    65H

    Fits

This bra has customizations: reduced gore, reduced cups, and three row of eyes.

Also, it looks different than all the others because I took a seam ripper to it. The lace trim along the top of the cups and the gore bow was really awful. It didn't look that nice on the bra and in my opinion cheapened the whole look. In Comexim's images of this bra, the trim is a little more solid and ribbony. They should have stuck with that.
Anyway, I rid this bra of it and replaced it with red bows at the gore and where the straps join the cup. A bigger one I had ... removed from an Ewa Michalak bra a few months ago and smaller ones at the straps that I had in my sewing kit. I think it's nicer now.

So, I was curious to try a Comexim with reduced cups. Sometimes I bubble over my 65G/60H but not enough to go up to a 65H. I figured a 65H with reduced cups may be workable though. Something like a 65G.5 instead of a full cup up.
Aside from that, the bra also has my name. Spelling is different, but it's close enough. So, I kind of needed it.

Anyway, the band is really soft and really comfortable. It has a nice gentle stretch to it and I feel secure and well supported on the loosest hook. I could go to the middle, but the end is fine so there I'll stay. I think I like the thicker band and the addition of the extra row. I may order that for myself in the future.
The gore tacks and the wires are comfortable. Right around 5", give or take a cm, and that's where I like them. They come up a bit high under the arm. I don't experience any chafing, but I feel it and wish they were lower.
The straps are soft and smooth. The adjusters stay in place well. They're not super stretchy, but they are long. I have the adjusters sitting on my traps now and I'll have to shorten the straps at some point. They are not too wide set for me. This is where my broad shoulders are a bonus for me. The high sides would be unbearable if the straps were also too wide, but that's not the case thankfully.
The cups fit pretty well. I fill most of it up nicely, but there is some empty space at the top where the strap joins the cup. This is also the case with my 65G - Comexim » Irish Coffee Biustonosz (335). The bra fits well everywhere else and the empty space isn't very evident, with or without a top.

Overall, Jacqueline is a comfortable and appealing bra. I'm happy that I got to try a customized Comexim and got to experiment with a cup up. In the future, I think I prefer the slight smallness of my unaltered 65G/60Hs but I may go for that third row of eyes.

Oh it looks so much better now! I love your alterations!

    • Oh it looks so much better now! I love your alterations!

    • hi. im currently trying to find my comexim size. just to compare, what is your underbust measurement? and your overbust standing with bra? overbust leaning without bra?

    • Hey, my five measurements per ABTF are

      Tight UB: 26.5
      Snug UB: 28.5
      Standing: 33.5
      Leaning: 37
      Lying: 35

The calculator gives me a UK size of 28E/F and I wear a 65G or 60H in Comexim, 65F in soft Ewa Michalak, 65E in padded Ewa Michalak. Standing overbust with a bra on isn't a great measurement, but mine is generally around 35, give or take, depending on the bra.

    • 1

Thanks, PetiteCollegiate I have no idea why they went that way they did with the trim, but I like my version more.

    • newhere Those Comexim sizes are for the plunges. I haven't tried any of their half cups because they'd be too wide for me.
Also, don't use their calculator. It gave me some ridiculous size like 75B or something when I tried it.

    • what do you mean by "too wide"? because i was thinking of getting a half cup.

    • The wire width. From tip to tip would be around 5.5" in my size. I need a width of about 5". Otherwise the wires sit on my ribs, do not properly encase my breast tissue, and cause pain.

    • i just measured my bra. it is about 5.5 -6.25 wire width. and this cup is too small for me. so you'd say i need a bra with a bigger wire width right?

    • Possibly.
It could also be too wide making the cup feel smaller than what it is. A shape incompatibility.

If I were you, I would do a fit check. Do a couple in some different bras. Post your measurements, the bras measurements, and some photos.
There are some people here that are really really good at helping with finding your shape and guiding next steps.

This bra looks much better with your alterations! Glad it worked out well enough to keep.

    • learningaboutbras thanks! It's a little different. Not so round and globe like like my other Comexims. But the shape is still lifted and I actually like that I get the forwardness and the lift without so much cleavage. It'll be a good bra for v-necks in more modest company I think.

    Didn't fit

I ordered this bra so I could try to figure out Comexim sizing before ordering directly from Comexim (possibly with alterations). The cups seem to be too tall and possibly too big which is interesting because I have a Gloria in a 28H from Breakout Bras that fits pretty well other than needing an overlapping gore and I believe a 28H is equivalent to a 60K Comexim? My best guess is that it may be because it's an older model Comexim. Even though it didn't quite fit the bra itself is super comfortable as is every Comexim I've tried.

    Didn't fit

This is the first bra that I've bought after my breasts grew significantly in the past few months, and the first Polish bra that I've ever bought. According to the calculator at r/ABraThatFits I am now either a 30HH or a 30J; I bought this bra in the EU equivalent of a UK 30HH.

I had mixed results with this bra. On one hand, it was very beautiful and fit my breast shape very well: the wires ended right after my breast root (something that's never happened before), the straps fit very comfortably on my shoulders, and after I moved the cups into place my breasts were able ... to fit into the bottom of the cup. Unfortunately, the bra was one cup size too small, and this resulted in problems with the fit: the gore almost tacked onto my sternum but couldn't make it, and I had definite quadraboob that was pretty noticeable after I shortened the straps. My breasts have center fullness, so the parts of my breasts that weren't contained by the bra were very jiggly and made even jogging in place precarious. Overall, I was very happy with the Jacqueline and will be sorry to see it go: as far as I can tell this bra would have fit me perfectly if it had been one cup size bigger. Oh, well.

