I have a love/hate relationship with Curvy Kate. They are pretty, well made and comfortable bras, but I dont get the uplift I'm looking for. The Princess is no exception. I've worn it several times, but I always end up feeling sloppy because my breasts seem to be too low on my body.

As I have worn only softcup/wireless bras, I was surprised to find such a lightweight material in a bra that was actually quite comfortable. I could easily see myself wearing this all day. The inner material on the lower portion of the breast is very soft. Like my other Curvy Kate bra, 36HH - Curvy Kate » Daily Boost (CK1801), I discovered the band was technically too large simply because this brand has a lot more give in the band. I recommend getting the lower band size if you are between band sizes.

Although the look is quite cute with the lace on the top ... of the band and along the straps, I worry about how the lace will fray after long-term wash and wears. Another cute feature was the ribbon threaded along the bottom of the lacing. However, this ribbon was technically cut longer than the cup, and I have ribbon bulging out even when I pull the lacing tight.

For wash and care, I would definitely use a bra laundry bag, even if actually handwashing this bra because of the lace.

This bra gives my full on top breasts a pretty rounded shape. I love the design <3 When wearing thin tops one can see the polka dots through, which might be annoying for some of you, but it doesn't bother me. I have to go up a cup size, I'm a 36H in Panache Jasmine (6951) / Panache Envy Balconnet Bra (7285) and Freya , I'm wearing the Curvy Kate Princess in 36HH.
