    Didn't fit

    My stats for reference:

5'3, 28G.5, FOT, tall and narrow roots, center full, projected, average to high set.

    Look:
Can you say let them eat cake!? This bra gives off serious Marie Antoinette vibes. The embroidery is so feminine and expensive looking! The previous owner removed the bows on the straps, and I must say it was the right call. The tulle is a teensy bit too dark to be a nude on me, but it works.
Holy cakes on a plate, batman! Once everything is adjusted, and I've scooped and swooped, my boobs are up to my neck. AND THEY STAY THERE! I feel like Keira Knightley in ... any of her movies. Inhale, boobs up, exhale, boobs down (but not really). Oddly enough, the cups are open enough on top that I don't get any quadding, my boobs just go up and in, not over the top of the cups. It gives a slightly minimized and boxy shilouhette from the sides.

    Fit:
This bra is narrow and pretty projected. The straps are a bit wide set, but they don't rub my armpits, I just have to angle the straps in. The straps are also super long, they could easily accommodate someone lower set or taller than me, for the first time in awhile, the straps need to be adjusted to the top of my shoulders to fit properly. I'm usually super close to the end of the straps on my Comexims. There is slight wrinkling on the bottom and sides of the cups, but it dosen't really interfere with the fit. I've only tried 1 60 band EM bra (60FF SF Nibynic) and the band felt super snug (maybe due to the cups being 1-2 sizes too small?), and the other 65 bands I'd tried were quite used and stretched, I'd expected them to be loose. So I'd just assumed that EM bands ran small, wrong, this 65 definitely fits like a 30 and I have to start it on the tightest hook to get an almost snug fit. It's the only downside to this beautiful bra. I'm having a hard time deciding to keep it and buy some rixie clips or pass it on to someone else. If anyone has this or another HM in 60G or 60GG, I'd love to swap for this one or buy it, lol.

Yeah the HM is a love MA cakes on a plate look. This one is pretty.

    • Thanks! What do you mean by "Love MA"? I've never heard the term before.

    • 1

It’s a typo. Or an auto correct thing. I meant to say I love HM.

    Hasn't set fit

First EM bra! Quality is great! Band is very comfortable, firm, but forgiving of my softness. However, I do find the straps themselves dig in and become uncomfortable. That is partly due to this bra being one cup size too small for me. This bra runs true to size for a a full on top girl. Although EMs bands are said to run small, I find this one true to size. I find the gore to be pleasantly narrow, even though it is high. The shape is beautifully rounded. Gives great support. My biggest gripe is the wideness of the straps. I'm used to my Comexim alteration, having the straps moved in. All in all, I'll be adjusting this throughout the days to keep the quadboob at bay. Lovely! Looking forward to more EM bras in the future.

I decided to try this on a whim, and I'm glad I did. It's a beautiful bra, and it works surprisingly well with my chest. The band is a true 36, the bra is comfy and lightweight to wear, and while it just barely doesn't tack, it's not enough for me to really care. Not absolutely perfect, but certainly a keeper.

  4. My shape is low set, soft, pendulous, short and narrow rooted.

This bra is very feminine and pretty. It's a beige base with green and pink embroidery. The one I received was pre-loved, and the centre pink bow is stuck in a folded in half position, but otherwise, it's in decent shape with minor signs of use. The shape it creates is very rounded, with lots of top boob exposed. In my case, I can barely get my nipples covered (I had to tug the bra up actually). I think it usually has slightly more coverage than what I get because this bra is about a size too small ... for me. The wires are quite narrow in this bra, which brings everything up and centre. I love the shape it creates, but maybe because it's slighly too small for me, I do get some quadding and flattening of the front of my boob, which is more pronounced on my left bigger side. This bra is close to fitting me, but I feel like I had to pull the cup up to stay on my boobs. I also have some slight side boob that I couldn't scoop into the cup, and I feel a bit squished overall. I'll probably still keep it however, since I like the rounded-ness of this bra, and it might fit better on my 'smaller days'.

The quality is excellent and the band is surprisingly comfortable considering it's a size up from my usual size. I got 74cm giving it a fairly good stretch when measuring it, and the wires were just starting to distort.

    • Wow the pink flower slook nice on you. The bows on the strap would be a bit too much for me though.

      Too bad it doesn't fit.

    • aboobaccount Yeah, I took a gamble with the sizing of this bra, because I normally wear 30F in unlined bras... but I love EM unlined bra materials. The bows are definitely too much... I might end up cutting the two off from the straps if I keep this one. The centre one is all folded over too, so I'll have to see if I can iron it or something? Otherwise, it might be coming off too!

    • Wow this is sooo beautiful! I agree that it looks too small and that the pink bows are overkill on the straps. But it looks great on you despite the size issues.

    • Thanks Calluna ! I love EMs materials... .they're so gorgeous. I've lusted after so many of her bras, that's why I had to get this one! I'm thinking of trying a BM/SM, but there are never any listed here in my size for a reasonable price (and if there are, they are snatched up quickly!).

