    Fits

Ooooooh this is nice! And it came faster than anticipated, which is a bonus.

I tried a CHP before in 75FF, but found it underwhelming in the cleavage department. This one, however, does exactly what I expected in the first place. It gives me cakes on a plate cleavage, with a round and slightly minimised profile. To my surprise, it doesn't push my boobs outside of my frame from the front, which is another bonus.

I've known that half cups suit me even before I discover proper bra fitting, but, since my first bra fitting successes were mainly of the unlined balcony variety, I kind of forgot how great ... half cups can be. It's nice to now have a bra option that doesn't project my boobs that far forward but up and to my chest for a change.

The bra itself lives up to its name; it looks like something that could be on top of a pale pink wedding cake. The seams are slightly visible through clothing, but not as much as the last CHP I tried (the Noir). It's comfortable to wear, and the band is perfect. I was surprised to find it has just 2 hooks & eyes, instead of the 3 I'm used to from Ewa, but perhaps that's due to the smaller cup size?

I'm so happy I retried the CHP. In the right size it really does amazing things for me. I have 2 Comexim half cups on the way too, so when they arrive I'll do a proper battle of the padded Polish half cups post https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" />

** ps: I've noticed that this bra seems to push my boobs together more than any other bra I own, more than my plunges for example. It almost seems like the gore is on my breast tissue, which is impossible, because my boobs are set quite far (3+fingers) apart. So how does that work? Is it because this bra pushes my boobs so far up? It's not uncomfortable...

Gorgeous! I thought I had wide-set breasts until I discovered Polish bras. When lifted, I'm close-set...

    • 1

perhaps that's it DressTheTwins. When I hand bra (that's a verb now) I can't get my boobs to touch without lifting them (well, they touch, but notbin a good way, more like they fold), but when I lift them they do get closer together. Who knew?!

    • 3

ChestyLaRue Good review, Charlotteke . Not only is this 75F CHP gorgeous, it gives you a terrific shape! I'll look forward to your battle of the Polish half cups. DressTheTwins is correct that the shape you get in a bra is the one you have to analyze for when choosing bras. By that measure, CHP is your cut!

    Didn't fit

Stats for reference: FOT, centre full, close & low set, soft tissue, short & narrow roots, and projected.

    Look:
This is an adorable baby pink CHP bra (3HC), with lace on the top edge of the cups and is adorned by an big bow with silver gem charm. It is very pretty and kind of makes me feel like a sweet princess. It is super soft and comes with cookie holders and pads for uneveness.

    Fit:
This is my first Ewa Michalak bra so I was super duper excited about trying it! However, judging my other's measurements I must have gotten unlucky with mine because the band on this bra stretches to ... be 30F rather than 28FF. I can wear it on the tightest hook (although still feels loose) and it gives amazing cakes-on-a-plate style cleavage with a visible cleavage line (by line I mean the look some can get from Freya decos). The side profile is very round and projected. I'm thinking that the lower gore and cup might contribute to better fit since I have short roots. The gore could be narrower/ overlapping for a better fit but works well nonetheless. This is also the first time I've had in-built cookies... it does work well to balance uneveness but I'm not a big fan of the slight cookie 'imprint' on the outside of my cups (not super noticeable but worth potentially not bothering with getting cookie holders if given the choice of alterations in the future).

Thanks for a detailed and thorough review! They're getting to be hard to come by on here, so I'm happy to see more people posting them. They're SUCH an important resource for us all!
m sorry you had your first EM flop :(. Their bands are notoriously inconsistent. Some 28's fit like 24's, some fit like 30's, and some 30's fit like 28's. Someone on here ordered 65F's and ended up with bras that fit like a 50GG! Also, I think the cleavage line you're referring to is called "buttcrack cleavage".

    • 1

marilynne No problem, thank you :) Fingers crossed for my next EM! Do you know if the cups can also be inconsistent or is it usually just the band? 'Buttcrack cleavage' is exactly the word I was looking for!

    • 2

sincerity I've heard that it's generally just the band. However, they use 2.5cm cup increments instead of 1 inch (2.54cm) increments like UK brands. So they may run slightly small.

    • 3

I’ve had at least 10. Minor inconsistencies across the board but nothing like Comexim (shit show). Different styles fit differently as well.
      Dark colours usually smaller/tighter.
Don’t know why your magnolia is off. I have it in 65G S and it’s consistent with my other S and 65 bands in general.
Just look up the bras you’re looking for here and read the reviews. Last year we did dozens and dozens. A lot of active members back then.

