    Fits

Since the material is very thin, we can see a little bit of my pointy (natural) shape boobs (I don't really like this)
The broodery in the front itch me a little bit.
It's my first bra since a mesure myself with MWB on reddit....
With my mesurement i should wear 28F, but I was effray the band could be inconfortable, so i try with a 30 first and it fits good.

It seems good. It sat like a glove, but I missed slightly on the size so it digs in a little on the sternum. The cups were easy to fill for my kind of shape, and the straps sits nicely.

This is my favorite bra so far.

I have this bra in brown and it is the most supportive bra I own. I think this is because the center gore is a bit higher than some others I've tried. I can feel some pressure on my sternum but it doesn't hurt me.

Freya has a bit of a reputation for having stretchy bands but that is not what I've found where this bra is concerned. The band is quite firm and the 28G is perfect for me (my underbust measurement is 28").

This bra is not too closed off on top, so it doesn't cut in too much, maybe a ... bit when I take a very deep breath.

It gives a good shape. It prevents my breast tissue from escaping to the armpit and directs it more towards the front, and I like the shape it gives (more rounded than I would expect from an unpadded bra). The seams are not too noticeable, unless I wear a light white top.

The underwires are lined with a sort of fluffy material so as not to be too uncomfortable. The rest of the bra is a sort of mesh. It isn't the softest material but I don't mind it. I would have preferred it if it wasn't shear, I only tried it because it was on sale, but now I am very glad I did try it.

Super sexy bra with a comfortable band. Cups are too small, creating quad-bood, especially when scooped in from the outside. After wearing for a while, the top of the cups also chafe, but otherwise the fabric is comfortable for lace mesh.

This bra is based off the Arabella and it shows. This is the perfect bra shape/size for me. If you want more gushyness read my review for the Arabella.

I have the original pink and want all the colours... I need money!

Edit: This bra is now too small, got a 28E and still in love! <3

    • Do you find the the embroidery at the top of the cup shows its texture through clingy tops? I just got an Arabella and love it... but with that one caveat. The Lyla looks like it might be flatter -- do you find this to be the case?

    • Well for me I have no problems with the embroidery showing under thin shirts with the Lyla or the Arabella. The picture of the 28DD with the black shirt on is me and I'm wearing the same shirt with the pic of the Arabella in a 28DD as well. To me this shirt is nearly see through and very thin. I really can't say the embroidery on one or the other is thinner but I do think that the Lyla conceals a bit more since it doesn't have the stiffer ribbon type embroidery lining the edge of the top of the cup.

      I hope this helps.

    • It does, thanks! I definitely do find my Arabella to show a "ribbed" texture through thin tight knits. Like you though, I find the seams completely flat and invisible through everything. Were it not for the embroidery, it would be like a t-shirt bra for me!

I wish this fit as it is beautiful, but unfortunately I need to continue searching for a Freya bra that actually fits. As so often happens, the bra was too high at the top - it goes up really high at the top of the cup and I don't completely fill it out at the top, but if I went down a size it would be cutting at the bottom of the cup. Plus because it is so high it looks a bit funny and it would show under lots of clothes.

This bra is not owned any more

  7. Another Lyla! This time in a cup size up since I've grown! I got this bra from a listing here on bratabase! Woohoo! I still love this bra.

This bra has great shape, very comfy, and is invisible under all my shirts. My first one in a 28DD is probably about a year old now and if I could still wear it I would be since the band is still going strong on the middle hooks. Profile isn't super rounded but not overly pointy either. I can wear this bra all day and it never pokes/moves/shifts.

This bra and the Arabella seem to just be perfect matches to me and my shape no matter how big my boobs are.

    • Just had to say that I love my Lyla too! I tend to wear it under tshirts because of the great shape it gives me (my breasts aren't fans of moulded cup bras)

  8. I bought this bra because I fell in love with the colour. I don't generally go for sheer bras because they can be seen through thin shirts but the vibrant purple won me over. This bra is true to size. It fits perfectly. It provides good support and I like the thick straps, which are fully adjustable so it's great for those of us with petite frames. I did not experience any wires digging when wearing Lyla and I liked the shape it gave me - a nice round but not in your face shape. Overall, it's a really good fitting bra and has earned a solid spot in my lingerie drawer.

  9. I tried this bra on a whim while at Intimacy. The bright colors grabbed my attention and I knew I had to have it. Don't let the mesh fool you...this bra really is supportive, like my other Freya bras. This bra definitely makes me feel sexier underneath it all.

**update** I still love this bra. I try not to wear it often, but if I could, I would. The plunge isn't too much for me and I love the bright colors for summer

    • Is it you in the picture? It does seem as the person in it is spilling over a quite a bit in the cups. Have you tried a larger size?

    • Yes it is me, and I'm not spilling out of this bra at all; I will take a pic from the side to show this. I had a reduction (believe it or not) and the inner area of my breasts aren't as "smooth" as they would be on someone who hasn't had the surgery.

    • Thank you for your reply. Your reduction probably explains a lot, I guess the structure and shape isn't the same as with a breast of the same size that hasn't undergone surgery. And, yes, I believe you. No matter how much many claims to be a B-cup after surgery, few actually is.

    • I've had a reduction as well and I get that little bit of "spill over" in the middle, especially with plunge or lower-cut bras. I've tried sizing up, but end up swimming in them everywhere else. Nice to know it's not just me!

Honestly, this bra is not a great fit for me. The underwires stabbed me in the chest, there was room in the cup, and the wires came away from my body at the bottom. I bought it anyway and bent the wires to give the bra a broader shape, and it seems to have resolved some fit issues, though I still wouldn't say this is a super comfy bra.
