I bought this size since the 28E was too small for me. My review for the 28E is here: http://bratabase.com/browse/freya/halle-4501/28E/.

This cups on this size fit a lot better on me. They come up high on the sides like a full cup, but it's a plunge style since the wires in front are low. It also gives a nice natural shape as well. The only issue I had was that one of the cups was baggy, but that's because I'm a bit smaller on one side.

This bra really wants to separate my boobs and I'm not sure why. The straps are too wide. The wires are a little too wide but still comfortable enough to wear. The cups aren't quite projected enough for me, I think. The band is really stretchy but feels like a comfortable 30 (it's weirdly firm and stretchy at the same time? But definitely not a 28 band). The cups don't lift me very much; I'm getting a more droopy, teardroppy-shape, which feels natural but not quite as structured as I like. That's a personal preference, I think.

I'm really liking the grey and pink colors, and I adore the idea of having such a see-though bra. It manages to be both girly and a little sexy at the same time. But it's just not doing anything for me. The too-tight tops of the cups aren't fun and for a plunge it seems to really want my boobs to stay far away from one another. I don't think I'll be wearing this bra.

  3. I bought this bra used off of eBay and thought it would prob be too big after I cross checked the measurements here on Bratabase. The cups seemed a little deep for a 28G, and the wires are a little wider (almost 6") than what I was expecting. I also had to hook the bra on the tightest setting, but I'm not sure if that's just from the previous owner stretching it out or not. But even so, it def wasn't as tight as my other Freya bras in a 28 band. Because the band felt a tad loose I tightened the straps more, which only gave the ... cups an awkward pointy shape. The cups are tall to begin with, but tightenening the straps made the cups come up even higher. The top of the cup started right away, like right next to my armpit, which I am not used to at all. So I loosened the straps almost completely and was quite surprised I thought for sure that in doing so the cups would wrinkle, but it actually made them a bit less pointy and more natural-looking, without any wrinkling.

The bra itself is pretty comfortable. I did notice after about 30 minutes that the gore was starting to bother me. I felt like I had to keep pushing it down, but I prefer shorter gores due to my close set boobs. And when I took the bra off after only trying on I had a nice red indentation from the gore. I still marked this bra as a fit in the system since technically, it does fit. I surprisingly had no quad boob, the cups fit and enclosed all of my boob and the wires weren't bothersome (except at the gore from being too high).

I wasn't too crazy about the shape it gave, typical pointy boobs. But I tried on a very tight shirt to see what it looked like and the shape wasn't all that bad, I've seen much worse. It sort of gave a very natural "upside-down 7" shape leaning more towards pointy than round. But the tighter the shirt the better the shape it gave. This might be one of those bras I only wear for "special occasions" or for a short period of time. It is pretty, and quite sexy with the sheer fabric. But I think I might do better in a 28FF, a NEWER 28FF where the band is tighter.

Even prettier than I thought it would be. It fits my larger left side pretty well, but is wrinkly on my smaller right side.
Unfortunately, the band is way too big, and I have to put it on the 3rd set of hooks right away. This is my first Freya, so I'm a little bummed. But I'm sure it's nothing shortening the band won't fix once it stretches too much.

Update: After tissue migration, there is a little quadboob, and it no longer feels supportive. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" />

This bra is lovely, light and comfortable. The sheerness and grey print is my favorite of all Freya bras.

  6. As best as I can tell, this bra fits correctly, but it does not give a shape that I am particularly fond of. It is a natural shape, without a lot of lift; the cups are not too pointy, but they tend to angle my breasts outward, where I prefer them pointed straight ahead. If your natural shape is a little more wide-set, you might like this bra more than I did.

It is comfortable, the band is on the stretchy side of firm, but still fits quite nicely. There is a narrow band lining the top cup to support the lace that comes just short of cutting into my boobs; basically, there is a tiny bit of puckering just below this support band that my boobs would happily fill if the band was not there.

Overall, this might be a bra best suited for breasts that are wide-set and not too full on top.

This bra is really cute. It's a charcoal colour with pink flowers. The cups are unlined transparent mesh which makes it really sexy as well. I really like the pink embroidery and ribbon at the tops of the cups, although it would probably show under t-shirts and the like.

The band fits similarly to all the Freya bras I have, which means it fits great. I thought this would fit like my other Freyas, but I actually found the cups tight at the top, I was getting the double boob effect. Of course the bottoms of the cups fit fine which makes this a little frustrating.

I will try a 28F and report back with results.

This was my first Freya bra and although the size was recommended by a professional in a lingerie store, I am not happy with the fit as the bra seems to big for me. I do not fill up the upper part of the cup and I will look for small cups in the future.
