    Fits

I was measured using r/abrathatfits calculator as a 30F and so for Comexim (knowing they tend to run small) I chose to go with a 30FF (65H). Ingrid fits nearly perfectly, I would say every so slightly wider wires would suit me better-but it's not uncomfortable as is. It's my best fitting bra i've ever owned! The overlapping gores is something i'd never see, i'd resigned myself to a life of squishing the interior of my close-set breasts. I gave this a "Good" instead of excellent for quality just because the feeling of the bra isnt as luxurious as I imagined-the inside of the bra isn't quite soft per say, but it's not uncomfortable by any means!

    Didn't fit

I have narrowish, pendulous, low-set, soft breasts. I'm 19 weeks pregnant and getting some more upper fullness and overall growth. This Ingrid about 1-2 cup sizes too big right now. My boobs grew about .5-1 cup size last month, so sometime during my pregnancy or breastfeeding journey I bet this will fit! I'll probably need an extender soon.

I've only tried this bra on so far. I normally love Comexim plunges and 3HCs, and my normal boobs are a 75F. I don't notice the gapping under clothes and will happily wear this for now.

The color is pretty and the quality is great! Thick supportive band, quality materials. It's difficult to figure out how projected and supportive it is since the cups are too large now. It's also a little wide now, but I've been getting more tissue under my pits so this is

This bra is drop dead gorgeous, it's one of my all time favorite fabrics from Comexim. I love the rust and olive colors together. I'm so glad it's still available after all these years.

Fits pretty similarly to most of my other Comexim plunges, nothing odd to note.

Ordered this through Breakout Bras, so it has the UK size in the tag. I’m not entirely sure what size this would be in Comexim sizing. Wires come up very low on the side, and narrow wings—awesome, one of the few bras I’ve tried where the side of the cup doesn’t run into my armpit on my smaller side. Good immediate projection too, I get a very perky shape in this bra. Came automatically with an overlapping gore. Fits well when I first put it on, but my boobs tend to escape toward the Center through the day. Not sure if I need a size up, or if my soft tissue just needs a higher gore. The pattern is gorgeous.

    Didn't fit

See my review for 65HH for more details about fabric, cut etc.

The 70HH is definitely quite a bit wider in the cup than the 65HH - too wide for me. It does have more depth though, which I need - I feel less compressed in this size. With both Ingrids I had puckering of the overlaying mesh on my larger boob (which I estimate is half a cup to a full cup bigger than my smaller boob), which I'm a bit confused by - maybe because my larger boob is more projected and perhaps narrower? I might do a fit request at some point to try and ... get to the bottom of the issue - but it doesn't bother me, and as often with wrinkling, it appears more of an issue in photos than it does in real life.

Unfortunately the band is too big on me - I immediately went to the 3rd column of hooks. About the hooks and band - there are 3 hooks in each column, which makes the band really comfortable. And the straps are wider in this size too, which again = more comfort.

The material covering the cups, which I was worried looked scratchy, is actually very soft and lovely to touch.

The wires are narrow, as advertised, and fit my roots well. The cups are quite closed on top - something to think about if you are FOT with tall roots. But because the cup construction is quite 'soft' and flexible (as opposed to Panache and CK styles, for instance) it's not too much of a problem for me, although I do get quadding and jiggling and the gore doesn't quite tack. I think these issues are caused by a combination of factors; slightly too small cup volume (65J might ... be better on me), a shape that's closed on top and possibly the softness of Comexim wires.

But it's so comfortable! It feels very light on and I can hardly feel the wires at all. It definitely pushes my boobs to the front, and gives a brilliantly uplifted shape. And although I thought the print looked a bit old fashioned, I actually like it on - the rust coloured bows definitely help, and it has a nice vintage/70s look to it. Another plus - the stitching and over all comstruction is pretty spotless - no loose threads or bungled stitches anywhere, which I've often encountered with Panache bras.

reducing cup height often makes hte cup effectively smaller. Sort of responding to your fit request here, sorry, but i'm thinking a cup up and a reduced gore might help, idk. why did you reduce the cups?

    • The regular cup (in the past) has been to tall and gaps between the top of my boobs and where the strap and cup meet.
So do you think a 65J with reduced cup and gore would work?

    • 1

Actually, reduced cup height is a recommended customization on all H+ cups:

      http://sophisticatedpair.com/blog/a-guide-to-comexim-and-anna-pardal-alterations/

*This is an excellent article & starting point of the most common customizations done*

    • 1

I wish they would just do what Wellfitting has done with a "Regular" cut and "Reduced" cut. I don't remember the exact names but it would make ordering so much easier to have an option in the size menu for Reduced cup, gore and straps moved in. Click and done!!! LOL

    • 2

Wellfitting's Classic demi equates to Comexim's 3HC half cup

Extra deep plunge ( probably the one you're talking about) would be like Comexim's Patricia plunge

& their Classic plunge would be like Comexim's standard bra/plunge

I agree, it would be super nice to just click options but I understand why they don't. It's really easy to add your customizations to the notes box when ordering though & super wonderful that they allow for customization at all. :) :) :)

    • 2

Yeah, my only (nwot) comexim purchase showed my why reduced cups are important.

This bra is absolutely lovely!! While it technically fits, the wires are actually much too narrow for me. They are flexible, so they can stretch for my wide roots, but in doing so, it causes the gore to dig in.

Edit: Update 8/20/2017: My breasts have shrunken significantly, unfortunately. The bra now fits almost perfectly, for the exception of the edge of the cup cutting into my larger side slightly, due to being kind of closed on top. Strap position is very comfortable and not too far apart.
