A little vent here: I wanted this made in a CH. Ewa said no CH, but she'd be more than willing to make it a CHP for me. So, I really appreciate that and I'm glad that she is willing to make different cuts than what are available. But, why not a CH? In my size, there's not much difference. The pattern can't possibly be that far off from what she made me, can it? Because there's not much difference, I am happy with what I have and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again; it would just be nice to have more CHs or at least know ... why they are no longer available.

Okay, with that out of the way...

I absolutely love this bra. If you told me I could only keep five bras (how cruel!) this would be one of them.
I bought this on promo along with my 65E - Ewa Michalak » Chp Klaudyna. This was a custom order as Colette is not actually made in the CHP cut.
The pattern is floral with varying shades of mousey brown (sounds unattractive, it is not), coral orange, and ecru with a few strokes of really rich, almost black, brown. The lace along the trim is very light pink and the straps are the same pale shimmery pink of the Klaudyna. The satin ribbons across the top of the cups, on the wings, on the front of the straps, and on the underwear are the same coral in the pattern. The bows are ecru satin with the same coral ribbon wrapping the middle. There is only one on the bra, at the gore.
It is grandma tea-party (like 65G - Comexim » Ingrid Biustonosz (289) Ingrid) but 1900 NY high society grandma - something a Wharton heroine would wear.
The fabric is a stretchy jersey, but it isn't smooth. It's almost textured like my 65E - Ewa Michalak » Ch Lawenda (588). It's not rough or anything like that, but it has a different handfeel than expected.

The band on this is snugger than my Klaudyna stretching to only 28". That's fine and not too tight for me. I'm comfortably in the loosest set of four hooks without an extender.
The straps are wide and comfortable, and again, slightly wide set. They are technically only half adjustable (why?!), but the ribbon dividing the front from the back is only held on with a stitch, so I can jam the adjuster over that obstacle. They don't slide around and move along the intended portion of the strap smoothly when pushed.
Wires are perfect. They sit in my IMF do not slide, do not rub. They come up high enough on the sides to contain all breast tissue without stabbing me in any muscle and they are only as wide as my breast root. They are invisible.
The cups themselves are not as closed as the Klaudyna, but they aren't crazy open either, I'd say they are about average for the CH/Ps in my collection.

On to the underwear. They forgot my thong when they mailed my stuff, they were super quick about getting it out and I did not have to pay another shipping fee. They are also tagged 38s :/
That's fine for the brief, the pair I have are also running small (again, the same as my Lawenda 34s) but the thong is definitely too big. It doesn't fall off or anything, but it's got some slack to it and it isn't as attractive as it could be. I'll have to take a needle to it. Both pairs are extremely lacey and very feminine. They are comfortable. The briefs are total coverage and have a high rise. They have the potential to be frumpy looking, but the giant lace panel in the front makes them appealing. The tong is super girly and has a lower rise.

This is such a beautiful bra. Pictures online don't so it justice! It's feminine, so soft and lovely, with exquisite details. The floral is interesting- almost like a watercolor. i'm in love with the ribbon and lace detailing at the top of the cup.

The straps. Oh the straps. They are set so incredibly wide. I do have fairly narrow shoulders, so maybe the problem is exacerbated by my particular body shape. They adjust well, stay in place, and are so pretty! Why are they so wide???? If they were properly placed on the cup, perhaps the cup would fit but I'm not sure.

The cups are lined ... with cotton and come with removable cookies. My larger side fits the cup perfectly with the cookie in- but my slightly smaller side has a tiny bit of gapping at the top of the cup. I though one was supposed to size up a cup for Ewa's padded bras? Sadly, this CHP doesn't give the "apples in a basket" shape (rounded and uplifted?) that the online description promises, but maybe it's just because I need a smaller size cup? But would it be too small? It doesn't give me much cleavage, and while it looks lovely under clothes, the shape isn't the rouded perfection that I expected from reading other ladies' reviews.

All in all, gorgeous, well made bra. The quality of the materials is excellent. But those darn straps.... If it weren't for them, I'd keep it. But as it is, I may have to sell it so I can try a cup size down and see if all my problems with it are solved....

    Would love any advice!!!

I have the same gaping problem/dilema with my EM chp. I'm between sizes I think, and am waiting for a smaller size to show up in bratabase so I can try it out and see if I get a better fit. Sorry this one didn't fit for you.

    • I adore Colette's aesthetics, too. Hope you find a solution!

Very short, projected, even, close-set, slightly narrow, center-full breasts....

This is my third Colette; first and second were 65G S and 60H S, respectively. The Colette cup is more closed than other models making it better for shorter roots. And, the fabric is blissfully soft. I didn't hesitate to try it again.

This cut is fantastic for creating a rounded appearance. The fabrics are beautiful and soft. However, the Ch cut fits better: I need substantial immediate projection. This Chp definitely fits better than the S Colette. But, I find myself with not quite enough immediate projection and the cup is too tall. For me, Ch is the one Ewa Michlak that fits. However, they are not often produced or otherwise available.

Sadly, Colette must find other breasts to cuddle while I wait for Ewa Michalak to create another Ch bra.

This is the third bra in this colorway that I have purchased and I'm really starting to get frustrated with my short roots. For a halfcup, the cups seem awfully tall to me. However this is my first EM CHP so maybe that's it. I wish the straps were closer together. If they were, I don't think the cup (which is too big on me) would be as big of a deal.

Immediate projection is great! Perfect for me.

Without the cookies, the cup is much too big/tall for me. With the cookies it is better... if I aggressively scoop and swoop, it's almost perfect, but my breasts quickly settle back down into the cups and then there's quite a bit of gapping.

It's close, but not quite. Maybe a cup down would help, but I'm getting frustrated constantly ordering different sizes.

The softest bra I have ever tried on! Seriously comfortable! Only reason that I doesn't fit is because I need a cup size up. Pretty cute too. Straps are not fully adjustable.