    • 2

I think Ewa is pretty consistent with the cups. It’s the bands that are not as consistent. I do actually think Ewa scales closer to the 1” UK sizing but, a previous member here once contemplated that the difference between the single and double letter sizes was smaller than the double letter to the single...meaning that the F to FF was a smaller jump in size compared with the FF to G. I’m not sure if it’s really been proven though.

    • 1

AGBras Thanks for the tips, I'm making it a habit to check bratabase reviews before buying :)

Calluna That's super interesting! I'd be super pleased if it's true because I ordered a 60F CHP Parys (largest cup in 60 band for this style) while I'm usually a 60FF so hoping that wearing without cookies might work.

My shape is low set, narrow and short rooted, and slightly pendulous.

This bra, just like my other new 65E - Ewa Michalak » Chp Oksana (1029) , fits and doesn't. The cups lift and round the breast tissue nicely, exposing the top half of the breast. i sized down from a 65F in order to wear this bra without cookies. 65F chps tend to gape slightly because I have short roots with little upper fullness. In this size, I have to stuff my larger breast into the cup, and then I get a bit of side boob spillage. As soon as I move around, my left ... nipple sticks out a bit... I'm in between a 65E and 65F apparantly... Maybe the chp just doesn't work for me after all?

the material on this bra is soft cotton on the inside, and a soft satin-feeling cup on the outside. The upper cup is lined with lace, but the lace doesn't close off the cup edge at all. The center gore has a medium sized bow with a crystal. There are no bows on the straps. Straps adjust long enough for my low set/tall frame, and the band is snug and slighty stretchy. There are 4x2 set of hooks. The colour is a pale pink, which will probably function as a nude for me in the colder (not tanned) months.

overall this is a pretty bra that creates good cleavage.

So delicate, luminous, and beautiful! The details are subtle and understated: color matched lace trim along the cups and a 1/8" circular rhinestone gem dangles just below the color matched bow at the gore. This is a suitable nude for my very pale skin. The seams do show under thin knits, but they are beautiful to behold--like sun rays. Under a slightly heavier knit shirt, the seams were invisible. This CHP has cookie pockets that "load" from the inside which prevents the pocket seams from irritating breast tissue. But, inserting the cookies requires more effort. If I had not recently purchased a 70FF CHP, I would think this was too large. But, I need the immediate projection in the 70FF to avoid smooshing my tissue into the wires. Thankfully, now I know how to avoid that unpleasant sensation. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> And, I understand why cookies yield no results for me: they simply fill the empty space in the bottom of the cup that I can't fit into.

I got this in a swap from another user.
I'm not normally a pink girl, but I like the soft color of this bra. It doesn't function as a nude for me though, it's very much lighter than my skin and behaves like a white bra against my body. The entire bra is the same shade of powder pink. The bra, the lace, the bows. All the same, but it's very girly and quite pretty. I do not care for the rhinestone charm in the center (I will probably remove it), but that is also very simple and understated.
This is the third entry for this bra in a ... 70DD, all three entries are for the same bra which makes the stretched band measurements really interesting to me because I could only get 29" before the wires started to distort on me. Because it goes to 29" and not the 31-32" it should I can wear this without alteration and without it riding up. It is very soft and stretchy though, and I don't know how long that will be true for. Fortunately, this is one that has four sets of eyes so yay for longevity!
The straps are wide and fully adjustable. They're soft and comfortable and the sliders adjust easily and stay in place.
The wires stay in my root and encase me perfectly and don't bother me at all throughout the day.
Another CHP win for my drawer.

    Didn't fit

My shape: round-ish, low set, even top bottom fullness, outer full, close set when supported, somewhat east-west.

This a beautiful, well-made bra with nice details. I love the stretchy straps, the sparkly crystal and medium-sized bow on the gore, and the coordinating lace edging on the cups. The whole thing is varying shades of baby pink/peach, which for me works as a nude. The outside fabric is deliciously silky and soft. The cups are lined with white cotton. The seaming is very well done. It's really lovely. The only real gripe I have with it design-wise is the fact that the cookie pockets are awkwardly placed - the ... pocket opening faces the inside of the cups, which makes it pretty difficult to arrange the cookies so that they sit properly. Even more annoyingly, the cookies are shaped so that they can only fit in the pocket one way. Ugh. It took quite a bit of fiddling around to get both cookies in the cup and lying flat on my smaller side.

