    Didn't fit

This is a truly beautiful bra. It is without a doubt the most beautiful bra I've ever own and probably the most beautiful bra I've ever seen in person.
This is also the first bra I've ever owned that is at least close to my actual size as last week I believed I was 40D - 40DD (and I was bemoaning the fact that my back and my neck always hurt!). I happened to stumble onto a blog that discussed the importance of a proper fit and gave some tips to help figure out your fit at home and with those tips I discovered that I ... was nowhere near that 40D I had on, so at the first moment I could, I ran to the only bra store within a 200 mile radius of me that actually carried bras in sizes beyond the typical 32-40 AA-DD. They had a decent selection, although the sizes that were fitting me they have trouble keeping in stock so that cut down on what I personally had to chose from. Measurement wise it would seem that I am in the wrong cup size, however I lost a lot of apex in the shape of my breasts when I had a reduction 9 years ago and that really changes how my breasts sit in the cups and how they look in the cups as the G, GG, and H's (which I tried before the FF) I was absolutely swimming in and I lost A LOT of the support and this goes for other brands too.
I like that the central gore is narrow and low as my breast are very close together (when braless they're about pinkie width apart). The sides could be a bit higher and more stable as I do have a lot of migration issues (that I'm now trying to correct now that I'm in the correct sized bra) and the band seems to be a bit stretchy, which I do appreciate at the moment as I am getting used to the tighter band but I can foresee issues cropping up with it, especially if the bra is not properly taken care of and given rests between wearings. I do think 3 hooks would have been a better choice in the band to distribute the weight a bit better and perhaps make the band a bit wider. I find the straps wide enough to comfortably handle the 20% weight that I feel they're responsible for. I've been told and I've read online that the design/construction is similar or the same as the Freya Deco Plunge (which the store I went to was out of stock in anything remotely close to my size) so if you like that bra but are wanting something prettier with lace than I would recommend trying this bra, but I can't comment as to the similarities of sizes yet. I do plan on ordering some Deco's soon.
