I bought this bra in hopes that I would finally find one that fit, but it was not to be. The band was rather tight and my breasts spill over on the top and side. It did not work for my bottom heavy breasts.

Not good for shallow breasts; better for more projective breasts.

The fabric used in this bra is INCREDIBLE. It is so soft and smooth, like a luxurious bath robe. Unfortunately I couldn't reconcile this with how bad the cup shape was for my breasts.
There was not enough lower depth in the cups for me, so when my breasts moved upwards into the cup's apex there was empty space that collapsed and wrinkled above the underwire. This caused the naturally pointy cup shape to get even more sharp and wedge-like as the apex dropped, which I didn't like very much at all both in terms of the pointy shape and in terms of the lacking lift.
Someone with less lower fullness and a less conical natural shape than me would look fantastic in this bra and get great lift. Even though pink bows are not really my thing, I'm jealous of anyone who can fit into this soft, smooth beauty.

This bra is more beautiful in person than I expected, but I found out that the cups are too tall for my body.
The band is quite snug and very comfortable. This is my first three hook band that I've tried, and I really like the support it gives. I like the other CK bra bands I've tried in 2 hooks as well, but the 3 hooks just feel firm around my 27 in ribcage. The bra is in indigo and wine and the colors are just beautiful together. The bow in the center is a little big and looks a little awkward, but not too much.
The top ... of the cup is a sheer mesh with a pretty wine colored embroidered edge. The bottom is opaque satin-y and feels sturdier than the top. The straps are pretty thick compared to the bras that I am used to, but it feels comfortable and supportive. They were located at a good position. The cups came right under my arms to encase the tissue from my armpits.
Now, this bra is a terrible style for me. I seem to have pretty balanced breasts that I thought were full on bottom, but if they're held up, I can see where the tissue goes pretty high on my chest. Yet, the top of my chest is pretty empty. I think I'm actually semi full on top. Either way, I do not have the tissue to fill the top of this bra, or any others with a similar shape or height, so there was a lot of wrinkling at the top of this bra. The shape it gave me is very natural looking without a shirt, but it was quite pointy or torpedo shaped with a shirt on. I got a little bit of quadboob when I put my shoulders back (making it more evident that it's just not the shape for me even if I go a cup size lower). The seem where the mesh meets the opaque material is a little thick and would show under a tight t-shirt.
Overall, this is a very lovely bra, and it feels quite sturdy and seems like it could give some good support, but is not suited for my breasts.

As most of you are aware, Curvy Kate is probably my favorite large busted brand. They are also the brand I went to first when discovering my 'true size'. I loved their Showgirl Collection(Tempt Me,...

Had a pretty firm band, so that was a major plus. I was hopeful based on that, but shape was a bit off for me and that was made much worse by the straps being way too wide. Just trying it on for five minutes resulted in pain from it cutting into the front of my armpits. If I pulled my shoulders back and stood with perfect posture, it didn't cut in nearly as much, but every time I relaxed, it cut in a painful amount and the distortion changed the shape of the cup and made the top of it no longer fit. It also gave me a bit up a pointy/torpedo look, which was not ideal.

First and foremost: this bra does not fit. It's at least a cup or two too small. So, let it not be a reflection on the product, but on what happens when said product is too small.
On its own, this bra is beautiful. I bought the it in white, and I LOVE the pink bow accents on the center and the straps, I love the embroidery along the top edge of the cup, and I love the mesh panel that makes up the top of the cup itself when paired with the opaque lower half. As with all Curvy Kate products, I find that ... the fabric is very high quality: soft, supportive where it needs to be and the perfect amount of stretch where required. I don't know how these qualities hold up over time, but I know that while it's new, this is a great bra... for someone else.
The fit is awful. Like I said, I clearly bought the wrong size, but I was not aware how strange it would be - it seems to pull my boobs down, point them to the ground, and cut in at the top to create the mother of all quad-boob. HOWEVER, the wire itself fits width-wise and doesn't press into any tissue under my arm. This creates a conundrum - stay with this size and deal with a ridiculous shape, or go up in cup size to get the appropriate amount of cup depth yet risking the underwire reaching way into my armpit? Or are Curvy Kate's unpadded bras simply not for me? I may try another size and see if that is any better, and in the meantime I'll be listing this one. Hopefully, the Lottie will suit someone else better, because it truly is a lovely bra.