    Didn't fit

I ordered Comexim Jacqueline in 75N with a taller gore. I haven't specified how much taller I wanted the gore.

    Pros:
    + very pretty bra
    + narrow wires
+ gives a pretty round shape

    cons:
    - cups gap on top and towards the straps
    - gore floats about 1-2 cm away from the sternum
    - shoulder straps are too seperated
    - overall probably too weak for heavy 32K boobs
    - straps cut in, band is a bit loose

The bra fits super weird! It's actually worse than my 75M - Comexim » Basic (170). It's not too small. The cups are actually gaping. I get some weird gaping on top of the cups ... towards the center and towards the straps. I had to tighten the straps very very much to get rid of the gaping. Shape and support gets better but I could even use more tight straps but it's not possible or I cut into my flesh. Also the band starts riding up a bit the more I have to tighten the straps.

But the biggest problem is: the straps are too separated! I was shocked since I haven't had that issue with the Basic.
There is too much cup fabric towards the center and if the straps where not centered I would not get that much gaping.
I'm sad this bra didn't work for me as it is very pretty!
I recommend getting down in band size if possible, the band stretched out quite fast (after just trying it on for 15 minutes) it started to feel loose.

    Fits

The band on this one is VERY stretchy AND runs large; I'd say it fits like UK 34/36GG. It's prettier in person, particularly with the matching thong, which is super cute and comfy.
Update: I didn't wear this one much but the elastic in the mesh wings absolutely disintegrated. The mesh was always going to be the weak point on this bra because it was a much lower quality than the rest of the materials; something to be aware of if you are looking at one. Comexim doesn't usually fail in this area.

    Fits

I was a little skeptical of a 65F fitting considering my usual bras are in the 65D/DD range (shape slightly FoT), but I knew Comexim ran shallow and narrow and the measurements seemed to check out, so I got this one from another Bratabase member and it really does fit great. The edges fit smoothly, the width is basically perfect, and while the gore is the smallest bit wider than my breast separation, it is not uncomfortable and sits flat. The cotton cups are very pleasant against my skin and there is no way these heavily textured straps are going to let the slider slip and change their length during wear.
My only quibbles are a lack of projection at the base and the wires not overlapping at center to give me the truly narrow gore that fits me best, but those complaints are quite small against the comfort level of this bra.

Suuuuuuper comfy & looks great under clothes (can't see stitching/fabric/etc thru shirts.)
Like the shape it gives, it feels less "structured" to me so while support isn't an issue for me (small volume) it might be more noticeable for someone with a heavier/larger bust.

I knew the band on this bra was going to be a little too small, as I usually wear a 32 UK band. But, I had tried a different Comexim plunge bra in a 70J, which was definitely too small. I wanted to try a cup size larger, and I couldn't find any 70K Comexims at Zathiya. The band feels fine with an extender. I'm not sure if I have a touch of quad boob, but it does look fine under a tight t-shirt. The top of the gore is just a little bit shy of completely tacking, but the bottom tacks firmly. If I do a full ... scoop and swoop, I definitely have quad boob, but if I grab the top part of the cup and bounce it up and down once or twice, everything seems to settle in nicely, with a teeny bit of quad boob. I like the way it looks under clothes and I think the bra is adorable. I love that the seams are not really prominent. It may be a bit too small, but I'm keeping it because it looks fine, is pretty comfortable, and it's my husband's favorite out of all the new bras I've gotten lately (sometimes, it's worth it to see him smile). Next time I order a Comexim, I will go up another cup size for a better fit. This one will be great when I'm looking for a more subdued look under clothing.

  9. The Jacqueline, first and foremost, is gorgeous. It feels smooth and soft in hand and is obviously made of quality materials. When I put it on I find the band fits pretty true to size (34) and the straps are not quite as far apart as several of the other bras (read they don't end up in my arm pits). My tissue sinks nicely in and it feels great! This is the first bra I've gotten that I'd say "fits" me!
Alas, this is also the first plunge bra I've gotten. I did not realize with my (as I call it bag of jello) incredibly soft tissue that the tissue would migrate if the gore is not high enough- so I ended up with plunge quad boob in the center of the bra.
This will have to move on to another wearer with breast tissue that longs to be held in the loving arms of a short and un smothering gore.

    • I can't decide if I like it or hate it... I think I like the houndstooth (sort of) and dislike the trim? Maybe with pink trim this would be cuter. Sorry this one didn't work out for you! It looks great straight on, but I think you're right to go down a cupsize. Girl, it's nice to have you back again! :) Feel better soon

    • 1

I think the trim would look a lot nicer if it wasn't lace, but was just like...solid red fabric. I think the combination is a little jarring as it is, but a solid color would have done this huge favors! And thank you : ) Seems like my whole house is getting sick, so I have to avoid everybody until I feel better lol.

    • 1

I think this bra is cute, but yes too tall for you. Looks like their older plunge cut (think Mint Sorbet), which my shape did not agree with either.

    • I was the original owner of this bra and couldn't find the matching panties at the time of sale. I recently ran across them. They're new in the package. They're the briefs style. They're size small, in case the new buyer is interested.
