      Looks like a lovely fit!
I love Ingrid, it's so pretty and it looks fantastic against your skin.

    • jlcl119 thanks <3 the print is lovely beyond words!

    • 1

I'm glad you like it. I think customizations aren't free anymore though, as of a few months ago.

    • larabloom you sure? I've read a lot of recent reviews stating the alterations that didn't require more fabric were free! :/

I'm not sure. I read an article where someone (maybe Anna Pardal?) said that someone else had been right that doing alterations for free was rather optimistic or something, but I can't find it now, and I see September articles saying that they 'might' charge a small fee in the future from third parties. Hopefully I'm wrong! The longlines come at a small extra fee; I thought having almost any other alterations came with a small extra fee too, but that you got as many alterations as you want for that. But short of buying another bra, I'm not seeing a way to check that!

    • 1

larabloom I ordered two new bras and asked for the straps to be moved in 2 cm...they said it was fine, and I didn't pay anything more...let's see if the alterations will be done or not... hmmm

    • 2

As far as I know customizations at Anna Pardal cost $10 for as many alterations as you want. Cookie pockets and nursing clips are free.
Comexim longlines are an additional 20 PLN, all other alterations are free.
Ewa Michalak charges an additional 20 PLN + 6% (international customers) for special sizes (ex: 60 bands) and special cuts (ex: So to CHP) but performs no other customizations.

    • 2

Ugh, that should say S to CHP. :/ autocorrect.

    • jlcl119 thanks for the insight :D

    • 1

Thanks jlcl119 ! Good to know, that does sound right.

    • bonjourhi yes, the cup is moved inward as well! it's good to reduce armpit shafting! At A Sophisticated Pair there's an explanation and pictures of the before and after :) http://sophisticatedpair.com/blog/a-guide-to-comexim-and-anna-pardal-alterations/

Since I got this bra last December, it has been the one I’m most likely to wear on any given day. It’s soft and comfortable and perfect. It has the narrow and projected cups Comexim is known for, and gives a round and uplifted but still natural shape. I was a bit unsure before ordering whether I would like the look since I kind of hate beige bras. But Ingrid has understated beauty, and a slightly vintage feel to it. The copper and olive green rose print looks gorgeous on the warm-toned creamy background. I like that it’s not trying to be sexy.

I ordered Ingrid with a reduced ... center gore, but it seems like standard height to me. The gore doesn’t really tack and sits on my breast tissue, but reduced and overlapping gores do the same really. It’s a result of my very close-set breasts combined with Comexim’s soft wires. It’s not uncomfortable, so I don’t mind. The band was unfortunately quite loose on my bra, and I had to close it with the tightest hooks immediately. After some time I got the band shortened by a few centimeters, and now it feels very good (measurements taken before the alteration).

Interestingly, the fit of the cups has changed somewhat after receiving the bra (even before the band alteration). In the beginning, the bra was gaping at the top annoyingly. After a few months, the gaping disappeared and the top edge was sitting very smoothly against my skin. I couldn’t figure out why my boobs would be growing at this point – maybe it was some migrated tissue coming back after starting to wear projected Polish bras? Nevertheless, it fits very well now and I am happy!

I also got a matching thong in size S, since I wasn’t a fan of the brief style. The thong is really pretty and comfortable, I love it.

So yeah I want to wear this bra every day. It feels like pillows for boobs. It’s beautiful. I’m happy to now have Comexim in my life.

      Gorgeous!!!

    • 1

I have it and really like it. Also I wasn't sure about the print but it's looks much better when you have it in your hand or on your boobs actually.
However I don't wear it often now as before coz I have way too many bras :D

    • Thank you Love4Pollinators ! I agree martka00, it does look better in real life! It's starting to have a lot of competition now, but still holding on. :D

    • 1

Thanks for the review. I have the same close-set problem where it's hard to get even an overlapped gore to tack in there, but some definitely work better than others. Still haven't found the right fit in Comexim but inspired to try again.

    • 1

This is a bra I've never pulled the trigger on and every time I see it I like it a little bit more. It really does have a vintage feel.

    • 1

too sad there isnt a longline version available.
This bra really suits you well.

    • 1

1zora216 Thank you! :) Actually you can order any of their bras as a longline version, it's just a bit more expensive.
lcl0706 It does! It's very lovely but not necessarily one that would at first get your attention.
MommaK I hope you will find the right fit! :) I find that Ewa Michalak gores tack more easily (lower gore + firmer wires), but often I still find Comexim more comfortable.

This is the first 60HH from Comexim that I've tried without any alterations and unfortunately, I really need the cup reduction and straps moved in. The materials on Ingrid are lovely, and the fit is very similar to Vivien (not surprising since they're the same cut). The cups are filled until the very top where the extra height on the cups just gapes on me. The higher gore on this is actually quite comfortable, maybe even more comfy than a lowered gore. So that's definitely a modification that I don't need. I really wish this bra fit me better! It's so close and I would love the flowers to join my lingerie drawer. So anyone who wants to try 60HH (approximately 28FF/G) I'm going to be listing this bra!

