Didn't fit

This bra and brief set I've managed to receive today, earlier than the release date, and arriving only a week after I ordered it! Possibly as it was my birthday (my boyfriend got me a EM voucher which I used last week) and possibly because I saw the upcoming preview from BraObsessed (who I would have bought it from but my voucher was for EM!) and I asked her nicely.

Anyway - as I'm the first, I've taken all the measurements, and taken loads of photos of the bra and briefs.

The bra band runs a band size tight! It stretched to 28 inches (this stretched band measurement I ... added to Bratabase)! I couldn't do it up. But I thought NO...no I do not accept this. I want this bra to work. I don't want to send it back. I thought right... first I'll try stretching it out a bit, as bras end up stretching anyhow and if that doesn't work I'm using an extender.

After stretching it, I then managed to do it up first time. I just took my super tight and it's 28.3, snug around 30. I just measured the stretched measurement again and its now around 29/29.5. Excellent... it still runs tight though for a 30 but at least it's now wearable for me https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Okay so the quality is great as you would expect. I find the zig zag hem a bit scratchy but I just have sensitive skin.

The cup lace is a teal kind of colour, the bows are ivory, the straps are an icy blue shade, and the inner lining is beige.

The only thing that isn't what I expected is that the inner beige lining can be seen above the bow from the front. Actually one of the bows just fell off, so that's another thing I wasn't expecting, though I think it may have been my fault as I think my nail struck it. I will have to re-attach it. The other bow is well secured so I'm sure it's an outlier.

The cups allow for a fair amount of immediate depth, and give quite a pointy look. As my boobs are slightly fuller on top, the cups are on the verge of having the neckline digging in, which you can see in the side pics

The band has four columns and two rows of hook and eye fastenings

The straps are too wide for my frame, and I'm considering moving them inwards so they are centre-pull in style.

Otherwise, it is so beautiful. I absolutely adore anything in cold green tones. A rival to my CHP Mietusek.

As for the name Mohito, it definitely looks the part.

  I went for size 46/18 as my waist is 30-32 but my bum is 48-49 inches.
  
  I'm guess most people who order a 30 band are unlikely to order a matching brief in 46, so I'm not sure how helpful my pictures are, but hey... that's my shape. Small band and plus size briefs. I found a few others at ABTF who have similar measurements so yeah... here's some unedited pictures:

  They feel amazing actually. At the back they are mesh with an extra layer that stops half way.
- That is one gorgeous bra, and a must-have for me in that lovely teal colour! So far Comexim were beating EM for me, in terms of their designs, but this has won me over. :)

I assume they have been making up all their standard sizes, ready for the big release, so already had a 65G made as it's one of their most popular sizes, so probably just shipped it instantly so with UK airmail it arrived in about a week. That being said, I bought the two opiums on the release day and they arrived in like a month. I saw a message in the notes that translated to "ship ASAP, is birthday present".

- Oh, sorry, I hadn't seen the briefs. They look amazing. I spoke to EM and she said that the S/BM Mohito is coming out either this week or the next. The PL Maryna and the S Magic will be delayed, and the swimwear plans have been cancelled.

  .. it's close to my "signature " color you know that color you have to buy in everything because you look amazing in it . Light teal is mine I thought it was bright bright aqua this is lovely .
  And the briefs are so pretty too just like I like mine to sit . I have a curvy body hips included I am always going for the big bottoms . Plus hate them when they bind better bit bigger than too small so thank for that information too .

Fits

HIGHLIGHTING RIGHT NOW THAT MY PICTURES ARE OF WHEN I GREW OUT OF THE BRA. I CANT FIND PICTURES OF WHEN I FIRST HAD IT. SORRY.

At the height of my post pregnancy and breastfeeding days, I had this bra along with three other Ewas in rotation. I liked it well enough, but strapgate was always an issue, as it is for me with just about any S shape. I have dainty, sloped shoulders, and many people know that Ewa just doesn't attempt to fix the issue in the smaller banded sizes. The coverage, and lifted, rounded shape I got was nice though, and it was easy to ... breastfeed in while I was still doing it. I stopped wearing it for a combination of reasons. The straps became too much of a (literal) pain in my underarms and shoulders, I grew out of the band, and the underwires broke through and poked me in my ribs. And I can't sew for the life of me, so I just kind of put it in the "meh" pile in the back of my closet.

  Yeah, Ewa has a unique way of looking at fit, which typically includes sizing up in the band and down in the cup. Gosia is currently at a 65HH which just seems insane!
  If the band isn't providing any support, the back pain ensues.....no one wants that!!

  AHHHHHH! Thank goodness I have such broad shoulders, and to think I used to hate them and think they made me look like a (US) football player!!! That's pretty insane. I've actually commented on their FB page that all of their straps are too wide, but that's just how they (and seemingly all polish brands) do.

  I think these would need to be moved in at least an inch. Maybe two. There is so much gaping at the top because if it and my short boobs, it's ridiculous. If I take the strap up and just hold the cup up, it's full coverage but fits fine.
- Maybe you can move the straps in and add a bullet near the top, to counter balance that height?

