    Didn't fit

I'm really not into the strappy lingerie trend, but I thought the bra was pretty otherwise and maybe those extra straps would come off. They didn't, but the bra didn't really work for me, anyway. For some reason, my back hurt when I wore it. Never figured out why. The thin straps also cut into my skin near my armpits.

    • I get the impression that the Cherry has been a disappointment for many people. Mine slightly gapes on me, and it's not the softest material on my skin, either. Straps cut for me, too, but then again basically all Ewa bras cut in my armpits. These ones are more... plasticky?

Ah, so I bought this bra to review on my blog and it doesn't fit.
I was so hoping that I got it right with the size. It really is very projected, but it comes up just a tiny bit short.
I quad and it's making me hate my body even more.
I'll be ordering a size up if I can sell this.

About the bra, it's very projected and narrow. Quite ideal for my shape. The gore is narrow. Overall a really sexy bra. I so hope I make it in time to replace it.

From the promotional pictures, I was unsure of how this bra would actually look on me as it's a little outside my normal comfort zone, but in person I actually really love it and am so glad I tried it! The design is sort of burlesque and very elegant with the vertical seams, muted black polka dots and rich red satiny bows.

Personally, I love the thinner straps as a more inconspicuous option under tops and don't find that they compromise support very much at all. The diagonal ones are a neat and "edgier" feature, but if you have asymmetry like I do you'll have to adjust them so ... that they aren't equal, which is only a minor drawback aesthetically. It's awesome that they are adjustable so as to accommodate a range in center/upper fullness, but it would have been even more so if they were optionally removable. Still, I very much appreciate the look of the bra with them, which is an exciting departure from the typical realm of full-bust bras.

This is my first CH cut, and I find the cups are a bit more open on top than my CHPs, allowing me to wear this bra with or without the pads, whereas I always go without in CHP. Like all EM bras, the quality is excellent and very beautiful.

Not sure why I never added the pictures... Too deep now, but VERY sexy and projected when I first got it. Band was too big so I never actually wore it. Will probably list soon.

This as my second try with CH Cherry, my EM standard size this time. The first try was with size 65C as everyone told my "size down, its sooo big". This was not true for me, I got serious quadding and returned the bra.
The bra fits in my standard size through it is on the larger side. In smaller days I get a tiny bit of gaping top center (I am FOB and have a larger distance between my breasts). The shape is really up and out and centered which is far away even from my good old CH Owoce Lesne some seasons ago. I am still struggling ... a bit with the strappy detail as I am not good in finding the point between digging in and being too loose, but most of my tops are not low cot enough to show them anyway.
The band as well as the straps are on the stretchier side for Ewa, I wear the bra with one hook of extender for comfort. Speaking of comport, I expected the bra to be less comfy but it is one of my comfiest Ewa bras (and I have quite some) both gore and in the armpits. I hope she will release some more CH cuts in the future.

The Ewa Michalak 65F Ch Cherry looks great but is far from perfect for me. It's not just that the band, supposedly a 30 band, only stretches to 28.5" inches. An extender would fix that. Also a problem is the CH's center gore. At 2.5" it's short for a half cup bra's gore, but 1.5" is as high a gore I can comfortably wear. I've been slowly selling off my bras with gores higher than 1.75" or so. I of course knew the Ch Cherry gore would be too high for comfort when I ordered it, but...so pretty...

The colors, lace, and decorative straps are feminine and flirty. I ... get cakes on a plate cleavage, as expected from a half cup bra. The decorative straps accentuate the mounding flesh above the cups. I have no complaints about the looks. What everyone says about the notable projection of Ewa's Ch cups certainly plays out here. The more forward facing my boobs are, the thinner I look from the front. I'm glad to look thinner on top. Inverted triangle body types like mine look more balanced that way.

If I wore this with an extender, the band would be a reasonable length, and the gore wouldn't press so hard into my sternum. I'm usually too lazy to add an extender to my morning routine. I find it annoying that I have to add an extender to a 65 band, which should be equivalent to a 30 band.

The big draw of Ch Cherry, the main reason I might keep it, is the matching briefs. If I wear the Ch Cherry, I could wear the matching, high waisted panties. When I wear matching panties, I feel like I accomplished something. These panties look great, both in front and back. It's not easy to find a high waisted panty that's as flattering in the back as it is in front, at least on me. It is in fact very, very difficult to find flattering high waisted panties, and I loooove high waisted panties.

While I ordered the 65F Ch Cherry direct from Ewa Michalak, I had tried on two sister sizes at Revelation in Fit's Oakland store. The 70E (UK 32E) and 75DD (UK 34DD) both looked great. The boobs looked exactly as they're supposed to in half cups in both sizes. I much prefer the bands on either of those than on this 65 band. I should've just bought the 70E if I were determined to have this bra. But no, I had to second guess myself and order the 65F from Poland. It costs $20 to ship a bra back to Poland. By the time I figured all this out, Revelation in Fit had sold out in 70E and 75DD. They didn't have the 65F when I visited. Argh.

I don't know what I'm going to do with this bra.

I ordered this bra one size smaller because everyone said it runs huge. Okay, not for me. It cuts into my breast tissue and I returned it. If I will ever try this bra again I will try it in my normal size. I cannot say anything more as this bra didn't fit.

  8. Love the CH cut. This is my second one and both have been great bras. Only complaint is after 2-3 wears the band is loose and starts to ride up in the back and down in the front. Am currently on the third hook out of four.

This was my attempt at finding an EM bra that was sexy, trendy, and would actually fit without the cookies. The cups are too open on top for my squishy breasts and the extra straps don't stay in place like they are supposed to. I really just can't justify keeping this bra when I would not be able to wear it even for a day. I love how it looks though! Aesthetically, it is exactly what I am looking for but in reality it's not meant to be mine.

I had this bra collecting dust for the longest time, mainly because the boning on the side and the wires dug in. The wires were my widest yet—on my smaller side, it's a good 1.5-2 inches away from my root.

The wire shapes were a very shallow bowl-U. I ended up bending the wires, hard. It was almost to the point where it was an actual U wanting to be a teardrop, but when I put it on, it fit! Wires were still fairly wide, but I could deal with it for maybe 4 hours before they began to bend back again.

For the gore, I actually didn't ... mind. It was pleasantly narrow for my close-set breasts, at least until the bra loosened over time and they began to sit on tissue again. Speaking of the band, it's loose like everyone said, but after I did the wire bending I could wear the bra on the second set of hooks (out of three) instead of the last.

With the wires bent, the cups gaped significantly less (although they do gape slightly on my smaller breast). I'm starting to think I quad in them more now, right after swooping and scooping. My nipples threaten to escape, too. I think the decorative straps above the cups actually push my FOT boobs back in the cups, since they look like they're tempted to leave. Compared to how I tightened the decorative straps a good quarter-halfway of the way down, now I have them almost on the loosest setting.

Straps were wide set like always, but this time they weren't totally up in my armpits like my others (cough Klaudyna and Chaberek) were. If they were less plasticky and more like the Chaberek's stretchy straps, I would've been fine... But they cut. And they're pretty narrow.

As weird as it is to admit it, I think the Cherry is one of my "best fitting" bras I own now. It's not the most comfortable to wear for an entire day due to the stiff/plastic boning and straps, but goodness it's better than I thought it'd be for a bra that collected dust for half a year. Bending the wires is going to be one of the first things I do with future Ewa M bras from now on.
