    Hasn't set fit

Good structured bras vanished over the years. Then my bra seeking radar locked on the 1303. Fabulous discovery ensued.

No offense intended, I am a cross-dresser with sizeable breasts and need bras on a daily basis.

    Full detailed review here: https://femineaaeterna.blogspot.com/2019/04/elila-1303-reviewed-absolute-best-bra.html

A fabulously addictive bra, egineered (yes, indeed !) for breast enhancement and emanciation. After 2 days in the "D" cup, tried the "E" which proved more appropriate.

Solid and firm yet feels light and comforting. A time capsule of long forgotten bra engineering. Looks, feels and works great. Deliciously assertively feminine.

Welcome to Bratabase! You make is bra sound quite wonderful, & I'm glad you are happy with it. Good bras are hard to find for sure!

SIncere thanks MamaPagan ! This bra just obliterated most of my 200 or so items collection. Will have to seriusly dust the bra drawers ;)

Back then we had Triumh, CrossYourHeart, Naurana, MIss Mary of wseden. Equally Lou, Simone Perele, Scandale, SwissFit, Eggli Korsett and so on.

Today very few structured bras survive. I often rant on bra illetracy, such as here: https://femineaaeterna.blogspot.com/2019/03/bras-causing-breast-cancer-self.html

Guess I'll be posting more in here, mind, some are models found uniquely on the continent.

Have a super week, best hugs,

      Mathy

Yes Elila is the real deal! Do you like it better than the Triumph Doreen?

Don't get me wrong wendybien, Doreens are great pretty mechanically correct durable bras, they accompanied most of my breast emancipation. Eternal gratitude ! Pity they are phased out where I live...

The 1303 however takes things to the next level. It litteraly "aspires" breast tissue in the cups. And those cups are thiner, well sensitive and superb to wear. You feel the sling doing it's job, a pure vertical force component.

A very addictive hugging presence with mechanically correct engineered saping and a much higher "bra factor" than my doreens.

I was impressed to the point of putting together this review:

Sounds like you've found your ideal bra! I just read and enjoyed your review--very cool blog.

At my currently size or even when I was a bit larger (after having babies, etc.) I usually have not been able to notice any difference in feel or shaping from bras with internal slings. But for people with a heavier bust, a well-designed sling definitely seems to provide noticeable enhancement in shaping and uplift.

There are many Bratabase users who are from continental Europe, by the way, so your references will be useful to them!

Many thanks wendybien, I appreciate your experience exchange, glad my blog rantings pleased you ;).

Guess the next review will be a molded "Esmara" (think ALDI) model. Oh my my... Spoiler, the strap snapped as I was shifting in reverse to get out of my garage.

The 1303 sling is more perceivable at the breast base and lateral outwards portions.

Mine are east-west and usually I usually feel the corresponding cup gathering action. Here, shaping was more on the periphery which somehow enhances projection IMHO.

I'm very sensitive to projection and firm chest band action, so many years of relentless hard bra wearing to get them going up in size.

Best comparison I can relate to is how a firm structured nursing drop-cup feels, they often have a "sling" chassis.

However I have a project on how to improve the 1303 sling structure. Will keep posted, it's still in the "design office".

Have a wonderful day, let tomorrow be even better ;)