Hasn't set fit

I had wanted this bra when it first came out because I loved the color and the lace. I wanted it even more in a BM. But at the time they came out, it wasnt enough of a need for me to buy it. So when, through a fb conversation, someone mentioned she had this for sale, I was excited! I've been outgrowing my bras https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":-(" />

It fits well (better than the new one-off S rokoko I got earlier this week, actually). the cups are a little big with pads in, mostly only on my smaller size, but really ... fit pretty well on the bigger side with pads in. I love the color and the lace. The bra is not in as good a shape as the seller indicated - she thought she hadnt even worn it, but I'll point out a few spots where thats clearly not the case.

Still, its in good shape and fits well and I love the color - and the bottom does not have excessive lace which I think the smaller size shown on the website had had. Typical S, lovely color.

  dbmamaz I think what Sovavosi was saying is the original owner may have had an armpit eating situation which caused the straps to fold like they are. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

  So glad you were able to get a bra you've lusted after! I also appreciate the discussion about the straps kinking - I have that happen a LOT on my bras, but only on the right strap. My right breast is bigger and my right shoulder rolls forward somewhat. I just deal with it and constantly smooth it out throughout the day - bit of a nervous habit at this point.

Used to fit

I just got this bra today and I love the fit. I usually get a 70J, and I'm not sure if the 70JJ is just overall a better size or if the 4 part cup construction is a better shape match or both, but this bra seems to be a much better fit for me than the 70J S cut bras. I like the color on it, but (in my opinion) its less bright than the website makes it appear. I'm not sure how the color will look on me once summer is over and I lose my tan.

For a little extra info, this band seems to run a little tighter than most of my other EM 70 bands, and this bra has an overlapping gore.

  It is still fairly bright, but I expected something almost neon I guess
- I want an S but dont like bright colors. I'm still holding my breath for the magique, but i'm starting to feel desperate! Glad this one fits better. I have considered going up to a K, as my panterra is a little small at times
- I think on me the 4 part cups fit better giving more room in the lower cup and better lift . I was thinking about ordering this one in this size but now that I see the depth of only 12.4" I am glad I changed my mind at the last minute and went with my first thought of trying the new sf in a 70k we will see , I am soft so am compressible it might have worked but I am getting tired of squeezing into all my bras half of the month . I will keep this review in mind if I do get this one might have go bigger than I thought . Your review helps a lot thank you for taking the time to measure .

  Yeah I was actually surprised by the depth measurement since it's similar to my 70Js so I rechecked and the measurement was right. But I think you're right that the bottom of the cup has more depth, so overall there's still more volume

  Ewa manages to hold a lot of boob with very small measurements. i was told partly its due to having such narrow wires, there's less empty space around the outside. Idk. I do mound up over the top a lot.

- I actually do usually find them to be pretty closed on top (though this one definitely isn't). It varies a little based on the bra itself, but my Granatowa Pantera is pretty closed off, though it's fine for me since I'm short rooted. Maybe it's the 3 part versus 4 part construction

  I think it looks a lot more closed than yours does, so it might be a cup construction thing. My S Mojito has the same level of openness as your Pantera
- Because I think yours have all been a 4 part cup construction whereas up until now, mine have all been 3 part constructions. So I think that's probably where the line is between being kind of closed off on top versus being pretty open on top

  kermitdafrog21 I too have found not much cup depth difference in 70J vs 70JJ S bras. I guess it's just due to that being the 3-4 part cup jump. It's almost like you have to jump from 70J to 70K to get more room in the cup.

Fits

While I’m in a period of wakefulness (and not coughing my guts up), I figured I’d review the two 65Gs that were sent to my friend in LA for me to pick up while I was there on holiday this past weekend.

The two bras were sent to me from someone in one of my Facebook groups. She’s pregnant and won’t be able to wear them again for a while, so she sent this and the S Orzechowa Pralinka to me as part of a really kind offer. I was unsure if 65G would be too big or not, as I only knew that my former 70E S ... Szykus was too small. I just wasn’t sure how much too small it was. Given the great opportunity to try this size and cut, I decided to go for it. I figured that they might be too big without the cookies, but fit with, and if they don’t fit at all, I’d pass on or trade with the same good vibes/karma with which I received them.

I have tallish roots that are shallow and narrowish. My fullness leans towards center full and even, with a little bit of fob. My tissue is soft and malleable, as well as pendulous which adds to the functionally fob and short roots (tallish but shallow). I gained fullness on top and on bottom with the growth that I experienced in the fall last year, but my soft tissue still doesn’t play well sometimes. It’s a bit like putting pudding into bras sometimes. I need depth at the wire and only average depth at the apex.

