Didn't fit

I haven't decided if I'm going to keep this bra or not. It's really pretty, but something is off about the fit. The top of the gore sort of pushes into my smaller breast and makes a weird gap at the top of the cup, and on that same side (my right) there's a good half inch or so of space. My left side fills the cup nicely, but the right does not. I seem to have more problems with my smaller breast in Ewa bras; that's always the side where the strap placement digs into my armpit.
Usually I alter the straps myself by removing some of ... the top part of the cup and moving the straps inward, and that seems to help with the cups fitting me more perfectly. I can't decide if I want to risk that with this bra, or send it back for a refund. These are pricy (well, to me!) bras, understandable so! But I would hate to change it and then have it not fit even afterwards.
Oh, I ordered this from Levana Bratique, which is based in the US. I've had nothing but good experiences with them so far! I had ordered a different Ewa bra that didn't fit, and it took about a week for the refund to come back. I had used a promo code for $5 off for signing up for their email list, and when it didn't work for the second order I placed, Judy refunded it to me. I thought that was nice! Also, even with choosing USPS first class mail for the shipping option, it only took two days for the bras to reach me.
So overall, I recommend Levana Bratique!
Unrelated to my fit woes: this bra is so pretty in real life. It's a really pale pink, lacy fabric with soft white lining on the inside. There's a little gemstone on the gore, similar to the BM Kleks.
Now maybe someone here can help me decide if I should keep this beautiful Apricot bra or not!

- This sounds familiar. Is the gore a smidge wider than your others?
- I don't think so, but the wires are overlapping in this one, whereas my other BMs are not. Could that be the issue?
- A Fit Request would be most helpful to you. Narrower gores eliminate the gap for me. But, it sounds the opposite is true for you. A mystery ;-)

  Yeah, I really need to get over my nervousness of taking pictures of bras on my actual body. :s
  I decided to return this, though, after all. I think the wires were a bit too close, and the gore just short enough that it was giving me issues.

  I completely understand. I, too, had to work through that, but I realized the photos help so many others that I did it despite my anxiety. "I survived" ;-) ;-)
  
  Best wishes finding a great fitting, light-colored bra. Red and lime-yellow have worked for me under white. It was a big surprise.

  mandapandarawks I think many of us went through the same photo concerns, myself included. But if you think about it, a "bra on" photo really isn't different from a bikini top photo, & most women will go into public in a bikini.
  
  Just because someone decided long ago that "this" fabric is acceptable for public display, while "that" fabric is for private & makes a woman vulnerable doesn't mean we should feel that way.
  
  Most bra on photos couldn't be associated with you personally, so chances are you won't be walking down the street and have someone say "Hey! I seen your boobs on Bratabase!"
  
  I have quite a few tattoos & I still post the bra on photos. If someone happens to see my tats and recognizes me, so be it. My bra is no different than a bikini in my mind, and usually provides more coverage than a bikini haha.
  
  But like Love4Pollinators said, I know the bra on photos can be very helpful for many. So I take a bunch, probably too many, to try and cover every angle and detail. Each photo is helpful to someone, & if it helps even just one person, it is worth it to me. :-)

  MamaPagan You make some very good points! Ya'll inspired me, haha. I just spent some time altering another beige bra I got and taking before and after photos of them on. I figure if I'm gonna be a bravangelist, I better go ALL OUT BRA.
  I'm gonna post my first ever fit request. I'm afraid I seriously messed up this friggin $67 bra, and hopefully there's a seamstressy type on here who can give me some pointers! *crosses fingers

Didn't fit

My shape is projected, full on top and centre, with tall and narrow roots, soft and self-supporting tissue, and super close-set. My usual UK size is 28FF/G depending on how open on top the bra is.

I missed the reviews saying this bra runs large. It does and it's too big on me, even though the measurements doesn't seem that big, which is a shame because it's so beautiful! I'm sorry the pictures I take have show such different colors because of the lighting. But it's a lovely, gentle, elegant shade of pink.

The band runs tight, and the cups are narrow and projected. The stretch lace would accommodate top fullness so well, if only it was the right size for me.

I bought this bra from marilynne (Thank you 💗) 😊
I was super excited to get it. I’ve had my eye on it for a while now. It’s a gorgeous apricot (or nude on some skin tones! I wanted it as a nude bra). It’s super pretty. I was afraid the band would be too tight but tried it anyway and the band is too tight which I’m really sad about. I also didn’t fill the bottom of the cups, I was thinking it could be because of the band being tight. I love BM’s. They definitely fit me so much better than SF. I’m hoping I can find this bra in a 65G/GG 😬😬

Used to fit

I was so excited about this one. As if I’m not about all the other lol. I’m usually not a big fan of your basic pale pink bra, but this is a very lovely shade and I did want a pink bra in my collection. I’d call this a light ballet pink. It’s not a cool toned pink and it’s not peach. It’s a great neutral undertone pink that will flatter every skin tone! From very fair to dark and lovely. The lace on this is beautiful with just a hint of shimmer on the lace. There is a white mesh non stretch lining on the lower half ... of the cup with a white stretch mesh along the upper cup. The cups are nice and deep with narrow wires, tho I feel this runs a little bigger than some of my other BM’s in the cup despite the physical measurements. A plus for me as I am contained and get a great supported uplifted look and feel. The back band is a basic spandex one tone stretch fabric with a white stretch mesh lining. It has 3x4 hooks!!!! I jumped for joy when I saw this as I pulled it out. I freaking love the 3x4 hooks and wish all my other BM’s in this size had it. Still not sure why some are only 2. Anyway. There are two small bows where the strap meets the cup, and a pink bow on the center gore with a diamond gem pendant, the same as on the BM Kleks. The straps have a lovely sheen to them with a gentle firm stretch. Hardware is white.

