Didn't fit

This is actually the best fitting bra I've found to date. I wish it was a bit prettier, but it was on sale on Amazon. Band could stand to be a bit tighter *cough, hint freya, cough* but it's wearable.

Wires are good at 5.5, especially since they're flexible - I really think this is the narrowest I can go in flexible wires, need wider wires in U shaped or stiff brands. Cups not too shallow and are open enough on top. Minor gapping on my smaller side, no quadding on my bigger side. Had to adjust the straps quite a bit shorter - ... there are some long straps on this bra!

Gore starts to dig after all day wear... really is kind of a bummer because my inner fullness tends to spill out of plunges so this half cup or balconette style is good for my boobs, and I like the half cup in contrast to the Deco Hatty where the top of the cup wants more boob than I have up there. I will probably try out more Freya half cups and more balconette styles, I just wish the gores didn't bother my sternum. It is more comfortable than my CK Bardot, though.

I hope the material softens up after washing because it feels like steel wool. The cups being lined is the only thing that saves the scratchy shell from making me want to rip it off.

Didn't fit

This bra creates a nice, naturally round look. I wouldn't say it has a ton of lift, but it's pretty good. The cup's apex looks to me like it peaks towards the centre to inner third of this bra. I found this bra to have a snug band at 30, not too stretchy or loose (I measure 28 super tight, and 29.5 comfortably snug). The straps are a tiny wide and feel a little scratchy, so it may not work if you are really really narrow. I was told that the material softens after a wash. The cups are thinly lined, and the colours are geometric and fun. ... I do find this bra is perhaps shallow near the wires, and I have about 1/2 inch - 3/4 of an inch from the wires to my IMF, which creates some "tension wrinkling". Not enough immediate projection for me?? The gore tacks, but the right side of the wire is trying to stab my right breast a little. I think that is happening because the cups are being pulled from the lack of depth where I need it. With sligthly more bottom projection I think this bra would have been great. I thought it fit better than it did until I got home and took pictures and wore it. Too bad.

Edit after wearing a few times: The material seems much softer, even after one wear, and the bottom of the cup is fitting a little better too (but still not in my IMF). This bra shapes nicely to differently sized breasts (ex: left bigger than right, and different sizes during the month). I actually find this bra quite comfortable, even though it's not a perfect fit for me. I also find that the straps are now very comfortable, but the band is quite stretchy.

Fits

This bra fits me pretty well despite being a band size smaller than I would typically wear. It does give good lift, but the gore is a bit wide for my liking, but very good cakes on a plate cleavage. It's an unusual print, but I kind of like it, I just don't really wear it since I got this right before trying Polish bras.

Used to fit

Not sure yet if I'm keeping this one. It's an almost perfect fit for the shape it is:
+ The outsides of the cups comfortably encompass the sides of my breasts.
+ My ribs are presently 26.5", and this band is very comfortable.
+ The straps adjust short enough for my frame (always a happy surprise).
+ The tops of the cups reach my armpits and not my chin, yay.

Really my only hesitation is the shape. On my body, the apex of the 3-panel cup is at the inner/middle panel seam (1/3 from the gore) instead of at the nipple. The nipple is centered in the middle ... panel of the cup, where it's getting smushed flat while not-nip tissue is projecting outward at the seam. That leads to some inner fullness quadding over the gore and reminds me that these are really really not plunge wires. Granted, it's not much quadding (it doesn't even really show from these angles; I should have done a top-down shot), but I also haven't worn it for a full day, so who knows how long it would take to start chafing. Maybe never.

In sum, surprisingly comfortable. Also maybe not bad for a 70% off impulse buy while waiting for other bras to arrive...

- I have this exact bra and love it. It's very comfortable. From the pictures, it appears to be a good fit.
- I love how freya half cups fit you, that makes me want to give them a new try.
  It seems we have very similar breast shape. Can you tell how tall you are?
- Thanks, it's nice to find a style that isn't massively too tall for me. I'm just barely 5'0" (1.52m), with a short torso and broad shoulders.

Didn't fit

The band on this is ridiculous. I pretty much didn't need to stretch it at all in order to hook it on the loosest. Considering it's 26 inches unstretched and my underbust is 27 inches, yes, that is what happened.

Other than that, the cups fit ok. The width was good. The gore was comfortable. The cups were a little too deep, as there were gaps at the top and all over as soon as I moved, but they were ok. Not great, but okay. Sizing down in the cups would only make the cups too narrow, so this is probably the best I can do.

The foam ... lining was softer than the fabric over the cups, so it was comfy. The seams on the left cup were a bit unfinished, as I could see the foam peeking underneath the seam. The foam is a very light beige, so it was obvious against the hot pink layer. It's not a functional flaw, but it doesn't look very neat.

The straps are fully adjustable. They weren't itchy, but they weren't super nice either.

I could probably make a 28DD work, but no way can I make this 30D work.
