I received this in a swap from the lovely kerniss and I loooooove this bra. It has reduced cups, a lowered gore, a 3x3 band fastener, and the straps moved in - 2cm I think.

Aesthetically this is a gorgeous, classy bra. I find the choice of black lining in the cups a little odd, since the rest of the bra is chocolate brown and ivory, but oh well. Nobody sees the inside of the cups except me.

This bra very-nearly-*perfectly* fits my bigger side. Righty is my problem child and there is a bit of empty space at the top of the cup. ... The band is nice and tight, it's actually about 0.25" too tight for comfort so I added one column of hooks from an extender until it breaks in. I'd rather my bands be too tight than too loose, so that's not a problem for me.

Overall, I'm hooked on Comexim. I can't imagine trying any other padded bra anymore. And this bra has answered a few more of my size and alteration questions. I heard Irish Coffee runs a bit small and closed off on top. Considering the vast difference in fit between this and the 60K Juliette I previously tried, I'd hazard a guess that's probably accurate, and that the Juliette runs big. I am leaning towards 60J being my size in Comexims that are a little more open on top - like that too-small Poison Ivy I tried, I think it'd be okay in a 60J. I'm still on the fence about needing reduced cups as a rule going forward, but this bra would be too big without them. I definitely love the straps being moved in and the 3-hook fastener. Don't love the lowered gore, I need my "plunges" more like balconettes and a slightly higher gore would help with my inner fullness.

I do notice this bra has a very high apex and a very round shape to the cups, and I am not quite so round naturally. I lack the upper fullness that I think this bra is really asking for. But the empty space in the cups is not nearly enough to warrant sizing down in this particular style. Like I mentioned before, if Irish Coffee runs small/more closed off, then I think 60J will be my target in more open styles.

That's a huge improvement! Definitely on the right track :D

This one was mine originally, I believe. It was ordered through A Sophisticated Pair. The requested alterations are the lowered gore, reduced cups, and straps moved in.
I am typically a 60L, but I have several 60K that fit. The IC seems to be closed off at the top of the cup, as does any of the newer styles with that ribbon boarder. Really I am just glad it found a home! I got lucky and found one here too. It's a gorgeous bra!

Perfect PERFECT narrow wires. Straps are perfectly placed. There is, however, a gaping hole up top near the armpits where the cups wish I had boob. I have very short and very narrow roots, and the underwires perfectly hold them, but I don't have any fullness near the sides of my body or near my armpits. Not sure if going down a cup will be a good solution because my center fullness is very near quadding near the gore. Still, this is NEARLY PERFECT and super comfortable.

I am so jealous, I adore this bra and have never tried Comexim cause I fear the narrow wires. But damn they have some beautiful, unique bras and I really could stand for their immediate projection.

    • lcl0706 You know what I'm thinking? It could be possible to bend the wires to make it wider. I know you can bend the wires to make a cup a little more narrow, though I only have that experience with unlined cups. But since there's so much projection, maybe it's feasible that you could bend the underwires outward and have enough room (though I'm not sure how this will work since it's not unlined?)... Hmm.

    • I looked at your listing for it and it's only 5.0" wires. My absolute minimum is 5.5" - that would be some serious bending lol.

I ought to look around at Comexim's info on here and see if they have any bras that tend to run 5.5-5.6" and 9.5"-ish deep. Those seem to be my ideal measurements at the moment. My two 10" deep bras are too deep.

That would be, omg! Yeah...don't do anything I hypothesize could work LOL. Looks like we both need good immediate projection, which seems difficult to find regardless of wire width. :'(

    • Yeah, I've heard Panache Jasmine and Floris are good for it, but I just cannot get on board with the unlined floral thing... :-S

Jasmine has the animal print and houndstooth print too. I've given up on caring about the pattern as long as I get a fit.

This is actually the most luxurious bra I've ever owned. I'm so sad to say that this cupsize is too small, so I'll be re-ordering in a 60M. I had the gore reduced and the straps moved in, both 2.5 cm I believe.

Gorgeous cream fabric over a dark brown. But small! The band is as you would expect, as a 60cm not as you'd expect as a 28 band. Bra is labeled a 60K/28H.
Thin straps of aloghtky stretchy material.
Cups more closed at the top due to ribbon detail.
Gore has pink bow, which is cute and complimentary without overdoing and shadowing the lace.
