Oh my gosh all the hype about Comexim is totally deserved. Vivien is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. It's like a beautiful boob hug. I was really unsure about sizing for this, but the 60HH fits perfectly. The band could be a bit tighter for me, but it's definitely a true fitting 28. The lowered gore, cups, and moved in straps work perfectly on my petite frame. Everything is comfortable and there's no gaping. The three hooks in the back help add to comfort. The gore on this is very comfortable, even though it's higher than I thought I liked. Everything feels very supported and kept ...in place without being crushed anywhere. The silhouette is rounded and uplifted.
The purple on this is a million times more gorgeous in person. Ihis is very comfortable, even though it's higher than I normally like. This bra honestly feels like it was made for my breasts. I've never had anything like it. I'm going to end up giving Comexim all of my money as soon as they're back from vacation. I love love love this bra. Read more 78 more words
Summary from my own blog: "Let's give a summary: things are good. Safe armpits. No chafing. Gore is nice. Pattern and colors are great (understated however). STUPID QUAD RUINS IT and I can't wear it. If I only had less upper/center fullness, this would be much better."
I was worried about this one as I ordered it (along with an Arabella half-cup) after I read that the Basics run a cup size small, and I have one of those in a 70H that fits perfect. I was relieved to find that this one fits pretty much the same in the cup except ever-so-slightly looser, which will be fine since I have days that I'm bigger than others https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";)" /> I was a tad disappointed in the band though. It is much stretchier than the Basic and has 3 columns of 2 hooks as opposed to 4 columns of 3. While the Basic is snug on the last set of hooks, on this model I need to go to the middle hooks to get the same fit. However, it doesn't ride up or anything on the last hooks so I think it's okay.
I love this bra. It is soft, it is projected, it is low enough that I can wear a v-neck sometimes. It is comfortable and smooth all day. The fabric is pretty. I wish Comexim still made it. This one was altered by the person I purchased it from who lowered the cups and overlapped the gore/moved straps in. I forget if there was something else... It was my favorite until I outgrew it.
This bra's measurements have been altered
cup lowered, straps moved in (?), overlapping gore (?)
I love the appearance of this bra so much that this is yet another failed attempt to find a good fit. This one comes with the straps moved in 2cm, everything else is standard. It also has cookie pockets for the correction of asymmetry (cookies not included). The colors are so beautiful and understated, not loud at all. The purple wings, straps, bows and lace trim are all a gorgeous shade of eggplant purple. The inside of the cups is black. It is a truly lovely bra but I need a few more alterations to make it work for me, so I'm listing this one. It is brand new and never been worn, only tried on a few times.
Sigh. This seems like it should have been the right size, and maybe it would be, in theory. It was so not! The band was fine, but the entire rest of the bra seemed...shrunken on me. The wings were too low, the wires were not wide enough, the cups were not high enough. I had 1/3 of my breasts outside the cups. Alas! It's a gorgeous bra with a subtle pattern and a deep, lovely plum base. It creates a lovely round shape and, theoretically, gorgeous plunging cleavage. But not for me...sadly.
I got this bra a while back, before I realized I simply can't get the regular Comexim bras without alterations. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> It's a beautiful bra and very well made, but the straps are too wide and the gore is too short. There's lots of empty space at the top of the cup, so I don't feel secure, like my boobs are gonna flop right out or something. It's weird. I would totally wear this bra if I had the correct alterations done, though. It's so pretty!
I have found my BFF of bras: Comexim plunge. It is what I've been looking for in a bra since I sprouted boobs. The wires are narrow and end at the natural edge of my breast and don't go into my armpits. The cups are deep and hold all of my tissue in a gathered, to the front, rounded, lifted shape. It's heavenly. The pattern is feminine and makes me feel pretty to wear it. I was reluctant to purchase Comexim because I wasn't sure what size to order. I bought this bra from a blogger and it fits perfectly. I'm a UK28F, fuller on bottom, close set, softer tissue.
Love it more each time I wear it. More bras should deep purple. It's comfortable and classically beautiful. One of my new favorites! I wasn't expecting the fabric to feel soft (expected more like Ingrid) but it's not scratchy and really feels smooth when I'm wearing it.
I LOVE the fabric on this bra, its beautiful and comfortable. The straps are moved in 2cm, which is great, and the gore tacks. The band is longer than other 60/28bands I have, so I have to wear it on the tightest hooks which works for now but I worry will become too loose quickly. Also, my breast tissue falls forward in the middle--not sure if its because the cups are the wrong size or this just isn't the right cut for me. The bra is wearable, but not perfect, so I think I'll try to figure out some adjustments to make and re-order.
