actually distorting the whole fit of the cups. The straps are pulling the weight of the boobs (I know the band should provide the most support, but straps do support as well) from an odd angle, a diagonal angle instead of a fairly vertical one. The result is that it chafes the armpit and opens up space closest to the center gore (making it seem like the cup is too big since it gapes).

Since I bought this with the intention of altering the band I can't really comment on the band fit, and I intend to move the straps as well so I can't comment a lot about them either.

I can comment on the cups however, I would've never bought it if the cups didn't fit me. I wouldn't describe them as being half-cups, but they resemble them in the way that they're really straight cut horizontally on the top. I'd say this bra covers about the same amount as a balconette bra. When I wore the bra and had my mom tugging the back tight enough, while pressing the gore to my sternum and tugging the cup a little to simulate a closer-set strap, the shape was absolutely amazing! The support was top-notch and my boobs were basically rounder than a ball. Hah! Not that it's possible, but it almost seemed like it was in my case! I have chin rests in every bra since my boobs are so high up and perky, but this really pushed the limit even further xD It didn't look bad though, just really impressive! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I guess it'd look kinda over the top on someone who's a lot taller than me (I'm only 5 feet/152 cm tall), having their boobs that high up, but on me it doesn't because I have a really, really short upper body and so the ultra-chin-rest-y shape doesn't look weird on me, just boobtastic without the wtf-factor.

Oh, just a quick side-note, the straps are semi-wide and you can take the straps off and make it into a racerback or just wear one strap (only your imagination can stop you really). They're not very slippery, once you adjust it to a certain length it stays put https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> They don't stand out to me in any kinda way, kinda regular I guess. Not ultra-comfy to make me praise them, and not less comfortable than most straps.

(Btw, there are optional pads in this one. The bra has pockets inside the cups, I tried putting both pads in in the same cup and it worked beautifully, I could've fit a third one in there as well if I had one (I just thought I'd mention it since pads are great too oomph things up if you'd like, and they're also great for correcting asymmetry, which I don't have though)