    • damnit, why is that bra so gorgeous?! i wish EM wasnt such a risk to order, i still cant wrap my head around what sizes or cuts would work because of how different each cut seems to be. i need to take a vacation to poland, stat! :P

    • This bra is so pretty <3 Great review (all of the HMs, really) too!

    • coledarling I know what you mean! I wish it were easier to find EM bras secondhand or just more locally, so people could pin down a size or figure out if a style has a chance of working.
A trip to Poland would be amazing! You could just swim in all the pretties and cut out all the guesswork! *drool*

ProperlyFitted I know right?! And thanks! :D

    • there should be a bra musical chairs were we all pass around the different sizes just to try them on and not keep :P

    • well, greasy wheel gets the grease! caught a post on a facebook buy/sell/swap group for two EM in what looks close-ish to my size. $66ish for 2 bras shipped, fingers crossed at least one works! if not, im sure some bratabasers will be happy to see them listed :P

    • Ohh, nice! Awesome score! Which ones are they?

    • im super excited! :D they are both 80F, an HM Classic and Szarak. i feel like theyll be a bit too big in the band and small in the cup, but they look fairly close so itll be worth a try. also likely a bit wide, but eh!

    • Ahh, jealous! They're both really good looking bras, especially the Szarak.
I believe the HMs can be pretty forgiving in the cups because of how open they are on top, so perhaps they'll be workable with a band alteration or something. If not, at least you've gotten a step closer to pinning down your HM size. :D
Good luck and hope they work out!

    • thats what i figure, the cups are so open that i'll probably be able to work em. i dont have much upper fullness, and my apex is lower than average, so fingers crossed they work out! theyre so pretty :') Szarak makes me drool a little! and maybe then i can know which size this lovely cukiereczek will fit me, so gorgeous.

    Fits

Out of 6 bras that i got recently, there are only 3 that fit me, and of them is 70DD - Ewa Michalak » Hm Cukiereczek (574) that looks so nice and girly. It was previously used, but looks like it wasn't! On the smaller side, there is a little bit of empty fabric, but its not an issue at all! looks really nice, even my mom didnt say anything that i spent so much on bras recently when she saw that one. the material is really well made. Love it! perfect summer bra!

Purchased this after finding such success with the HM Fiolecik, which this bra seems to fit pretty identically to! Beautiful round "purple" shape, subtle cakes on a plate cleavage, and gorgeous floral embroidery typical of EM!

Ohhh I love this bra! So pretty! Even though it doesn't fit me quite right, I'm willing to live with a few issues on account of the prettiness.

I bought this bra from another user on this site, it was still new with tags still on. I new that it would be a tight fit, as this is a 30G, where I normally wear a 32G, but the measurements showed me that the difference in cup depth and wire length was under 1 cm, so I decided I would give it a go.

First of all, the sheer mesh fabric of the cup is surprisingly supportive, and the embroidery is ... just gorgeous!

To my surprise, the band is not way too small. I had already bought an extender because I thought it would be, since I usually wear 32 bands, and I had read everywhere that EM bands are quite snug. But even though it is a bit tight, I don't think I will need an extender, or at least not for long.

The gore is a bit higher than my usual styles (Freya half cups), but it's not uncomfortable. The gore is also quite narrow (the wires are sewn on top of each other), which is a bit much for my wide set boobs, but that is basically true for all my bras.

The wires, are about the same length as most of my bras, but narrower than I prefer, so I've just bent them out a little and now they are a good fit.

The cups fit, but they are on the small side (as expected). I do not quad boob, but the gore doesn't quite tack. When I push the gore to my sternum, the cups do quad a bit, so I guess a GG would be better for me.

One problem I have not yet been able to fix, however, is that the top of the cup gives me a bit of a square shape from the side. It is as if the fabric just below the top of the cup is tighter than the absolute top edge, which causes the square shape. This may have something to do with the construction of the straps, which start in a wedge shape at the top of the cup, as opposed to the usual parallel straps. The slanted inside edge of the straps seems quite tense, and I think I feel this tension continue in the top part of the cup that seems tighter than the upper edge somehow (of anyone can still folllow what I mean).

I will make a fit request for this bra to see if anyone can tell me what's happening.

I received this bra by accident. I ordered the SM but got the HM. I figured I'd review it before sending it back, because data is good. For the record, I wear many different sizes in Ewa'S bras, depending on cut and fabric; right now, my best fit in the SM is a 75FF on the middle hooks.

As for the HM...wow, what a hot mess. First of all, ow ow ow ow that gore ow make it stop. The S and SM are just barely low enough for my fused breasts. The HM is both taller AND wider at the base, which I think causes the majority ... of the fit issues, from the digging gore (OW) to the overall weird shape this gives me.

It's also wider and shallower than my other Ewas, too, specifically with less center fullness (see: wider gore at the base). It gives me square boobs in profile. Now, I don't mind round and I don't mind pointy, but SQUARE?

Because of the gore height, the cup flares open at the top. Because of the cup.width, the straps are sawing off my arms. Because of the cup depth, I'm getting massive orange-in-a-glass-type wrinkles.

So...yeah, I'll stick with the S's and CHPs.
