  1. Coco (381)

After trying 4 different sizes, I finally found my Coco size that fits perfectly!

Just for the record, 65F is theoretically the size equivalent to my UK size of 30E, and 70F turned out to be my regular Comexim size in padded bras.

65F - slight quadboob, minimizing, felt slightly too tight
65G - band ok, cup too wide, cups have too much coverage
70F - better cup width but cups wrinkle (= too big)
    70E - perfect!

In my impression, Coco is not actually that wide. The wires fit exactly like my Cleo Marcie's, which is not exactly known to be the most shallow/wide bra around.
Though you can clearly *make* it fit wider ... by choosing a tight band size (the wires are quite flexible and not that resistant to being pulled).

It is, however, slightly minimizing in profile on my boobs (which are somewhere in the middle between shallow and projected). If you are on the projected side, it's probably going to be too shallow for you - regardless of a larger band size.
On the other hand, it does create some cleavage, and thanks to the low coverage it works well under tank tops or boat necks.

Besides that, Comexim slightly modified the bra's appearance since my last order. The bows aren't pink any more, but violet. That's a big improvement and a much better choice for a black lace bra.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I have Sharon in Coco style and I have exactly the same situation as you, 32dd-30e in uk and 70F/G with adjustments in comexims and then 70E in my Sharon and fits amazing! :)

    • I also had to size down a cup in the Coco.

    • I feel better about ordering Coco a size down if there's several people here saying they had to size down in it. Phew.

Also, violet bows instead of hot pink? I'm torn on that. I love the hot pink and black together, but on the other hand I really love purple...guess I'll see when I get it.

    • They are hot pink on mine, but I got mine used so it was probably ordered quite some time ago.

    • martka00 Seems like Coco and Sharon are indeed good exceptions to the "if in doubt - small band large cup" rule. I felt similar about Ewa Michalak HMs.

    • amandafire My last order with them was just a few weeks ago and it had pink bows. They must have changed it very recently.

    • Well yeah the band is little more snug however now after couple of months in okay and don't feel is too tight anymore and also I got used to tighter bands :)

    • Really useful, thanks! I'm going to include an unlined bra in my next Comexim order, and was wondering whether I'd need to size down in the cup.

  2. Amore Mio (545)

    Hasn't set fit

It's been a while since my last review... I think I am finally sorted with my depression. For past few months I bought large amount of new bras, and most of them turned out to be somehow wrong for me. I became more sensitive to pain, so had to get rid of some of my loved Ewa or Comexim bras as I can't stand their straps, painful wires or too tight bands. I am looking for small reason to get rid of some of my bras as my collection is simply too large !! (yes I said that loud - I HAVE TOO MANY BRAS! but the new ... collections are becoming prettier and prettier..) . I am trying to sell what I can and replace with new, more comfortable ones, which is not easy task. However, those bras that fit me, I can't express how happy I am! and one of such bras is Amore Mio...
Some time ago I bought Sugar Plum, that ended up being sold - too loose band, too large cups (even if i bought it in my usual soft comexim size 70F) and too long straps. I wasn't very much dissapointed as the colour did not make me to fall in love with it. But when I saw Amore Mio, I called comexim to ask if its possible to shorten the straps. And here we are! I have my loved Amore Mio (jeez, I love that name!)
I ordered this bra in two sizes (just in case of loose band and that usually sizing down in band makes bra overall little smaller) in 70E and 65G. While 65G have better width of the cup, the band is too tight for me (by half size).
70E offers me comfortable band - such a shame that is made of one layer of fabric, as double layer results in longer life, but definietly the lace is good quality.
Cup width. And this is the only place where I have 'problem'. I have narrow roots but this wires are like by 0.5-0.75cm too narrow for me, they gently sit on my skin - thankfully theres no pain or whatsoever, so Im not really bother with this issue. Comexim wires are flexible, which makes them more comfortable.
Straps placement is great for my narrow shoulders. Theres no discomfort and red skin caused by too far placed straps as I usually get in most brands (being petite sucks sometimes). Also as I mentioned above, I requested shorter straps so the support is better.
Cups are made of same fabric as the band. This fabric is kind of stretchy and does not offer as great support as other soft comexims but is not bad also. I am happy with support provided by this bra. Usually I take 70G in padded with modification of added cookie pockets, and when taking soft I go for 70F (which recently became inconsistent - Bridget is size too small, Sharon half size too small, Sugar Plum was too large, Karen is too large - really is only 50% I'll get it right...).
I got matching undies in size M and actually could go down to size S! The set looks sexy and is one of my favourite ones at the moment!
I sent an email to comexim asking if they're going have more colours of this beauty... i really hope so!!

(psst, I still have the bra in 65G for sale!)

  3. Salma Half Cup Bikini Top (394)

    3
    like

    70E

    Fits

My stats: underbust 27" tight, 29" loose, regular size UK 30E.

