I love this bra! It's a new cut for me from Comexim, and I would buy the single seamed half cup again based on my experiences. The wires are nice and narrow (4.6 inches wide) and the cups are very low coverage. This style does run a bit small, so if you don't want the amount of Cleavage I have here, you can always order up a size. The pattern of this half cup is identical to the pattern of my plunges, but with the top section removed. So if you typically order with reduced cups and want them even further reduced this is a good option. To ... me, it seams even more plungey than the plunge. The band on this is on the tighter side or true to size at 25.5 inches, so it's perfect for me. I believe this is the same cut as the new Victoria Halfcup. I had heard that this style of half cup ran very shallow, and I wouldn't say that's true in my size. It's overall smaller than the plunges I have in the same size (which makes sense as it's half a cup) but it has the same lower cup shape and narrower wires. This bra was sent to me by Comexim to review (as a lovely surprise), and I don't know if it has been altered. It's one of the most comfortable bras I own, and I'm so glad to add it to the collection!

You just said recently how you'd love to be one of those bloggers who get bras as gifts for reviewing purposes - and here it is! A beautiful one at that... :)

    • 1

erispe I know! I feel so lucky that Anna enjoyed my previous reviews. I'm always happy to support a company that I love so much. I actually received Pioson Ivy Longline and Geisha as a gift as well.

    • 1

Wow! So the reviews are on the way... will be reading. :)

    • 1

This bra looks amazing. Glad you got a great bra!

    • 1

This is really pretty. I've eyed it everytime I've placed an order but I never go with it. I didn't think it'd fit. But, if they're projected and narrow in this range I may have to go for it.
It is very mermaid like, that's a perfect description.

Also, I cannot wait to read your Poison Ivy longline review! I was going to have mine made a longline, but decided against it. I'm interested to see what it would have looked like.

    • 1

Wow thanks for reviewing this bra! 😃

I've been wanting to order from Comexim and Yoko will definitely be in my basket.. Perhaps my favorite from their designs!

Wasn't much info available so this is certainly helpful. What size would you recommend for a UK 30GG / EM 70H in S style?

    • 1

I'm glad it was helpful! :) I was very positively surprised by this one. It's very similar to the plunge with reduced cups, but more so! jlcl119 you should definitely try it! I think it would suit you well.

bubblegum Yay! I'm glad to spread the Comexim love! I also absolutely adore this bra. It's a really unique design that I haven't seen a lot before. I would guess 65K or L, but you could also go for 70J or K if you're worried about band tightness. Comexim bands tend to be fairly true to size, but this one ran about .5" short.

This bra is GREAT! I have wondered for quite some time why bras never seem to stay at the base of my root, and it appears that Comexim has the answer! The wires line my boobs perfectly! When I take the bra off, the wire lines are right at my root, which never happens! The cleavage is amazing, discreet, but there if I wear the right shirt. And the outline it gives my boobs is perfect. I've never had them look this nice. Also, it is so pretty!

It gives the comfort and lift of the hand bra, and literally feels like it was made for me. It feels well constructed and sturdy, while also being comfortable. I am in love with this bra, and might have to actually buy a second so it wears out on me less quickly. It is so wonderful!

  3. The band is perfect! I can fasten it onto the second hook, but I think it’s comfiest on the loosest at the moment. The shape is very uplifted I guess? I’m not sure how I feel about it. It gives me a lot of cleavage high up and in the centre, but by making it look like I have zero lower-boob tissue. I think the cups are definitely far too shallow for my average-projected breasts. There is maybe 2cm of empty space (there is buckling in the cup visible in the profile photo) at the bottom outer edge of the cup, between where my IMF is and where ... the wire sits, which is probably not helping the flat lower-boob silhouette. I'm quite short rooted, so having my boobs sitting so high on my chest feels / looks a little unusual to me. This is a cupsize smaller than my other best fitting bras, so going up a size may help the bit of quadding I have going on but I don't think it will give me the immediate depth I need. Which is a shame, this is such a beautiful design!