I had been eyeing this bra for a while before I finally took the plunge and ordered it directly from EM along with the 75D - Ewa Michalak » Bm Amazing. I did tons of research here on Bratabase trying to determine the best size to choose. After concluding that the cups ran deep in this style and wanting to avoid too much gaping on my smaller side, I sized down to a 75C. which unfortunately was a mistake. When I scoop all my tissue into the wire, the gore doesn't quite tack, my larger breast seems juuust on the edge of spilling out of the cup, and there's a bit of quadding - and STILL a tiny gap on my smaller side. SIGH. On me the cups look shorter than other users' pictures of this style, so yeah. Should have gone with a D. Despite the too-small cups, I feel contained and supported, which is really surprising. It's also comfortable. No itchy seams, no poking or rubbing under the arms.

I'll keep it and wear it rather than attempting to mail it back to Poland. "Boob-shelf" cleavage is something I've never seen on myself before, and I really like the shape. Pink has always been my favorite color, so I love that part, and this bra somehow manages to be simultaneously classy and sexy.

This bra is SO pretty and delicate-looking. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and I don't notice the bra while I'm wearing it. I opted for a 65FF because I didn't want the hassle of having to use an extender on a 60 band for a couple weeks, and it is still decently tight on the loosest hook (though the gore doesn't tack). I have both the included cookies in and I had to put an extra cookie in on my smaller side -- I think the CH/CHP cut may just be a bit too open on top for me. On the whole, though, I'm happy with the fit and the bra itself is BEAAAUUUTIFUL.
I also got the matching briefs, which aren't very flattering in the back but are very soft and comfortable.

Purchased pre-owned but barely worn. So soft on the inside and outside; even the straps are soft. The colour functions as a nude bra for me. Band is firm and I can start this bra using the longest hook when wearing on my 26" underbust. Very open on top shape. I feel a great deal of outer side support that I don't normally notice in bras, as if the cups are really directing all my tissue front and center and uplifting it. The gore is low enough to not interfere with my uniboob situation. The cup height is a half-inch too short for my much larger side, so I do feel a bit of instability/exposure there, but it's not a deal breaker.

This is a lovely pale pink bra with pretty lace and a rhinestone gem in the gore. There is also a large bow that I would remove but I'm not big on large bows between my boobs. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":-)" /> Also they look silly under t-shirts. The fabric is soft and there is a white cotton lining with cookies.

I can't comment on the fit since the cups are too large and CHP is not a good fit for me.

    • If you are planning to sell rather than exchange, I might be interested -- I have been eyeing the Marcepanowa.

    • Returning to Poland seemed to challenging and I would like to sell it. I haven't sold any bras before but I think I would have to list it first?

    • I think so. I am not familiar with the process, really - I bought a bra here but have never sold one.

    • Ok I listed it :-)

    • Messaged you! :)

I loooove this bra! I'd been lusting over it for months and I finally ordered it through Jaimie at Bra Obsessed back in February (I'm lucky enough to live in the same city as her)! Obviously the 60 band was custom, but she didn't charge me any extra (we're both morally opposed to Ewa charging extra for small bands). Unfortunately I can wear this on the third and fourth hooks already (the two tightest columns) so I'll be ordering all my Comexims and EM's in 55 bands from now on. I think EM is trying to make their bands more true-to-size lately, but this is just a rumour ... I've heard. No sources unfortunately. But anyway, the band still fits great even on the tightest hooks, and the material is super soft and breathable. The wire width is perfect, the cup depth, apex projection, and immediate projection are perfect, and I think this might be my HG cut! The gore tacks nice and firm, and is super narrow. The styling itself is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier! It's light enough that it functions as a nude for me (in fact it's slightly lighter than my skin tone) but it's great for wearing under lighter and slightly sheer tops. The only qualm I have (besides the band length) is that once in a blue moon, the right underwire digs into my ribs by the end of the day. I'll have to take some notes on when it happens, but I have a suspicion that it might be when I'm on my period and I'm feeling slightly more bloated/swollen/sensitive than usual. So it's probably not even the fault of the bra, it's probably just my own sensitivities.

    • Judging vom the side view I recommend you to go one cup size down in this style. A CHP is not intented to have that much coverage. It still works though, but you would have a better fit overall in the smaller size.

    • Marveille Thanks for your input, but this review is from over a year ago. I've gained a little bit of weight since I first got it so now it's the proper amount of coverage (ie. less than what these pictures show).
