  1. bought this used along with a few other bras of the same size and sister cut. this one was bought used by the person i purchased from, but they never wore it. it seems pretty much new to me! no signs of wear, band is good, no snags or anything like that. its slightly different in fit that the other bras it's related to (totally tartan and erin), but not so much that it doesnt fit well.

appearance wise, i'm not crazy in love with this bra but i dont hate it either. the main pattern is a blue and white sort of Hawaiian-y abstract ... floral print. theres a small light brown velvet bow at the gore and strap connections, which coordinate with the light brown trim/straps that have little blue and white flower shapes on their fabric. its not a very pretty pattern, but its not like its neon animal print or something i truly hate. and really, i was getting these more so could have bras that fit in my rotation, so its sort of advantageous that its not the prettiest pattern. now i wont feel too bad wearing it out https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" /> the fabric is comfortable and sort of slippery smooth on the outside.

fit wise, this is pretty close for me. the band (like the other 32G sister cuts i bought) is just a bit too snug to be truly comfortable, so im using an extender to get one more set of hooks for a more comfortable feel. i have marked it as fitting, because the 34FF in these cuts is far too loose on the tightest hook, so it seems like going 32G with an extender while they break in is my best bet. the cups are a bit too shallow judging by the creasing im getting in the bottom, but its not uncomfortable so im not considering it a big issue. the cups dont cut in on me, and the right side gapes slightly because its a bit less full on top. the Erin has no gaping, and neither does the TT. i think, because this bra is slightly wider and deeper, ive got a little more space than i need. its just a hair though, so really not worth getting rid of it!

the straps are wider set on this like most half cups, but i dont find issues with them moving or sliding down. compared to the Erin and TT though, they are just a bit too wide and are edging on getting stuck into my armpits. i imagine they will break in and stop that after a while, but its worth noting. i think this comes from the cups being slightly wider than the TT and Erin.

the band material/design i have beef with- its very thin and stretchy which makes for lots of back fat for a soft fleshy person like me. freya bands are always like this on me, even in a band size too large. its that darn design where the band is made of two strips of elastic along the top and bottom with a stretchy fabric in the middle. i wish the entire band were made with material that was thicker and sturdier, so i could have a band that is the right snugness but not have all that squish happening!

the gore width, even though it measures the same as bras that are too wide, isnt a huge problem here. i think it all comes down to the shape and flexibility of the gore- these cuts have a sort of \ / shape at the top of the gore, where it isnt straight across, and that is good for me. my boobs are close set and want to shove straight-across-gores side to side to try and fit, thus shoving the cups around too and making them gape. but with the \ / shape, the gore can bend at the center, and the sides of the gore just fold and sit with the curve of my breast. when i look down, the gore looks like a V shape, if that makes sense. ideally that means i need a narrower gore, but for now this is comfortable and works so im going with it.

the wires are wider than other bras that fit me well, but aside from the straps being a bit too wide set, i dont notice fit issues. its hard for me to tell where my breast tissue ends, so i cant really tell if its too wide for me! i know it isnt too narrow, because i dont feel like its pinching or cutting in.

  2. I think this is a good bra if you have wide set breasts like mine. I went for a 30FF instead of a 32FF and I find that the band and straps fit great. I'm getting just a little bit of quadboob, but this is nothing compared to bras I've worn in the past, not knowing what my correct size was! I will continue to see how it fits, but in the future I might go up a cup.
The straps are really comfortable: the material is soft and they don't dig into my shoulders or slide around and fall down. The inside of the cups aren't scratchy -- I'm really picky about that. My breasts are delicate creatures that hate rough and itchy lace!
I would for sure buy another Freya bra. The clashing prints on this one is so cute, and I had to buy the matching underwear https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

    *OLD REVIEW*

This is probably the first bra I have tried so far that is a nearly perfect fit. There is enough coverage both on top and on the side. I don't have to readjust this bra throughout the day as it keeps all the breast tissue contained. The wires are actually wide enough for my wide-sit boobs. I bought this bra used, so the band is a little stretchy, but is still snug. I really like the 4" wings; they feel like they keep armpit fat where I want it better than other bras.

As for the design, I am not usually a floral person, but the crafty mix of blue and white floral with the brown clover design actually works fairly well aesthetically. The way it makes my chest look is nothing short of miraculously sexy.

    **UPDATE** 11/05/2014

I've grown to a 32G cup, so unfortunately this bra no longer fits that well. It's not unwearable, but there is a little quadboob and the band feels tighter because of that.

This is the most comfortable bra I have yet to wear, although it doesn't quite fit. The band is quite loose, but I got this bra used, which might account for it (although Freya is known for stretchy bands). The cups are also a bit small for me; I have a tiny bit of quad-boob, but I'm usually a 30GG (or a 30H, in brands that run small), so I'm impressed by how well the 30G Ginny does fit. When this bra is on, I really can't feel that I'm wear it, except for the straps. I have very narrow shoulders, so the straps on almost all bras tend to slip off. The Ginny's straps fall off even more frequently than those of other bras do -- I haven't measured the distance yet, but they are set father apart than the straps on any other bra I've even worn.

This is a nice bra but no longer my size. This was my first bra after being correctly measured, but after tissue migration I quickly outgrew it. Also, I don't think the shape is right. I have quad-boob and wrinkling in the bottom of the cup. I think it's too shallow for me. But the bra is constructed well and looks and feels like nice material, although the band is very stretchy.

This bra is well used and there is some wrinkling in the bottom of the cups, however, it is still in very good shape and deserves a home where it will be appreciated. It was only hand washed.

Great bra and very comfortable. I normally wear a 30GG and I thought this would fit but it's a cup size too small.

Bra moves around a lot while wearing it (constant need to keep scooping back into it), the straps are too wide apart and the center gore hurts/is too tall. Lots of fit issues.

This bra is just like the Freya Totally Tartan Padded Half Cup Bra (1423) (and presumably, just like the Freya Lauren Padded Half-cup (4821) as well). You can see my review of the Tartan for fit commentary, but the short version is that this is a great bra for my shallow shape but large cup size.

Based on pictures I thought this bra may be teal, but it's much more like navy. The navy & white floral design is complimented by the small white and navy flowers in the brown area at the tops of the cups and on the straps. The ribbon details on the gore and straps are velvety. The seams on the cups haven't shown through any shirts I've tried with it so far.

This bra is adorable, comfortable, and flattering, and I'm going to get a lot of wear out of it!

I love this bra so much. It is so cute. Great support. I probably should wear a 28 band, but the 30E works pretty well. Not the best T-shirt bra, but otherwise wonderful!

I am petite, so the lower center gore is perfect. I do not quite fill out a full cup bra, but this one looks fabulous!
