    Didn't fit

Juliette is a discontinued standard plunge from 2012.
The bra, straps, lace trim, and ribbons are a gorgeous moody mauve color. The lace overlay is a grayish blue geometric pattern. The lace lays over the cups and extends to the band. There is an acrylic crystal charm at the center attached to the bow.
My Juliette is tagged a 65G, however I have marked it as altered to exclude it from measurement data because I am absolutely positive that it is mislabeled.

Juliette's band only stretches to 26". The woman I bought it from said that it ran snug and as such it had never really been worn, but two band ... sizes too small is not "snug", it's a sewing error. I browsed the other Juliettes on this site and not a single one of them was two band sizes too small. Because this one is, I think it's a 55HH that was tagged incorrectly.
Because it does not stretch, I can't wear it without an extender and I wear two columns of it with the bra. With the extender the band is better, but it does bring the straps pretty far out in the back. It's manageable and doesn't really bother me, but I do wish it were more TTS.
The straps are comfortable and fully adjustable. They're not very stretchy and are a good width. With the extender I do have to angle them in a bit, but they stay in place pretty well.
The wires are very narrow and very comfortable.
The cups are a good shape, round, centered, and to the front. They are pretty shallow at the bottom, but it isn't uncomfortable and I haven't pushed them out of my IMF yet. Probably because the band is so firm.

Juliette is beautiful and I searched for one for a long time. Ideally it would fit better and closer to the tagged size, but it does not. This is not the best technical fit, but it is wearable and I'm keeping it.

This bra is beautiful, the pattern makes me think of Ancient Rome. It's too bad it's mislabelled but the cups fit great!

    • 1

Yeah, the cups are pretty good. A little wrinkle on my bigger side but nothing I can't overlook.
Thanks! I think it's Grecian myself. It's really a nice color combination. Real understated and adult like.

Juliette is a sedate but beguiling combination of mauvey-beige trim with mossy blue-green square lace. The geometric pattern looks like the facade of the Santa Maria del Fiore in Florence, elegantly restrained in design and gorgeous in its subtlety https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> I regret to say that my favorite feature of the bra, the crystal charm that hangs from the center gore and sparkles with movement, gets obscured a bit by the bow at the center gore. Nevertheless it really makes this bra, which is such an appealing and classically beautiful combination of earth tones.

The cups (which are reduced) are an excellent fit… ... they are filled out wonderfully with neither any gaping or overflow whatsoever, and gather a pretty cleavage in the middle. The gore on this bra is much lower than on my other Comexims, leaving more room for close-set breasts, and happily tacks perfectly as a result! Now I’m considering ordering this alteration in the future! The shape is just exquisite, projected and uplifted but very, very round. It is smooth and seamless beneath clothing… exactly what I wish for in all my bras.

However, the band is tight! It stretches to just over 27,” awesome for sub-28 band ladies but noticeably uncomfortable over the course of the day on my true 28” ribcage, so I’ll be using an extender for a while. I suppose this has to do with Juliette being an older model, in addition to the variance of custom-made Polish bras in general.

    70M

    Didn't fit

This bra was a custom order - the majority of the Comexim bras stop at an L cup in the 70 band. Based on the sizing chart, it seemed that that was likely going to be one cup size too small, so I emailed Comexim to see if it was possible to have a bra made in 70M (keep in mind, these are EU cup sizes). In the email, I included the fact that I wanted a 70 band, and that the difference between my underbust/bust measurement was 36cm. I received a prompt response from Anna, saying that yes, it was possible, and she agreed ... that we should start with a size 70M. The price was the same as for a regular bra (130 zoltys) and shipping was an additional 20zl. The total came out to just over $46 CAN.

I believe I ordered this bra on May 17th. It shipped on May 27th, and arrived June 4th - I was incredibly impressed with that!

Now - as for fit - this bra is *almost* perfect in the cups! (and have I mentioned yet how freaking gorgeous it is?!?) The underwires sit right along my inframammery fold, and definitely no stabbing of my armpits! The only downside, when I scoop & swoop, I get a bit of spillage https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" /> (not enough to warrant selling/returning this though!)

