This bikini is a slice of tropical paradise. The colors are so fun and bright, and the fabric has a bit of a sheen to it. The fit is a great Comexim fit, creating a wonderful profile. I feel like I look like I haven't breastfed 3 children, haha!
I think this is a swimsuit that is worth going down in the band. I suspect that due to the nature of swimsuit material the band is a bit stretchy. It feels fine and comfortable, but I think that I would personally like a snugger fit for swimwear, especially as I am active in the pool with my ...children. There is just one swimsuit style hook on the back, so you cannot adjust for a tighter or looser fit. This swimsuit is still great, but if I ordered a new one I would go with a tighter band. I have found that I prefer a 60 band to a 65 in Comexim, but this bikini feels stretchier than Comexim bras in 65.
The bottoms are very cute too. They are so flattering. They have strings on the side, so you can adjust the fit and assure you dont have unwanted bulges from bottoms cutting in. I wondered when I looked on the website if they would be too full coverage, or go up too high on my belly. They are in fact perfect. Classic great looking bikini. A little cheeky, but not skimpy. I love them! Read more 139 more words
I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. I'll just preface this to say I am extremely disappointed, and really, I shouldn't be surprised, since the last few orders from Comexim haven't been anything otherwise for me. So I need a bikini top, BADLY, as I can't seem to find one that fits me. (And I don't have the money to order one from Ewa; besides, the one I REALLY want isn't out until next year.) I'm going on a long vacation to Florida in January, so I want to find one that fits nicely before then. Pretty reasonable, yeah? I've ordered so many different ones the ...past few months. I am getting very discouraged. (I have a Dalia one that works semi-OK for me, after I brought it to a seamstress to have the HUGE GRAND CANYON GAPING fixed, but the straps dig into my shoulders and are ITCHY, and there is a little pucker/wrinkle RIGHT where my nipple is from the darts that were sewn into the cup. I also have a 70G St. Tropez that isn't the right cut for me, so I feel SUPER exposed in it. I've been trying to resell it for about 8 months now, with no luck. I also bought, and subsequently returned, four different Ava bikinis from Amazon. Then, recently, two different Curvy Kate ones were tried since I was desperate and they were available through Prime Wardrobe.) So anyways, back to this bikini. I ordered it directly from Comexim and it came quickly, which was nice. I asked to have it made with the top part of the cup orange, similar to the older style that I've seen online. I also requested straps narrowed 2cm, and to have the band be a 70, but the cups be a 75HH, since those cups fit me much better than a 70HH and a 70J. I received the bikini today, and the label said 70J. I immediately was worried, as that wasn't what I ordered, but I figured maybe they just put that tag on it since my requests maybe weren't understood? I never received an email asking for clarification or anything, and the tops of the cups were orange, like I had asked. So I tried it on, and it's all kinds of wonky. I think they must have narrowed the straps TOO much, because there's a weird wrinkle in the middle of the cup, causing my breasts to balloon out the sides. The band is SO LOOSE there is no salvaging it. There's no way that could be a 70. NO WAY. And the gore, though it tacks, is weirdly crooked, like my larger side breast pushes onto it, causing it to sit at an angle, if that makes any sense. I just don't even know what to do anymore. I feel like this is a fool's errand, and I won't be able to go swimming on my vacation because of lack of well-fitting bikinis that are even close to my price range. ARGHKJAGLKSJAH:KJHSKA. Sorry for the rant, but I figured if anyone could relate, it would be you guys. I don't think I can get a refund since it's got customizations, and I won't get the full amount I paid for it back if I try to sell it, putting me EVEN FARTHER in the bikini money hole. I just can't win. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> I wanted to give Comexim another chance, but this will for sure be the last time I ever throw money their way. I've gotten burned too many times. So if any of you are thinking of ordering, maybe, like, don't? I don't know. It just doesn't seem worth it anymore. Buy at your own risk! https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> Read more 520 more words
Adding bra in for data/informational purposes only. This Bra is not owned by me at the time of addition to the database. ☺
Kameleon is a padded bra sized bikini in a plunge style. Its pattern is a multi-colored snake/chameleon look. The padding is thin foam lining, without any additional/removable push up pads.
The band measures 22.75” to a max of 32.75” but I must note that there is only a single metal clasp on the band, making it not adjustable.
Cup depth was 12” as measured by hovering the cup between the knees and placing the tape measure into the cup without any resistance, to a max ...of 13.5” stretched over the knee.
The bottoms in Medium measured 62cm unstretched to 114cm stretched (24.4”-44.85”). Comexim mediums are supposed to be for 93-101cm.
As a side note, when Comexim confirmed my order, they asked if I wanted this one as it was on their site or if I’d like the Samoan style instead. I chose the site style, but wonder if the Samoan wouldn’t have been a better fit or more adjustable. I figured it was worth mentioning for anyone who would be interest in this one, that the Samoan style in the Kameleon print is an option.
