    Lauren 30K
I am adding this bra for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database.

Lauren is a non-padded underwire full cup balcony bra. While available in multiple colors, I tried it in a Magenta pink.

The band measures 25” to a max 31” with 3 hooks and 3 rows of eyes.

    Cup Depth as measured by:
1 Hovering the cup between the knees, then placing the tape measure into the cups without any resistance.
    This measurement is: 14”

2 Placing the cup over the knee and stretching it similar to what a breast would, to the maximum resistance.
    This measurement is: 16”

I feel these two figures give you a general idea of the minimum and maximum depth that the cup can accommodate,
just like the flat and stretched band measurements do with bands.

    Magenta colorway

Compared to my Cleos, this bra runs startlingly large. The band is loose enough that I had to put a tuck in it to wear it comfortably, and the cups are easily a half size larger than I need.

I'll want the extra space for alterations, however, since the Lauren has many of the usual Freya problems in large cup sizes. This bra tends to cut into my underarms significantly at the sides, pushes most of my tissue towards the armpit, has a significant east-west apex problem, and produces a lot of empty space near the center gore. I've found that these issues are common for me with this brand in most models. As usual for Freya, this is also a -lot- of bra - it covers a startling amount of skin and isn't suitable for wear with low-cut tops.

The bra itself is fairly attractive in an understated way, with black-on-black pinstripes and a unique style of bow at the front. The manufacturing quality is fine; I just wish the shape were better.

Altered band, Band taken in 1" at the left wing.

I have been on the hunt for neutral bras from UK brands that my boobs don't hate, and in spite of some minor issues, that keeps leading me back to Freya.

The Lauren looked similar to my Hopscotch, so in spite of things I've read about it being shallow, I decided to chance it. I can only assume these reviews come from people confusing the balcony and half cup. It's a pretty typical Freya fit. The cup is a little shorter at the strap, the band a bit firmer, and the wires seem slightly narrower than bras like the hopscotch and sister cuts(all plusses for me), but ... overall, if you fit those bras, there is no reason Lauren won't also work for you.

The cup detailing is sort of unique, with subtle striping on the bottom of the cup, and a double layer of solid fabric on top. It's the first bra I've owned where the top of the cup is more opaque than the bottom.

I will need to remove the side boning, but this is typical for me.

  4. This is a great bra, basic without being too plain, and very comfortable.

I got this bra very cheap off Ebay. I wouldn't have bought it a full price since I knew that Freya and I don't get along and all Freya bras I've tried so far failed to work in the J+ cup range.
This bra is no exception. The wires feel quite week. I find the band too stretchy, I need to wear it on tightest setting. The cups are about 1 size too small at least. I get some major quadboob and the gore doesn't lie flat. I think, that the construction is too weak to fully support some K-cup boobs. I cannot say much about the shape since the bra was obviously too small.
The straps are wide and comfortable (I love Freya straps!) The bra itself is nothing special in my opinion. The purple colour is quite nice.

It is a good fit, and very comfortable, although my breasts bulge ever so slightly from the top, but I can live with it.

This is the best bra I've found yet for wearing under low cut necklines. The gore doesn't quite lie flat but the rest of the cup fits well and doesn't give me torpedo boobs like most Freya bras do. Unfortunately the back wings are a single layer of mesh that stretches out very quickly, so lower points for quality.

    Comfortable bra overall.

I really like the material. It's very breathable and the pattern is very classy. Unfortunately, it has very prominent seams which show through even under layers.

The cups are a touch too small for me, so the gore doesn't tack. The band became even stretchier after a few washes and wears.

I think this would be a nice bra in the right size. The material is comfortable, it seems to be sturdy and well-made, and the color is pretty. It doesn't work for me, though. In addition to just being the wrong size, the cups are better suited to shallow breasts and the wires are far too wide for me. The cups are too big in general, but I think even in the right size, they would be less round than I like, and they are ridiculously full coverage, more than any bra I've owned. I think one would only be able to wear it with boatneck or turtleneck tops. However, I think this might be a great bra for someone with wider and softer boobs, especially if they are slightly shallow.
