After loosing some weight it fits me better. I have about this same horizontal breast perimeter (29.5 cm to 29 cm), but now I have less tissue on the top (27.5 cm to 24.5 cm vertical). Before loosing weight I've been thinking that it fits ok, cause there was no quadboob effect or anything, but it gave me pain after an hour of wearing. Now it is really supportive and comfortable...

I wear it on the tightest hook.