The band definitely is a true 70/32 - it maxes out at 32.5" fully stretched. One thing I noticed, and I'm not sure if this is common with Comexim, is that the hook/eyes are switched! I feel like I have to learn how to bra again! So confusing trying to hook it up backwards https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" />

I'm going to be ordering the Magic Blue from Comexim as well I think, although I might go with a 75M in that one, as this band is super snug, and it looks like I need a bit more space in the cups.

    • OMG, you are right, that bra is freakin' gorgeous! Thanks for posting all about your ordering process (and wow, what a reasonable price!) How does this compare to EM, btw?

    • 2

This bra didn't feel *quite* as good of quality as EM (ie, I noticed the girls bounced a bit more when going up/down stairs, and the lining fabric maybe not quite as luxurious) but it's definitely not poor quality at all! And it's so gorgeous i'm definitelt keeping it! I've been drooling over this and the Magic Blue for a couple months now - definitely worth the $46 (incl shipping) in my books!

The band in this was a bit more narrow as well (even though it has 3 hooks, they're spaced closer together) as were the wires - so far, EM wires sit about 1cm away from my fold under my arms, while these were perfect width the whole way. They give a similar shape - very rounded. The plunge is definitely deeper, which is fantastic for some of my tops.

I think EM is still my favourite of the two, overall, but the look of this and Magic Blue win hands down in the design area - these are probably two of the most gorgeous bras I've ever seen! I'm going to be adding the matching panties for both bras when I order the Blue :)

    • Perfect. That's everything I wanted to know! :) I have also been lusting over the Magic Blue. I'm glad to hear the plunge is a little deeper; I have issues with my EM plunge showing in a few of my tops as well.

Good job on pretty much figuring out your Comexim size on your first order, too! That's good to hear their customer service was very helpful.

    Fits

Love this bra! Comexim is seriously my new favorite brand at the moment. This bra is beautiful and fits perfectly. I can't even describe how nice this is. If you can even believe it, this is so much prettier in real life than in the pictures. The lace is simply beautiful.

Fit-wise, the wires on this are very very narrow and the cups are very deep, which is perfect for my shape. The band is comfortable and firm (I usually wear a 28GG, but went up a band size with this). To find my cup size, I just went by their sizing chart and got it right on the ... first try when I ordered a 65J Tosca bra from them. The fit and shape between the Tosca and the Juliette is the same, but the cups come up about an inch higher in this bra.

The shape gives me a lot of uplift and separation.Very perky in profile. The only bra I own that I can compare this to in terms of shape is the new S shape from Ewa Michalak. I feel that the quality is better, though, so far with this brand and the design is more in line with my aesthetic.

Other things to note, the seams are very flat with this bra, and the lace doesn't show under a thin top. Fully adjustable straps. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase =)

  5. This was the first bra I found that came close to fitting. Comfortable and cute. Surprisingly, if anything it's slightly too large in the cup at the top but just barely. It might be the cup height. I'm not bothered by the strap width or the wing height - so it makes a good shirt bra.

I purchased this bra used so I marked the band as altered since it isn't what it originally was and I didn't want to mess up the measurements.

    Didn't fit

Purchased from previous owner that wore it a few times.

I think this bra is either an old cut, or they sent the wrong size to the previous owner. I have three Comexim bras in size 70N and the cups fit perfectly fine. On this Juliette 70M, the cups are at least 2 cup sizes too small, not one. The cups are not nearly as high as well, but even if the previous owner had custom ordered them that way, my boobs spill out the sides before I even scoop and swoop. The hook and eyes are on opposite sides too, which was confusing.

The bra is very well made, and I absolutely adore the colour way and print. If it really was a only one cup size smaller than my 70Ns, it would still be wearable and I would keep it... I just think it is not a true 70M.

