First time trying Curvy Kate bras. Ellace was recommended to me to help figure out exactly what I need in regards to shape and size. 34FF in the black doorway is what I have.
The band is comfortable, soft and snug without being strangling tight. There are 3 hooks on this size which I like.
The fabric is soft and also lightweight. The top lace isn't scratchy either and is very thin. There is an elastic strip along the top of the lace top. Here is where this bra is good and bad for me. The bottom of the cups fit nicely and the wires are perfect. The ...straps are a little wide but do not slip or bother me in the tail of Spence...at least not up to this point. The problem...the top lace on the left larger side where the cup, strap and lace panel meet had about a 1/4 inch gap but fits well elsewhere. The smaller side is more obvious but nothing seems to show with a shirt on.
This is by far the best and closest bra for me in the ABTF journey. I just found it on sale for a third of what this one cost me so I am ordering it in a 34F to see how that feels and fits. I will also tack this lace (since its so little less than half inch total) the gore to make a more snug fit in the 34FF. Read more 137 more words
I think I need to accept that I was not meant to wear plunge bras. This bra has everything I love: 3-part cup, flexible shortish narrowish wires, no lace, no patterns, nothing rigid about it, super lightweight, comfy, a reasonable price tag AND gives me a decent shape. AND it fits. My holy grail.
...well, if only my breasts didn't spill all over the center of my chest (hmm, or maybe that's just how a plunge is meant to behave?). My heart bleeds.
I love the color and the details. It fits on top and in the middle...but the bottom is not projected enough and the bottom of the cup buckles. I think this is better for more even-full breasts with not a lot of projection.
The material feels sturdy and nice. The band seems to run loose. I size up since I was advised that the cups run small. Perhaps I should have just stick to my normal size as I noticed some wrinkling on the sides and top. The cups are a bit wide.
Overall I really like this bra. I wish the gore was a bit shorter but it might be better if I take off the ring in the center. The cups are wide on me but don’t hurt. I think a 34F would have fit slightly better, so I might see if I can get one on Amazon:
This bra is too wide for me, and it also is too high for my short roots. SO much gaping! I'm medium width. I think it's a nice smooth bra, looks nice under clothes, nice tiny bit of cleavage too. It's a really pretty bra, very comfy. I just wish it fit properly!
This bra wore out really quickly. The straps are stretched out and there's like that white tone that comes with a worn out bra. This bra fits me pretty well, I lack fullness by my armpit and this fits really well there. The height is a good height too. The cup does crease at the bottom but that's usual for me because I have weird shaped roots. I'm even fullness, medium width and short rooted. Very comfy bra and looks great under clothes, no seams showing.

So this is actually a sister size for me, since Amazon Wardrobe didn't have a 32G available for me to try on. The cups are wide and shallow and the band really stretchy, so this didn't provide much support of projection at all. (I say "really stretchy" for me, since I wear a 32 band and sometimes even a 30, so it's probably right on target for someone who wears a 34 band, or even someone who likes a ...tight 36 band.) Honestly the idea for this bikini is kinda cool. It's a normal black plunge style top, but with an extra fabric layer on top that looks like a crochet crop top. At the gore are 3 grommets that lace up, giving it a sort of lace-up corset look I guess? I dunno how to describe it. It's a bikini that looks more like a lace-up crop top. It's an interesting take, and I like that Curvy Kate is doing different stuff with their swimwear. The cup itself is a padded 3 part construction. The underwires are short and wide. The straps are detachable, so you can wear it as a strapless bikini if you choose. Overall, the fit and style isn't for me, but I can appreciate the uniqueness of this bikini! Cups slightly to narrow for me, but acceptable. Immediate projection is great. But the bottom of the band consistently flips under when wearing it, which is uncomfortable.
Good: comfortable, wires are the perfect length and as flexible as I like them, pretty, and it does fit. Not so good: while I tend to feel constricted and breathless a lot and therefore like "moderate" support, this feels like almost zero support. And while (as I've just discovered) I need some good immediate projection, this seems like ALL immediate projection, so it's a bit like laying my boobs on a table. The resulting shape is definitely not my favourite. Straps quite wide (in my case, cutting-into-my-armpit-fat wide).