I ordered the Salma Bikini Top in two sizes: 70E and 70F.

    Band size:
I intentionally sister sized up in the band, because I don't want a bikini top to fit as tight as my regular bras.
Turns out this was a good choice - the band is nice and firm, stretching to only 30.5" in size 70. The fabric has less stretch to it than a bra, which is also common in bikinis and should be considered when choosing a band size.

    Cup size:
Eyeballing the fit of the cups, 70E had slight quadboob, and 70F had no quad, no gaping when ... standing straight, but maybe a smidge more cup height than necessary.

I decided too keep the 70E because again, this is a bikini top, and slight quadboob is waaaay less of an issue than gaping cups when you move or swim.

    Verdict:
I'm really happy with the bikini top. It's well-made, fits me well, looks cute and dries fast.

    A note on the panties:
These are a huge downside of this set. I ordered two sizes of them as well (the one the size chart would put me in, and a size up). The smaller size was so *ridiculously* small I didn't even try it on. Seems like Comexim isn't aware that bikini fabric just won't stretch as much as regular fabric does or something. There is no way a person with the given measurements could fit into this.
The larger size fit okay at the waist, but had elastics cutting into my thighs which was both really, really uncomfortable and looked odd. I returned both of them and decided to wear a plain black bikini bottom instead.

    tl;dr, my recommendation:
    - size up in the band and stick with your regular cup size (don't size up in the cups like you regularly would with Comexim halfcups)
    - size up 1-2 sizes in the panties in case you want to order some, and be prepared that the fit might be really odd.

  4. Sharon Half Cup (366)

Oh yes! thats my soft bra no1! I used to love Cleos with the round shape but Sharon (with 2 vertical seams as custom order) makes nicely round but natural not like balls. The lace from the front is quite hard, although inside nice and comfy. Straps fully adjustable, wide and soft. Bands true to size. Really nice and sexy! I will think with next order to get panties !

    • does it have immediate projection?

    • I know it's so bad but I don't know !:) can you explain when is immediate projection?

    • the bottom of a cup in a shallow bra is sort of flat and the bottom of a cup in a projected bra juts out real deep. i hope that makes sense, maybe wendybien can explain it better then me, haha :)

    • No I was trying to understand but I just can't imagine it :)!
It looks on me very similar as there http://bra.pe/XPRc/

    • 1

Hey, those are my boobs LOL! Judging from what I know about Comexim & especially their unlined bras, it's immediately projected. And if it fits you like the Coco fit me, then yes it's got immediate projection. I should take pics comparing the side profile of a shallow bra vs an immediately projected bra. I still have one crappy shallow VS bra in the wrong size in my drawer. I guess just to remind me how awful a badly fitting bra is.

    • Right lcl0706 again referring to your reviews! :D

    • Pretty sure Sharon & Coco are almost identical!

    • in my case they are, but I wonder if the 1 vertical seam would work for me as well. If there would be any different model in soft half cup I would definitely try.

    • do you have pictures wearing these with tight clothes on?

    • I will do it tomorrow

    • newhere ive just added the pic :)

    • martka00 thank you. it looks nice with clothes. do you say it has a "minimizer" look?

    • newhere I wouldn't say it has minimiser look, its just non padded bra that enhances your natural size :) but obviously it doesn't make that WOW as padded bras.

  5. Geisha Plunge Bra (202)

    Didn't fit

Before I get into this reveiw, my shape is: narrow, projected, low-set, very full-on-bottom, short-rooted, very center-heavy. I also have a very, very squishy ribcage and a very pronounced tail of spence.

Now that we have that out of the way, I seriously think that this bra is mislabeled because it is SO the wrong size. It is so beautiful, and I really, really, really-really wanted it to work. I've heard such nightmares about ordering from Poland, and from Ewa Michalak especially, so I was really invested in learning whether or not Comexim was going to be a match for my difficult breast shape ("you're so lucky to have ... an in-matrix size!" they told me, "you'll be able to find bras at every department store the USA has to offer!" they told me). When this baby came up on r/braswap, I nearly peed with excitement. I couldn't imagine my luck!

From all of the research I have done, I honestly expected this to have similar immediate projection to my Ewa Michalak (which has plenty.) I am sad to report that this is the most shallow bra I have worn; It seriously rivals some Victorias Secret bras that I've tried on. Quadboob and ribcage squish every-damn-where; even my fiance immediately used the word "quadboob" and I was not even aware that he'd been listening to all my bra-fitting ranting.

Also, let's talk about the band for just a second: this bra is labeled as a 70/32, but in order to get the bra to 31" I have to pull so hard that the underwire distorts. Not sure how someone with a 31" ribcage is expected to squeeze into that and get a good, supportive, comfortable fit....

All in all, I am quite disappointed in Comexim and I doubt I will be purchasing one from the manufacturer. Perhaps if a 75E comes up on r/braswap I'll give that a try, but the odds of that happening are similar to the odds of getting struck by lightning whilst being bitten by a shark. I guess I'm just going to have to suck it up and order from Ewa Michalak!