I had been wanting to try this bra for some time because I like the geometric patterns. There were only a few sizes left, so I ordered one which I thought would be 1-2 cup sizes too large. So it is unsurprising that it is too large. With the straps tightened and an inset in my smaller side, it doesn't look so large for me, but the fabric buckles and gapes a bit on the cups toward the gore. It still gives me a very high and rounded shape, so I am thinking of keeping it and will certainly consider other Comexim plunge bras in my actual size.

I just received this bra and want to write a review right away! but bear in mind that I've not worn it for longer than 10 minutes so my feelings are subject to change. Edit: Now that I've had a chance to wear the bra--including a long night of dancing!--I can attest to its comfort. Also, the band has stretched just enough after a couple wearings that it's now quite comfortable.

First, it's a beautiful bra. The pattern and construction are amazing and the cups are very soft inside. I'm very pleased with the quality.

As for fit & sizing... this was a gamble (as it is for most people!) ... as I have never tried Comexim. Following their sizing chart, I am a 70G (which I reckon is about a 32F?). They use the +4 method, so if I size down to a 60 band, that puts me in a 60HH. This was probably the safest choice for me. I have read elsewhere that rather than finding your size this way, you should instead take your normal band size and use their chart for cup size. This methods puts me in a 60L (95cm bust). It may work for some women, but I recognized immediately that that would be wrong for me (I have quite a broad/muscly back so that distorts it somewhat perhaps)! The 60HH fits pretty well, though I might have been able to get away with a 60J because the gore doesn't tack and my boobs escape a bit out the sides, but these might be primarily shape issues. Neither problem greatly affects the look or fit of the bra, so I'm going to keep it. Please note that the band is tight. I have a 27"snug underbust (28" loose), and it's too tight for my liking--not enough to have ordered a band size up, but tight enough that I wish I owned an extender.

    My only complaints are that
    1) the gore is so narrow that the embellishment (a bow and a little diamond charm) get smooshed and obscured. Why even have them, or at least why have such a big bow?
    2) the sides come up quite low. The cup width is nearly perfect on me (the wire is slightly too narrow on my larger side, but it doesn't 'cut in' exactly), but the cup stops about .5" too low so my a bit of boob can't be contained
    3) I thought the shape would be rounder. This isn't a huge issue as most of my bras are unmoulded Freya so I clearly don't mind a pointy cup, but I thought the Juliette would be more rounded/uplifted.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and keen to try more of the brand.

P.S. If anyone's interested. I also ordered the matching briefs. They're a bit more matronly and full coverage (from the front) than I'd expected but ah well. I got size M and I have 35.5" hips (31" high waist i.e. at navel) and it cuts in a bit!

Oh, Comexim. Well, with my recent tissue migration and change in measurements, I really wanted to try Comexim, and took a stab at it when I saw this on eBay in a close approximation of what Comexim size I guessed I might be.

I was wrong, and it'll be returned. But first, the bra itself - very pretty, a nice neutral taupe color with a gray lacelike overlay. There's a pretty charm at the gore, and the whole thing seems well made.

The fit is way off for me, though. The wires are insanely wide for a Comexim at 6" - I added a picture of ... the measurement just to prove I'm not crazy. So this was disappointing, since the entire reason I tried Comexim was for the narrower wires. There is sufficient projection at the bottom of the cup for me that really reinforces my realizations that all the molded bras I've tried thus far are varying degrees of too shallow.

The band is a snug 28/60, stretching to 27". I can fasten it, although it would probably get uncomfortable over a full day's wear.

The cups. Oh dear, I don't even know where to start. They're huge, but I'm not sure in which ways. My boobs actually do barely touch what appears to be the apex of the bra, but there's so much extra space at the tops of them I could hide my cell phone, keys, and a cold beer. The bottom of the cup was trying to collapse, but I think it's because the whole thing is too wide and too big. I'll be posting a fit request to get others' opinions on how I should proceed with Comexim. I'm specifically interested in whether the cups are too big overall, or if I got the overall size mostly correct and just need to go with reduced cups going forward.