Seems to fit yet it's not the most comfortable I've tried.Fabrics are a little bit scratchy but it hasn't been washed yet. Shoulder straps cut in a little. Gettting a tiny bit of in-cup quadding at the horizontal seam. I am even fullness tending to slightly FOT but the wire is slipping down below my IMF so maybe it's a little shallow for me.
i love the tease me line! its gorgeous and fun and really comfortable- i wish the other colorways werent so hard to find. this one is probably a band too large and a cup or two too small, but i got it mostly for a fun bra, so im fine with it. i havent had the chance to wear it much yet, so this is more like a first impression.
appearance wise, this bra gets an A+. its all the lacy, ribbony, frilly goodness i love. the materials manage to be really comfortable too, so even in a less than ideal size i adore it. the pale cornflower blue ...has accents of darker blue and white ribbon. the matching panties (i have the thong) are equally adorable and frilly.
Fit wise, the mesh band on these is always really stretchy, i can get this brand new 34 band to 37 with ease and probably father if i didn't care about wires warping. ive owned used ones in 30 bands (so they were a bit broken in), and those were pretty perfect. the 3 hooks help it feel more secure, and on the tightest hooks it feels okay, but it does ride up a bit after wearing it all day.
the cups are low cut and shallow, so i definitely get a cakes on a plate look, but they are also a little quad booby. i dont have a ton of upper fullness and my apex is lower than average, so it isn't as noticeable on me, but FOT ladies will likely find this super revealing. i dont find the wires overly wide in this size, but in my experience the wires are easily bent on these to be made narrower. even with some overspill, the edges of these cups sit away from the body a little, so it isnt the best for disappearing under shirts. the straps are wide set, but made of a very stretchy and soft material, so i dont feel uncomfortable with them.
i want to get my hands on more of these! i would say youre safe to go one or 2 band sizes down, since they start stretchy and will break in like any other bra and become looser. probably also a good idea to size up at least one cup, possibly two. Read more 276 more words
I already wrote a review on the 32g and I will be sending that size back, the 34FF fits better on me because of my tummy, the band is tighter to me on the bottom than the top and even though the underwires tend to fall down, it does not affect lift.
The 3 part cup and vertical seams does a wonderful job of lifting the breasts to create an uplifted round shape. The cup underwires themselves I think are not padded enough or curve in, so it is hard to tell if they are too narrow for me. Although currently it is uncomfortable to wear all day, I am keeping it because it gives an awesome shape and its beautiful, I will add padding to the underwire or try to bend them outwards.
Oh this bra is good for FOT, center fullness, and medium projection.

Tried both a 32FF and a 34FF because they were the sizes on sale, and I wasn't really sure about fit with Curvy Kate yet anyway so I thought it'd help give me a ballpark. The 34FF definitely fit better, but wrinkled a lot along the middle of the cup and had a slight quad-boob going on the top for me. I'm guessing it's simply too deep for me, because the cup width should be good.
It was the first bra I've tried on in a long while that I could visibly see the straps tended to pull closer together in back and didn't seem too inclined to slip off my shoulders, which was really nice. Without wearing it in, though, I can't tell for sure if it would have stayed on my shoulders or not. And I could tell if it did start to slip off, it would make the fit even worse, so I'm not going to try it at this time.
I tend not to do well in unpadded bras, so I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and attractive the Gia is! I have it in both the black and blush colorways, and they both look lovely on. (Also, the matching briefs are cute, cover my whole butt, and are *amazingly* comfortable.) The straps are a little wide for me and there's a bit too much fabric in the tops of the cups for me to fill, but it doesn't show under clothes -- it's hard to describe, but the *edge* of the cup lies flat, and so does the solid fabric that makes up the bottom of ...the cup, but the fabric in the top half of the cup (especially up towards the strap) sort of puffs out a little in between because it's designed for more volume/a more perfect hemisphere than I have on the top of my breast. But like I said, it doesn't show under clothing or at all unless you're looking closely at the place where the cup meets the strap, so it doesn't bother me. Read more 74 more words
This bra feels good but it seems to let my boobs slide out of the cups and ooze back into my armpits after wearing it for just a little while. It also rubs against the crease at the front of my armpit and hurts after a short while.
Yes. I noticed with my breast size and shape a three part mesh type bra like the princess balcony bra fits very well. When putting this on in the proper size, it felt like I'd been wearing it for a year (: Comfortable. I have lost weight now so I am a 30 or 32 band size. My only complaint about this beautiful bra is that the polka dots decorating the side of the bra show through a thin shirt.