What is your UK size? A Comexim 70E is a UK 32DD. Could it be that it's too small all over?

    • 1

I was about to say the same. Comexim uses EU sizing, so no double letters. If you're an E in Ewa, you'd be an F in Comexim. Possibly a G in the Geisha since it tends to be smaller.

    • I am a 32E in American sizes (or 32D3 in herroom sizes). I just went to check what size my Ewa Michalak actually is, but it turns out I can't actually read the tag anymore. (Also why I haven't entered the measurements for that Lato into my account: that bra is oooooold). I've been assuming that I'm a 70E but I could very well be a 70F in Polish sizes! That would do it! Geez, and I wonder why I can't have nice things.

    • jlcl119 I hadn't realized EM and Comexim use different sizing. I should've done my research! That's what I get for impulse-buying, haha. Thanks!

    • 1

Yup. They both use EU bands, but Ewa uses UK cups. Comexim is EU all the way. I wear a 65E/F in Ewa and a 65G in Comexim.

It'd be nice if they were standardized, it does get confusing and takes some trial and error.

    • Yeah I wouldn't discount Comexim yet. On your profile you have a 34F Marcie listed as a fit (that would make you a 72G in Comexim!) and a 70E Ewa Lato listed as a fit. That would make you a 70F in Comexim. And like jlc said, the Geisha runs small (as does the Basic). No wonder it doesn't work for you.

    • lcl0706 I wish I could edit that review, that damn Marcie NEVER fit properly - I just was really new at brafitting when I wrote that and I didn't know better! The EM Lato definitely DOES fit, though, I'm sure of that. Thanks for letting me know about the Comexim sizing though! I love that they do custom orders, and now that I know they use nonstandard sizing I feel more comfortable revisiting the idea of buying from the manufacturer.

    • 1

You can edit your review. Go into "my bras" and click on it. Then you can go into each section like "how it fits" and "write a review" and edit what you have.

    • And I wear a 28G in UK and a 60J or 60K depending on the Comexim bra and what alterations are done.

    • 1

Don't count Comexim out yet :) I wear 80GG in EM and and 80 K in Comexim with reduced cup. The Geisha does run tight in the bad, and so does Tropical Garden. I think it has to do with the material of the bands. I still haven't been able to figure out how the sizes work, but I know what my size is in both brands, so that is all that matters. Lol. Once you get the right size, you will love Comexim! They are so comfy :)

    • 1

"...even my fiance immediately used the word "quadboob" and I was not even aware that he'd been listening to all my bra-fitting ranting..."
@MostlyNormal, isn't it cute when they learn brafitting terms? ;)

This gives good lift, a high and rounded shape, which is great for my FOB breasts that always look empty on top - this fills out the shape on top by compressing the tissue. The compression also reduces my projection, which will make clothes hang better (I tend to get boob tent otherwise). So the look is great. It's comfortable - nothing seems to be too tight or digging. But the gore doesn't tack and there's a bit of a gap along the top edge, especially towards the center. My regular size is 28E/30DD, so this bra is sized up 1 band size and 1 cup size as ... Breakout Bras recommends since this one in black apparently runs tight in the band. So, it's the right size, and I can't figure out if the gore issue is because it's actually not the right size and I need maybe a 32F or G, or if it's a shape issue. This is a shallower bra so maybe my projected breasts just don't like it and they're pushing the cups away. I don't know. I love the look it gives me, but unsure whether to keep it and sacrifice an optimal fit, or try other sizes.

This bra was way more shallow than I was expecting!
I definitely would need a bigger cup, but I am not sure if it would have enough projection even then.
The materials all felt comfy and the bra was cute for being the necessary plain-old "nude".
The band was a tad loose for me.
The gore is higher than I usually like, but it is SUPER narrow so it doesn't bother me.
The straps are wide and comfy.

I love this bra. NIce styling, simple but cute. Nice materials. lined/lightly padded but doesn't feel like you are wearing a bulletproof vest (thinner than CK daily dream and Parfait charlotte & tess). Too shallow for me, i think. underwires are overlapping, very comfortable, though, as far as materials go. band seems to fit a little on the tight side, but in a good way- most 32's fit best on the tightest band; this fits best on middle. Also reviewed in 32ddd which is too small (my measured/fitted size is 32dd, although bratabase says i am a 32d and I havent fit into one of those since early high school).

i think i need a cup size larger as i seem to be spilling from the top, yet there is wrinkling at the bottom. maybe its a bit too shallow for me & i need more immediate projection? the fabric is AMAZINGLY soft (reminds me of a "shinnier bridgette") and silky! i love the colors, exp on my skin tone. i asked for the gore to be lowered&overlapped, which i believe was done. I also requested the straps moved in. i am not 100% sure how to tell if this was done, however.