The colour of the Mojito is stunning! The teal lace that overlays the beige 3 part foam cups is like the colour of the ocean on some tropical islands. It’s a perfect mix of blue and green. The straps are a lighter shade, and the center gore bow is even lighter. I was told in advance that the bows at the straps were cut, and I admit that I am totally fine with that and might actually prefer it. Hubby was kind of confused with the different colours used instead of the same colour all over, but I think it’s ok. Because it’s a full lace bra, this means that it’s a tighter band, and it’s definitely snugger compared with the 65G S Orzechowa Pralinka. I wore it as is all day Saturday and was ok, but I did notice it more than other bras. I did have red marks that took probably 20 minutes to clear? I did not time it, as I was finishing packing and trying to get to bed early for our flight the next day wa 8:30am. I played with an extender when I was first trying it on, and it loosened up the cup some, but not significantly, so I might try to play with it some more. It’s got beige cups and cotton lining for the cookies, so it’s potentially visible from certain angles. I think it’s ok for me.

The fit of the cups is pretty close to the fit of the 65G S Orzechowa Pralinka, in that it’s too big without the cookies, but fits pretty well with the cookies. That said, I think that this one might be a smidge shorter and maybe a teensy bit more open than the Orzechowa Pralinka. It’s possible that it is just a trick of the lace covering the cups. Again, as with the other one, I’m curious to see how much of the gapping I can fill with swollen post ovulation/pre-period boobs. I suspect it will not be enough, but close. I might be able to remove cookie from the larger breast, or I might need to keep them in the whole time. I have a 65FF S coming, so it’s likely to fit better without the cookies, but it’s going to be interesting to compare the two fits. Straps are Ewa straps...not as bad as I was expecting, and fairly comparable to my current Ewas. Part of the leotard back elastic periodically wants to flip up weird...it’s not the end of the world, but it’s a bit annoying at times.

As with the 65G S Orzechowa Pralinka, I initially marked the fit as does not fit, due to the fit of the cups without the cookies, but marked it as it does not bother me in the assessment as I know that it fits with the cookies. The pictures of me in the bra with and without the cookies is quite evident once you see the angle pictures, but everything is marked. I don’t have any pictures of me in the Orzechowa Pralinka under clothes yet, but it’s pretty identical to what the Mojito under the sweater is like which I did take and share

Ultimately, I prefer this one of the two bras, despite the fact that it’s the tighter band of the two. I think that it’s a great match for my skin tone and it makes me happy to see. I also already have bottoms to coordinate with. I will have to keep my eyes out for other Mojitos in 65FF/70F as I’m not fond of needing to wear the cookies to make it fit. I lose some much needed precious immediate depth that way, so my preference is to put them in on an as needed or desired basis rather than always have them in. I will definitely try to get this in one size down if possible, but as it is discontinued, I’ll hold onto this one for a while. It’s a great colour for spring and summer.

- Ok, so my 65FF S Syrena arrived yesterday, and I am spilling a little bit in it, but realized that I am pretty close to my period and I’m probably a bit more swollen, so I popped this one on, without the cookies, to see if it fits. Surprise! It does! I am filling up the cup on my larger side pretty well, but I’m still gapping a little bit on my smaller side. I’ve added pictures to illustrate the fit difference. So now I have, without cookies in low tide (prior to ovulation), with cookies in low tide (prior to ovulation), and without cookies a few days before my period is expected.

Fits

This bra is a lovely teal colour and very comfortable, even by the end of the day. It fits really well on the tightest hooks (band is TTS) with a cookie in my smaller side. The straps are substantial and wide (I don't like skinny straps), easily adjustable, and softly brushed on the underside. Thanks for the trade, Calluna!

Didn't fit

Gosh, this bra is beautiful. I love the aqua lace overlaid on the nude bra. It is stunning.
Sadly, the fit is not quite right. I took a gamble with the band size and lost. It is simply too loose.

Hasn't set fit

The color of this bra is absolutely spectacular, a brilliant turquoise that reminds me of mermaids or the Caribbean Sea! I'm in love with the rose-motif lace also. The fit of Mojito compares to my other S cut bras in every way, except that it gives a shape that is conical and pointy-as-all-get-out. My S bras tend to get a bit rounder and less torpedo-esque after being washed and worn a few times, but this one has a particularly extreme silhouette. I'm not sure if it's my individual anatomy (it very well could be) or the pattern of this specific bra, but it looks dreadful under clothes and is a deal breaker for me. Because I love the color so much, I'll be re-trying the Mojito in either the CHP or BM shape.

Fits

I love this bra! I decided to get a 70HH instead of my supposed real size 70J because I'm short rooted and wanted to err on the side of shorter cups due to the lace. I hope I dont grow any time soon because this is an exact to slightly too small fit. I'm getting a soft tack and a tiny bit of quad. Its comfy under the arms though https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> The wires are amazingly narrow. This fits much better than my other S (pretsplanki), which is much taller under the arms and about .5" wider, and a shorter cup depth. Altho I'm thinking I might not be narrow rooted, most of my tissue is on the front so I am glad I actually get to fill out a bra for once https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":p" />