Yoko seems to be one of their shallower bras in general, and a 2HC (which is what I believe is the standard cut for the Yoko) is their shallowest cut. You might have more luck ordering it in a different cut. The 3HC is the same cut as your Roma, and the plunge is the same cut as your Veronique

    • 2

My Yoko fit the same way sadly, meaning it did not work. I think you could probably request this as a 3HC which would fit far better.

    • Thanks for this review, I surely love Yoko's design! And I think it does look good on you!

I've been wanting to place my first Comexim order and Yoko is definitely on my list. But the fit would be too shallow for me as well.

Ordering it in 3HC may be a good plan, thanks for the idea 🙂

  4. I initially tried a Comexim half-cup (75K - Comexim » Roma ) in 2 cup sizes larger than this (which is one size up from my standard Comexim size of 75J), and it was WAY too big. I figured I'd give the HH cup a try, since it's readily available on their site, and I knew I would sell it easy on here if it didn't work. I'm happy to say this is a much better fit.

This is a 'not quite, but close' fitting bra. The band is a standard Comexim 75. But the cups are about a half to a full cup size small on ... me, so I do quad slightly in it, especially when my breasts have settled into the cup after wearing it a few hours. However, despite this, I don't get significant quadding, because the cups are crazy amounts of open on top. I've tried Comexim plunges with reduced cups, and the fit on this half-cup reminds me of the way the modified plunge did on me. Much of my tissue is exposed, as the cups are only slightly taller than the gore. This isn't a bra I would do any amount of heavy lifting in. The shape it provides is still high and round, like my beloved plunges. One thing to note: the cup material doesn't lay flush on my chest, so I would not wear this with a thin shirt. I pretty much always wear a tank or camisole underneath anything I wear, so that extra thin layer is enough to hold down the materials and provide a smooth look. Without that, though, the tops of the cups would surely show through shirts.

Aesthetically, like most Comexim bras, it's absolutely gorgeous in person. The bright blue and aqua green really stand out against the black. The green stands out much more in person. I just wish it fit as well as their plunges on me!

    Didn't fit

Part of my first order from Comexim along with 75K - Comexim » Mint Biustonosz (331) and 75K - Comexim » Ingrid Biustonosz (289).

Of the three bras I ordered I thought this style would be most likely to work for me. Sadly it is far too small, by probably one back size and one or two cup sizes, and the size range stops at this "volume" so to speak (it goes up to a 65K, 70J, 75HH etc) so I think I'm out of luck!
Was surprised it fastened even on the loosest hook but I seem to have the sort of flab ... that squishes in a lot, which is not a good look when tested any further than is required to stop bras riding up at the back!

Sizing aside, the bra shape is good; the cups are two-piece and fairly open along the top. Straps are fully adjustable and the elastic is quite sturdy though I would have preferred the elastic to be a little wider.

The cups are very close together and rather narrow- I've read that's a feature of Comexim bras. Wasn't a problem for me, the cups felt a bit narrow on the outer edges but I think that owes more to the bra being too small than the shape of the wiring.

The quality is good and I think the bra is worth the price.

Hi! If you email Anna with special sizing request, she'll be happy to sew the Yoko for you in your desired size, even if officially it's not in standardized production. No additional costs.

This bra is, of course, stunning! It's so original & eye catching, and even more so in person. Aesthetically, this bra doesn't disappoint.

Fit wise, I'm impressed by the profile this bra lends. The cleavage isn't pushed "in," but rather "up;" something that I didn't think was possible for my particular shape! This bra definitely lacks immediate projection (which might contribute to the pushed "up" look). The wires seem adequately narrow, although they aren't as narrow as I had anticipated for a Polish bra.

Strangely, there is the slightest bit of ruffle along the edge of the cup that noticeably sticks up under shirts. And it happens on both sides, so I know it isn't caused by my assemtry. The cups fit very well & encompass all of my breast tissue, but the little section along the edge sticks up no matter what I do.

Yoko is gorgeous and does give great cleavage. Unfortunately the cups and straps are a bit too wide for me. Even with the straps tightened a lot it gapes a bit at the top. Although it doesn't seem as shallow as other 2HCs I've tried.

