  1. The 30F Gossard Egoboost Strapless was useless under the clothes I needed a strapless for because the cups come up so high, especially near the center gore. I tried this in 30F, 30FF, and 30G. They all seemed to fit fine, which shows how much coverage the cups provide and therefore just how many potential fit issues they conceal. I can't tell you how well these fit because of the massive wall of rigid concealment.

This bra convinced me I don't ever want a push-up bra. I was willing to put up with the push-up padding to get a versatile strapless, but since this didn't work, I didn't have to put up with the padding.

I will say the gore was very low and comfortable for my close-set breasts on my petite frame. The color of this beige was decent. It's always convenient to have a seamless, totally smooth cup.

  2. I was so desperate for a strapless bra I tried the Gossard Egoboost Strapless Bra (6288) in three sizes. This one is 30FF in beige. This one and the 30F and 30G all seemed to fit okay, which shows how rigid the cups are. The cups came up so high in all of them, especially in the part near the center gore, that I couldn't wear them under any of the dresses or tops I needed a strapless for.

I also decided that I cannot stand push-up bras. They're uncomfortable. The cups covered so much of my chest that the cleavage push-ups are known for was hidden under the cups.

The band is tight, though. That tightness, combined with the five rows of hooks and eyes, made the Gossard Egoboost Strapless Bras exhausting to put on.

    Didn't fit

I’ve tried Gossard bras in the past, and find them to fit one cup and one band size small. With a usual size of 28G (UK), I tried this one in 30G. But the band is so outrageously tight that I literally cannot close it. I had my SO close it for me so I could at least assess the cups, and they are very round and uplifted with some INTENSE cleavage, but they're also a touch too shallow on my very full-on-bottom breasts, leading the cups to fold over a little at the bottom.

This bra has a rather heavy band, which I like since it helps it stay smooth instead of pinching in on the top and bottom edge where the elastic and silicon are located. And with five rows of hooks and eyes, it's effectively a longline. In the right size, I think this bra would have been quite comfortable and would stay up really well.

Includes fully adjustable straps that can be removed or worn in a variety of ways (halter, crossback, regular, etc.).

(A day later...) Wait a second! They sent me the wrong bra! I ordered a Retrolution Stayloe (http://www.bratabase.com/browse/gossard/retrolution-staylo-plunge-bra-8515/) but they sent me the Egoboost. It took me way too long to figure this out. This explains why it's not as pretty as I was expecting. Well, the review still stands, but I am definitely exchanging it now.

This thing stretches barely at ALL. I currently wear it with an 8.5 cm long extender on the last possible hook. It's CRAZY! I am too afraid to try to stretch it the full amount because I'm not sure if I'll keep it yet. But only the wings are stretchy, ... that's why. The most I was willing to stretch it out was an additional 4 cm, giving it a measurement of a whopping 62.5, a full 10 cm below the purported size of the bra. WTF? Any 24G's out there looking for a bra?!

EDIT: I can wear it without the extender. ALL IS WELL.

It is very comfortable. I can adjust my cleavage when wearing it, slipping the band up and down, tightening the straps. I can go all out with buttcrack cleavage or something a bit more separate. (Though my cleavage is uneven and weird so I have to go for buttcrack cleavage.) It does give pretty huge cleavage though. There may be some quadding, however. I am regretful that I didn't get a cup size up.

Note: There are NON-REMOVABLE pads. If only they were removable, this would be able to balance out my cup-bigger left boob and maybe even out my cleavage.

  5. My favourite strapless bra!
    The good:
    Cleavage https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />
Stays up with our silicone rubbing
    Wide band with side support
    straps attach in good position
    smooth line under clothes

    The bad:
Shelf-boob shape with straps on as a t-shirt bra
Push up pads that aren't really necessary
Band is tight for a 30, fits like a 28

This bra certainly gives a big boost and creates lots of cleavage. It also has removable pads, which are great for balancing out my uneven breasts. I could use one cup size larger, however.
