The straps are sewn in the middle of the cup so there is no danger of it falling off your shoulder. However there are no seams so this does not give much "lift" for larger busted women. This is also multiple sizes too small for me (bad decision because I was pressured by pushy salesperson). It would be a good bra for someone who was truly a size 36F, shallow, not too projected.