EDIT: I've come to realize this bra is too wide by maybe 3/4 of an inch and the bottom is definitely too shallow. I still love this bra despite it's less than perfect fit.

This bra is an odd fit, and I am slightly disappointed. I can fill the cups pretty well, but I get a weird wrinkle down at the bottom which I tried to capture a photo of. It was really bad at first but I was able to minimize it by tightening the straps a lot and it is not noticeable under clothes. The straps are VERY wide set and I have to angle them in ... slightly. If I order another Comexim the straps will have to be moved in. The band is rather firm at only 29 inches. I have issues doing it up and I definitely don't want it any tighter than this. There are 3 rows and 4 columns. I had originally requested a 2 by 4 set of hook and eyes because I think I didn't need the support of 3 however this is not an issue. The wings are low enough to stay out of my armpit so even though the straps are wide set there's not too much armpit harassment going on. The gore, surprisingly, is not a hard tack like all the other bras I have. It soft tacks but it does not feel like this is compromising support. The wires are perfect. They encase my breast tissue perfectly and don't poke under my arms. It doesn't give a round shape like I was expecting but instead a more of an upside down 7 shape. I wasn't the biggest fan of this at first, but it's starting to grow on me. It looks AMAZING under clothes although I'm realizing that I like that vintagey perky-almost-pointy look. The cups seem shallow at only 9.25 inches but I'm not sure if this is just a thing that half cups do. It doesn't contain all my breast, or doesn't appear to. As you can see in the photos, I get bulges on the side. I'm not entirely sure what they are. I can scoop them in, but they don't stay contained. Appearance wise, it's okay. I'm honestly not sure why I ordered this particular bra. Don't get me wrong, it's pretty, but not my cup of tea. I wish I had ordered something lacy instead. The quality is okay, there's a few loose threads. Will this be my first Comexim? Probably not, especially if I can figure out these minor nit-picky things. I think the size is spot on, especially if I find a deeper style. The bra is super comfortable, and I'm overall very pleased with it, minus the wrinkle at the bottom and the wide set straps. I will be keeping this bra.

Awww :( I'm sorry this one didn't work out perfectly for you! I get the little wrinkle at the bottom of the cup too, but I get that in basically all Comexim because of their lack of immediate projection. To me it looks like you may want to go up a cup size. I get a sort of square shape from this one, because of the lack of 2 seams. I still love it, but you may find that a double seamed half cup works better for you.

    • 2

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll go up a cup size on my next order and see if that helps. I'd send this one back and try again but I'm leaving the country soon and don't have the time, plus I consider this a pretty acceptable fit. Not perfect, but totally wearable. But next time I'll try a cup up and a 2 seamed half cup. :)

    • Are you sending tis bra back? I would gladly swap for it <3

    • I think I'm gonna be holding on to this one for now. It's pretty comfy and a surprisingly good fit despite the flaws. I lasted all day in it with no issues. If you get a chance to try one I highly suggest it.

Comexim's 'Yoko' is currently the best-fitting bra I own. It ticks all the boxes in terms of fit, aesthetic, and overall experience.

This bra gives insane projection and cleavage (at least for someone as shallow and wide/tall-rooted as I am). It gives me a beautiful shape despite lack of heavy padding - it's a very lightly padded, comfortable foam cup that looks great under tops, blouses and t-shirts. It doesn't cut in on top either (though it's been a while since I got it, and I've noticed an ever-so-slight 'quadboob' on my larger breast lately - may need to size up soon - these cups really are quite shallow!). ...
The underwires are comfortable and fit all the right places. The 28'' band runs small (which is great for my 25.5'' underbust - take note if you're a 26'' and struggling to find bands that are snug enough- this may fit you).
The aesthetic aspect of this bra is gorgeous, unique and very classy. It is incredibly well-made and there's a retro aura to this model. The matching briefs are a cherry on top!

I was attempting to size up a cup from a 28G Comexim half cup that I have and I'm not sure if my size conversion was off or what, but this is way bigger than one cup up and therefore way too big for me unfortunately.
