Very comfortable, I wear this all the time. It's not super-duper supportive, but it's good enough for me.
I've had the bra for a few months now and there's a small tear in the lace section at the top.

This doesn't fit so well now that I've gained a couple of pounds. It's also a teeny bit scratchy, but I'm hypersensitive about that.
