I want to love this bra! Sadly, the top of the cup is too big. I'm debating whether to alter it or resell...

Very short-waisted, center full, close set, somewhat narrow, immediately projected, shallow apex projection,...

Yikes. My breasts have widened since the last time I wore this size. Living in wireless bras will do that https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_wink.gif" alt=";-)" />

Now, this bra requires a gore narrowing operation, straps moved inward, and a wider wire. I'll just cling to my wireless options and hope I find a less alteration-needing, easily removed, cool, supportive bra for 100+ degrees F. Surreal because I type this as significant ice accumulates on my food forest. And, it was 79 degrees F two days ago. Weather.

Fantastic Comexim quality and my favorite colorway, Sonia.

    • It is lovely. Moving back to trying wired bras? I hope everything works out!

I'm anticipating summer and itching to find easily- removed-support with a high cotton/hemp/linen content. Oooh! I could make a double-linen bralette: supportive and breathable.

  3. I took a chance on this, getting it at a greatly reduced price at Breakout Bras. It was a worthwhile risk! For a padded bra, it gives a lot of projection at the wire. Normally, if there isn't enough projection, the wires push down and are very painful on my flaring ribs. This doesn't happen and it stays in my IMF. The band runs tight as I expected, but is still comfortable in my normal band size. I get a little bit of gaping at top inside of the cup but without much center fullness, I do this on a lot of bras. Overall, fairly comfortable and I'm sure it will get even better with wear. The colors are beautiful in dark peach with silver lace overlay.

It's absolutely gorgeous! Comfortable fit with a Rixie Clip. I still get very very mild quad boob effect on my right, but it's not terribly noticeable on a tight shirt. I suppose I either need to go up a cup size or need a cup that doesn't cut deep into the flesh at the top.
This bra's measurements have been altered
straps moved in 2cm, 3 rows of hooks rather than 2, and I'm pretty sure a reduced cup (it got kind of muddled in translation)

So pretty! Lingerie needs more pastel and silver combinations. I was so sad when I missed out on this bra, so you can imagine how thrilled I was when the product page for Sonia reappeared on Comexim's website one day with just this one size in stock! I guess they found this one back in the warehouse or something.

Fits just like other Comexim 3HCs - the perfect cut for me. The band is obviously looser than my usual 60G, but I don't mind - the larger band makes it more forgiving than my now-too-small-in-the-cups 60G Ingrid. 60H would be perfect with my current measurements.

I've had this bra for more than a year now, and it's still my go-to bra. It's like a treat every day I wear it.

It's beautiful, and a great nude shade for me. The lace is flat, so no worries about tight shirts over it. The 3HC cut is so comfortable for my narrowish boobs that need short cups and immediate depth.

This has a narrowed gore, cookie pockets (the cups are lined in the softest cotton knit), and straps moved in 2 cm. It is remarkably beautiful and a nude on my very pale skin. Great immediate projection, open cups, and accommodates short, projected breasts very well. The "narrowed gore" improves comfort enough that it is now a mandatory alteration for my Comexim orders.

For those needing more or less immediate projection in Comexim/AP 3HC, here is a list:

This bra arrived without the narrowed gore. It does have the overlapping gore, but it remains too wide for me at the base of the gore. And, the wings are too high. In the past, moving the straps inward remedied the "wing bite." However, I will need another alteration before this is comfortable.

Despite this, the immediate projection and fit is great 2 weeks per month. The cup is too wide, but the immediate projection is sufficient. Wires do not press painfully into my ribs. I'm thrilled. So, I'll place another order. Sigh.

    • One of my sonias wasn't altered right too! I wonder if they weren't as careful when running out of fabric? I'm going to have to sell or trade one of my sonia's too. I should probably do both, but I'm ok with one cupsize too small and selling/trading a 50L band isn't happening. Unfortunately mine's a 55J and I need a 55L.

Ugh. The fabric shortage might have been the issue. The Garden of Eden (also fabric shortage) arrived as an unaltered plunge rather than a 3HC. Ugh. Ugh.

    Hasn't set fit

I've had my eyes on this bra for a long time, but before I had the chance to order from Comexim, they were out of fabric. When they popped up on Breakout Bras the other day, I couldn't miss my chance again and ordered this "28F" (these are tagged as UK sizes for some reason) right away.

Sadly, it's too small for me. I noticed some bubbling right away on my left sizes, and loosening the straps all the way made no difference. I was going to just put up with it as long as it didn't hurt, but after only an hour of wear, I could feel ... the pain of a too small cup on the left. I have very noticeable asymmetry, with the left being an E or F cup and and right being somewhere between D and E. This bra is supposedly a 28F, but I'll have to go up to a "28FF" (Comexim 60H) to fit the left side. Which probably means I'll have to stuff the crap out of the right side when my exchange comes, as it fits my right breast perfectly right now. :/

Aesthetically, I think this is the prettiest bra I've ever seen. I love the soft pink with the silver lace. I really hope Breakout Bras responds about my exchange soon and they don't run out of stock before I get a replacement! I'm determined to make this one work.

Update: Breakout Bras emailed me about a month later to tell me they didn't have anymore 28FFs, so unfortunately I won't be trying that size. :/

This bra is very comfy, the wires are soft. Band is TTS. The straps are a little bit too wide for my taste. Unfortunately it's too small on my bigger breast. I recognized a little bit of breast growth lately, maybe it fits better during non-hormonal days. Nonetheless a beautiful bra.
