    Fits

This bra is so comfortable. It fits perfect like all my other SMs, and I love the navy.
I'm not particularly crazy about the embroidery. The lilac is pretty and looks nice against the navy, but the pattern itself is a little underwhelming.
The band is nice and snug at 65. It's also very soft. It's pretty stretchy and I could probably wear the middle hook comfortably, but it doesn't ride up and I feel secure on the loosest. So I'll stay there for now.
The straps are in a good place and are soft and comfortable. They're wide and I like that, they feel stable and they don't dig. The adjuster moves easily and stays in place.
The underwires are perfect. Right along my root and in my fold. Totally comfortable and may as well not be there for all I can feel them.
Shape is up front and center, nice and green and natural.

    Navy colorway

Oh, that looks lovely and understated to me lol. I'd be tempted if I didnt dislike my shape in the SM

    • 1

Love this bra so much in both versions! Although no one wants to sell it In my size :(

    • 1

I definitely need to try the SM shape at some point! This one is lovely on you! I'm incrddibly jealous of your collection :)

    • 1

      Thank you, ladies!

dbmamaz isn't it weird how things are so different for different people. I know we're not near each other in size, but I believe our shapes are similar, aren't they? Odd how I love the SM and you hate it.

martka00 I know! Navy is my color and a navy bra? Yes please! This was hard to find, I had to swap for it since I never saw any for sale.

PetiteCollegiate You do! It'd work really well on you I think. The SM is absolutely my favorite soft cup.

    • I dont hate SM, it just gives me a strange shape - square.

    • jlcl119 where did you find it ?:D find me one as well! :D just kidding. but if anyone has in 65E,F, 70DD,E, 75C,D I'm gonna buy it :D !

    • dbmamaz that's what HM does to me. Makes my boobs look like loaves of bread.

    • lol martka00 if I ever see another, I'll let you know. I'm on the swap/sale pages all of the time.

    • me too, but in poland only as in UK beside eBay and bratabase don't know anything else :(

    Fits

MY SHAPE: Narrow, projected, short roots, close set, center full, even fullness (technically FOT but my short roots make me appear even most of the time)

FIT: This fits really well! The band is very soft and comfy. There is a tiny bit of gaping on my smaller side, but you can't tell through a shirt, so I don't really care. It fits my larger side beautifully. It's amazing how much more aware I am of tiny fit issues with the transparent cups of my SM bras - I do have to position and adjust this one carefully to avoid wrinkling at the bottom, I think I could use ... just the tiniest bit more projection at the wire, but overall it's a really good fit and I have nothing to complain about! The cut is a bit lower than my SF and BM bras, which is not a problem and is preferable for low cut shirts, but I did notice more "jiggle" up top.

APPEARANCE/QUALITY: I really love the look of this set. I noticed Bratabase's description says it's navy with pink flowers, but this is incorrect; it's navy with light purple flowers. The bra gives a rounded but compact shape; it's like a less "in your face" version of the SF and padded S bras. The texture of the embroidery might show through very thin shirts but I wore this with a waffle-knit thermal shirt and had no issues. The quality of materials seems to be top-notch. I have the matching briefs as well, and they fit as expected; the do have a ruffle all the way around both leg openings, which makes them less practical under form-fitting skirts or pants.

OVERALL: This is a gorgeous set that I'm glad to own! Very comfortable and cute too.

  3. This is a gorgeous bra. The embroidery, lace, and color choices couldn't be better. Just lovely. The quality is great, too.

That said, it's not quite a perfect fit for me. The band/wing height is much smaller than I'd like to feel supported, and indeed, this bra gives the most "jiggle" of any bras I own. Perhaps it's not a perfect size fit, but it's just about! And besides all of that, it's quite comfortable. Wires are a bit short for me on the sides, but they don't poke.

Really, this is a lovely, fancy-feeling bra. I almost want to save it for special occasions. This is probably the first time I've wished I could have the matching panties!

    • Came here from fb - yeah, i've never seen an SM look like that! I wonder if its partly - are your roots short? It looks like you go so wide and not out at all. I also see one of your breasts is folded over at the bottom - have you tried scooping UP specifically? I find I can position my breast higher up in the cup if I swoop.

When I first tried on my 70J - Ewa Michalak ยป Sm Fiolecik (642) it was too big because I hadnt swooped/scooped properly, and it looked acceptable after scoop/swoop (tho it looks better now that I've gone up a cup size . . . )

    • Hi dbmamaz , thank you for replying! Actually, I have a large amount of projection straight out, and my roots aren't wide at all (I'm just a big gal), but my tissue is super soft and I guess it must be heavy, too. In my old Jasmine (before I lost weight) I was full and projected comfortably. I swoop and scoop with the best of 'em! I just tried scooping up (happen to be wearing the bra right now) and my breasts just kind of puddled back to where they were, haha. My left breast visibly bubbles over the top a bit when I stand up straight or put my shoulders back.

I'm wondering if I just need more structure in a bra? Like maybe if one of the padded Ewa bras might work better?

Interestingly enough, my wife says this bra looks nice under clothes, and I did wear it out tonight.

I just don't know about my boobs anymore, haha.

    • I forgot to mention, that Jasmine was a 38J and does NOT fit anymore! :)

    • I swear I mentioned it soomewhere but I dont see it - did I say it on fb? that my husband pointed out my boobs looked high in it? thats funny.

The S for me (also soft boobs) I sometimes describe the S as "cup of boob" - its a very solid cup (and very open on top) and its filled with my liquid boob!

I'm wondering if not all SMs are going to fit exactly alike? Mine seems to have very tall, shallow cups, but yours does not look that way. But the same bra looks different on different people. Plus, mine is a 70 that was way, way smaller than a 70 - I'm still wearing an extender with it 8 months later, but the S Panterra I just got in a 75 is on the 3rd set of hooks right away.

  4. Not sure how I managed to forget to review this one, but apparently I did. So here goes...

Yet another marvel from Ewa. This bra is gorgeous. I adore the deep blue coloring and the cute lavender floral details on the cup. I actually hate florals for the most part, but this is just simple and pretty and really works on the bra. They do not overpower the bra like some (I'm looking at you, pink/green/orange Samanta bra that I saw via fb last week. Shudder.), they are just perfect.

Another mesh one that is very comfy and great quality. Love this bra.

Also to note about the matching underwear: ... They are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC. Seriously. I have NEVER in my life-not once- found a pair of underwear that fits my butt perfectly and doesn't cut into my hips. Not a single pair until this one. I have decently sized hips, but not much booty. So usually I find myself with so much extra junk in the trunk in just a regular pair of bikini cut underwear that I nearly always stick to thongs now (I save those few dumpy pairs of bikini cut underwear for my period where they rightly belong). Even if I sized down to a small, there is always extra material my butt doesn't fill up. This pair is just magic. It fits perfectly, it's pretty, and I don't have to worry about it cutting into my hips unflatteringly-so I can wear it under dresses. I am SO HAPPY!

I realize I've just spent so much more time talking up the underwear than the bra, but really, both are amazing. The Motylowate is pretty much sold out, but if you have the chance to get this bra, I say do it. You'll be happy you did. And if you're of the small butt/wide hipped variety like I am, go for the matching underwear. You won't regret it!
