    Fits

This 30FF Freya Nieve Padded Longline Bra was another of a few different bras I tried on this week. In the pictures it looks like an unideal fit, but it was actually one of the more comfortably fitting bras I have tried recently and is probably a closer match than pictures suggest. (I will admit it's not perfect, but it's good enough to consider it a keeper) I was unsure if I would like the longline, but I actually think I prefer more clasps than fewer. (This has 5 Hooks per row, I think I certainly prefer 3+ Hooks per row in back) Like most 30 Bands, I ... end up hooking it on the tightest row right off the bat, but that's because my rib cage is ~28inches, 30 Bands seem easier to find in more brands so sometimes I go for it and pray it's firm at the underbust. I normally would not pick the exact print, I prefer satin/lacey blacks, and second I like soft feminine pinks/florals. This bra is Floral, but has kind of an autemn color pallet, composed of tans, browns, with black trim/detailing. The construction of the Bra looks well made, it's a lightly padded 3 part half cup, with two seams separating 3 pieces of each cup. The material inside is comfortably soft and I am happy with the look and feel of rhe Bra. I do wish the gore was a little shorter and closer, or perhaps touching/overlapping. I have lost some upper ffullness/volume over the last year, so I can tolerate the Gore on this but with the volume loss my tissue seems a bit softer. Gore's that are a bit tall with space between them tends to push my slightly softer breasts back outwards. The straps are fairly comfortable on my narrow shoulders, and they do adjust enough. The cup height is reasonable and the wires are fine, they are a little wide for me but not too bad, especially in this fit. It's hard to get a perfect fit because my breats are assymetrical, but this seems to be a decent fit on both, with the few minor exceptions that make it tolerable to wear. I prefer having cleavage as opposed to none, and although the Gore doesn't bring them in as much as I wish, it's better than a full cup with a similar gore size and style.

(My left breast is larger and Fuller with a somewhat narrow root, while my right breast is all around smaller and has a different and more narrow root that is a bit higher on my chest. I am petite, 4ft 8 with narrow shoulders so I think in general I have Short and narrow roots compared to those of the general population. I am unsure but think I am functionally FOB, I lost upper fullness with weight loss, but still have some inner/center fullness and my nipples are a bit spaced apart, related to the centerfullness and not much outerfullness at all. I believe I am fairly/somewhat projected, (I think pre weight loss I was Very Projected) my breasts do not look close set when unsupported but supported they are close/center full. I fit best in about about a 28FF right now, need cups that are nor too tall, and like my Cleo and Polish Bras the best currently) my weight fluctuates, so it can be hard to find the right Bra and have it continue to fit perfect. This Freya bra isn't perfect but worth keeping!

  2. Love the idea of a longline! However, the cup is either too small for me or too shallow. As a result, the bra slides down throughout the day. The hooks at the back take *forever* to get done, but once they are done up it looks amazing. Definitely "cakes on a plate" look. I do get some cutting in on my larger breast so I'd like to try the style in a larger cupsize.

  3. Runs a little big in the band, which curls up (which could be from my bad posture), but I still find it comfortable and great for when I'm a bit heavier. While I find it good enough, I will definitely size down on the band if I come across another of longlines. I also cut the rosettes on the straps, as I found them too much.

ETA: I've meanwhile realized that some of the issues with this bra (the riding up, the too loose band) are because I have a very "conical" torso. I'm going to try to sew the bottom part of the band so it won't stretch and it might fit me better.

Unfortunately, this bra is an extremely poor fit on me. I need a 28 band in this style (which isn't made), and the cup is just a little bit too small, even when the band is tightened. I really need to sell it because it really doesn't fit, but I keep convincing myself that I can get my sewing machine out and save it by taking in the band. I just hate getting rid of a bra that's SO CUTE. This is literally one of the prettiest bras I've ever seen. This is the bra I was longing for back when all I could find in my size ... were ugly nude tents.

I do know that these longlines run very large in the band. I have other longlines in a 30 band, and they just float away from me (even though I can wear Masquerade and Ewa Michalak 30 bands on the middle or tightest hook). Since the bra really doesn't fit, I feel that I can't comment on the specific cup shape; however I'm not terribly impressed with the shape on any of my Freya longlines, which is disappointing because I've wanted a longline forever and I don't really like the prints on the Cleo Sadie. I think that the shape would be improved if I tried a 28 band, but I feel like it still wouldn't be mind-blowing. That said, I definitely don't think the shape is anywhere near awful, and I'm willing to wear something that's not perfect when the appearance is so excellent otherwise.

    I will update this review if/when I alter it. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

I kept this bra for a long time because I SO wanted it to work. It's beautiful and comfortable, sturdy and super soft. When I got it, it was just a bit too small, and it's low-cut on top so my boobs just fell out if I leaned forward. Now it's a LOT too small and the cup barely covers my nipples under the best of circumstances.

It's a BEAUTIFUL bra and I recommend it highly for someone who's an F-G cup and a 28-32 band (this bra offers a lot more support in the band than most because it's a longline,) but now that I've crossed over into HH territory I have to let it go. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

Absolutely loved this bra, but unfortunately, it no longer fits. The look is very vintage and the bra very comfortable.

This is a very pretty bra. I like that the straps adjust all the way, as I have a short torso. The only complaint is that the cups are very low-cut--sometimes it feels like they will fall out. I think I prefer something with more coverage.

As soon I saw this bra I wanted to own it! I love the print and the look of this bra. First I bought in my normal size, 32E, but as with other bras from Freya, the band is too stretchy. Also the cups were to small and there were overspill, and now I have figured out, that I wear a 30FF in the lightly padded styles from Freya.
It is very comfortable and I love love the longline style, and though it has a tendency to “roll up” throughout the day, it isn´t a problem.
I´m looking forward to the summer and to wear this bra with a pair of high waisted shorts or a loose fitting see-through top https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Very sexy and flattering style on. The cup is soft and very uplifting. The cup is quite low cut and feels similar to a half cup bra and less like a balcony.

But loose for a 30 band. Band shifts around a bit with movement wear on me. If youre in between sizes go down a band size.
