I would like to preface this review by noting that I have had the gore and cup height reduced. I'm kind of in between sizes where I need the cup height and wires of a standard 26F but the depth of a standard 26FF. I had the gore lowered because high gores can be very painful for my splayed breasts.
I ordered this bra along with the Irish Coffee and I feel as if these two bras are different cuts, altough they're both plunge bras. I would say that the Irish Coffee bra is more like a true plunge and this bra is 75% plunge and 25% balconette. It ... still retains the same sexy, v-shape cups characteristic of Comexim bras but I feel like this bra is lower and the underwires are installed at more of an angle. The wires on the Iris are narrower as well.
This bra is gorgeous in real life. It is more of a deep, eggplant purple than the bright purple depicted in the stock photos. This eggplant purple lace is overlaid on top of beige, with some icy blue accents running through the top. The bow in the middle is adorned with the same eggplant purple and icy blue.
The wires are perfect for my root. Comexim produces the narrowest underwire bras that I have encountered. I found the band true to size and did not feel constricting at all.
