I actually quite like this bra even though it doesn't fit perfectly. I get a lot of gapping on the sides, and it doesn't stay in place very well (half the time I'll be getting quadboob, and wrinkly fabric at the bottom of the cup, the other half of the time I'll have gapping at the top). Otherwise it's pretty comfortable, the straps fall down my shoulders often but that's not a huge bother to me. And my boobs look really good in it. Cute design, good quality fabric. It just doesn't fit my shape very well.
Good points Comfortable, fits securely. Wing fabric is of a good quality and not too stretchy compared to the elastic top and bottom. I like the colour and pattern and the straps feel like the right width for me. Fastens comfortably on the loosest hook.
Bad points I think this makes me look a bit pointy, which is not a look I like! The cup is perhaps a size too small and the cut may not be right for my shape. Have been reading about the difference between FoT and FoB, which has really helped me understand why bras do (or more often don't) fit even though the label says they should. I am rather FoT and find the top of the cup cuts in, as the Freya balconette styles often do on me- though it's not as bad as their Rio-type styles.
This has narrower & less flexible wires than both the Freya Hopscotch Balcony Bra (1632) and the Freya Gem Balcony Bra (1362) in 32K, both of which I've bought recently. It has extra room in the top of the cup and doesn't quite tack in the center (frustrating bc I have 32JJ Freyas that tack but my cups overrun, so why does a 32K one NOT tack & I don't fill the cups, so frustrating searching out new bras....)
Overall I'd probably recommend it for people w narrower roots to try out, esp if their boobs are a bit full on top
I should probably have ordered my Cleo size and not my Bravissimo size so this is too big and will be returned. I usually wear lace and don't do stripes so this was not a hit stylewise but I am trying different things and so was worth it. This style gives me the best Freya shape I have found. Such a shame that at my awful Leia fitting at the weekend where I particularly mentioned Freya and balcony / plunge this one was not brought as the fitter was trying to get me into Fantasie and was pushing for sales.