Christ, do I love this bra.

I initially got the Ingrid as a Christmas present in 2018 -- it was my first foray into the world of Polish bras, and while I loved the look I was quadding like crazy out of this baby (at this time my best-fitting bras were 28FFs). Fast forward about a year and a half, and after losing some weight (and subsequently a full cup size), this is undoubtedly the best-fitting bra in my wardrobe. It fits almost perfectly into my IMF and the wires are soooo incredibly soft and comfortable. What's interesting to me about this bra is how... light it feels? Like ... it is the closest I get to feeling like I'm wearing nothing (and don't get me wrong, I have other bras that are plenty comfortable but they still have this strange **heft** to them on the body).

I will note that I think the cups themselves distort a little bit when I'm wearing them -- I find a 60 band incredibly comfortable, so much so that I think the 65 would be too big, but when I measured the stretched band it seemed like stretching it to 28 inches distorted the cups (I measure 28 inches around the ribcage exactly)

TL;DR love this baby, I hope all Comexim padded plunge bras fit like this because boy howdy I want these boys on my body every day

This bra is too large, which I figured may be the case, but I wanted to try a polish bra as I have narrow roots and need projection at the wire.

Ohhh I’m so sad 😭 I was so excited for my 60HH Comexim Ingrid but the cup is way too small! Seems funny because my 65HH was too big. It’s such a GORGEOUS bra I think I’ll bother Comexim’s customer service for the second time and exchange it again for a 60J. I’m hoping that the 60J Basic Plunge that’s coming in the mail won’t also be too small, since that model apparently runs small. I know I shouldn’t, but I feel bad that I have to make them go through the hassle of exchanging the same bra twice!

I won’t post a formal fit request since only the cup is too small, but I’m hoping my next (60J) guess for the Ingrid will be right this time. Fingers crossed!

    • Maybe there’s something the pictures aren’t capturing, but this actually looks pretty good to me!

    • Sheena oh yeah sorry, I accidentally put the first pic I took as the main one, and I hadn’t scooped and swooped as much as possible in that. I’m gonna go back and delete the ones where I half-assed my scoop & swoop when I get on my laptop! Check the main pic now, it shows the quadboob better.

    • 1

Oh poop. That's a pain. I hope the plunge fits

    • 1

Yikes. I am so sorry to hear it didn’t work. It sounds like you are on the right path.

    • Calluna thanks! Apparently the Ingrid gets really tall in the cup above HH, so I’m wondering if I should ask to have the 60J cup height reduced 2cm. I feel like if the 60J doesn’t work then this bra just won’t work, but I want to keep the closest fit, so maybe having it altered to get the best possible fit would be worth it even though that means it would be nonreturnable? I’d also get the straps moved in while I was at it since I have narrow shoulders.

    • Reduced cups might also reduce the volume, from what I have heard. I’d suggest looking at the 60Ks that Sonya and rachaelll have and compare the measurements to the 60HH Ingrid. I think both of them have listings which have various alterations. Alternatively, if you are concerned about the potential cup height of 60J, and considering alterations, maybe ask them to make it a 3HC? You can also see the measurements on my 65J, bearing in mind that mine has straps moved in and more depth at the wire.

    • Alterations seem to add about a cup size or so, so if you get shorter cups and straps moved in, you might want to order a 60K.

    • Sonya I feel like I need a degree in advanced differential equations to find my size in this! What I plan to do currently is wait for my 60J basic plunge to arrive, then go off of how that fits me knowing that the plunge runs small in the cup.

...and this is why I gave up on Comexim...I like to use my math skills for everything BUT my bra buying.
      Good luck :)

    • 1

FWIW, I just looked at the 65HH Jade that I borrowed from Sonya and the 65J Ingrid I swapped one of my bras with her for, and in my experience, the Ingrid cup height is marginally higher (6.9 vs 6.8) if that helps any. Both Comexim plunges are slightly taller than the Ewa plunges, unaltered (you can see the comparison in my Jade pictures). I have yet to order an altered Comexim plunge yet. Too scared!

    • They have this for under $20 at break out bras right now. Might be worth checking out

    • FitterSweet thanks! I do think I’m gonna wait on my 60J Basic Plunge for the size reference. I also heard Breakout Bras uses VERY different sizing than ordering straight from Comexim and I’m confused enough with just this already!

    • 1

And it’s final sale with Breakout Bras for this one. Assuming that it’s available in the desired size.

Surprisingly, I might actually like this style better than EM's plunges! I think it has something to do with the shortness of the cups. In EM Pl, the top part of the cup is always a bit roomy, even in the size I need for the right amount of deepness of the bottom part of the cup. But in this Comexim bra there is no excess material in the top part of the cup. Also the top part starts at the right point, so the seam is perfectly positioned. In EM, the seam is positioned is a little too high for my short root.

So far: very comfortable to wear and nice to look at!
