I would say that this bra definitely runs large. I'd order down a cup size. It's also very tall. The wires are narrower with deeper cups than most Curvy Kate. This also doesn't allow for a ton of immediate projection. Would be better for someone with more even fullness and less projection. Overall though this bra just ran really large for a 28F. I'd say it would be more similar to a 30F