Apricot briefs: I purchased these in my usual size 38. The front of the panties has a center single layer spandex stretch panel with coordinating lace on the sides. There is scalloped lace along the front half of the leg holes. The back consists of two layers of sheer stretch mesh with a rolled thread hem. There is a seem down the center with a pink bow at the top. The front of the panty has a pink bow with matching diamond gem pendant. There is a white cotton gusset in the crotch.

Didn't fit

I want to mention the top of the cup is tricky to assess. My small side has slight wrinkling, while my larger side is starting to bulge ever so slightly. I tried and tried to make this bra work. I adjusted the straps. The band. Scoop and swoop. In the end, I returned this bra because it was just an odd fit for me.

  I have this bra in 60JJ and for some reason it's too small, even though I measured it at the same depth as the other BMs I have in the same size. It also wrinkles a lot on the bottom. I don't know if it is because it is an older model that it was made more shallow or what.
- I guess I can't input either way haha. I never really tried BM's and when I did, I returned them because I got a terrible fit from them. Maybe you're right though. Could have just been because it's an older model.

  That is such a shame, I find Apricot to be one of the prettiest bras in this shade I've ever seen. It's hard to believe a BM doesn't work for someone, I guess cause I had such good experience with it!

Apricot is a best seller because of it being a light pastel peachy shade that’s a good neutral colour without being boring. I didn’t pick it out myself, but the fitter brought it with everything that she had in my size range.

This is a typical full lace BM, but I was surprised that it was gapping on my small side. My Wersal and the Malachit both fit fine as 70F, as does my 65FF Cabernet.

I’m not mad about the shade against my skin. The Nougat was far better with my skin tone.

- I have this bra too and love the peachy pink color so pretty! I too experienced some gapping/wrinkling on my smaller side, which is very frustrating because I love the BM style - I feel so supported and uplifted in it - but I must be some weird size in between 70E (too small) and some are good fits in 70f but some like this are a teensy big in cup. I can wear 65ff but prefer 70 band in it.
  
  How fun you were able to try these in person I’m jealous lol! This good color for you but like you I also really like that deser nougatowy color on me (that is a fantastic bra).
  
  I really love EM bras but I feel they don’t love me back half the time....
- Yeah it’s weird that it’s the same size I’m used to but it’s a bit bigger. It’s a lovely colour but it’s not quite right for my skin tone.
- I've noticed that some of the BMs have looser lace than others -- I suspect the unlined lace (e.g. 70G - Ewa Michalak » Bm Naomi (809) ) is more problematic than the lined lace (e.g. the 70G - Ewa Michalak » Bm Bibi Flamenco (808) )... this looks like it was unlined lace (on the top half of the cup) -- confirm/deny? :)
- rainbrasspetals are you saying that some of the BMs have lined lace right up to the top of the cup and others only have lace partway up?
- Not quite. I'm saying that the BM cup has (among other things) a two-part construction on the top half, and sometimes it extends into lined lace (like in the Flamenco) and sometimes it extends into UNLINED lace (like the Naomi).
  
  Also sometimes the lace is attached to the lining and sometimes the lining flaps loose (which is true of the Flamenco).

  I wonder if it's possible to stuff the cups and have them stretch a bit? Would that help?...although I don't even know the first thing about getting that to work.

- Sometimes our boobs are possessed, and sometimes it's the bras. We've all been there honey. (And I swear the BMs are alive and do change on their own!) Give it another few days and it will feel too small again I'm sure.

Fits

My shape: FOB, projected, soft tissue, narrow shoulders
The color is this bra is super feminine: a pale pinkish, hence the name "apricot." It works great as a "nude" bra if you have super pale skin like I do. There's a tiny crystal charm at the gore that makes it even more princessy.
The fit is similar to the "older" Ewa bras I have in that the straps are too wideset. Two of the three Ewa i recently bought rom MagdaBras4you have straps that are perfect, but this one is slightly too wide. I decided not to perform my usual strap surgery to make them narrower, ... and have just dealt with the slight annoyance of strap readjustment on the days I wore this.
This is the second of this particular model bra I've tried; the first one I ordered from Levana Bratique last summer, but ended up sending it back because the gore was super short and my larger breast was escaping out of the front at the gore. This one fits me much better, even with the annoying straps.
Overall, a bra win!

This bra is so beautiful, comfortable, and well-made. The band length stretches to 27.5, and has the softest elastic I have ever felt. There is a supportive mesh lining underneath the lace. The cups are very full coverage and the gore is fairly low. This is so close to a great fit for me, but similar to my Cleo Hettie, I get a wrinkle at the horizontal seam, even though the top of the lace lays flat. Although I have an average + amount of projection at the wire, I am pretty shallow across the top half of my breasts. As much as I want to keep this bra, I suspect the lace at the top would only start to wrinkle more if I wore it regularly.
