I expected a lot since this is my first ordering the deeper cups and found it still too small. I asked about 1cm deeper cups, but need 2cm especially in this model. Except being too small, it fits quite well and comfortably. It fits smaller than Ellena with deeper cups, so I think Ingrid definitely runs small and shallow.
This bra's measurements have been altered
Overlapped gore, deeper and reduced cups, Wider wings, stronger wires, moved in straps 2cm
This bra is beautiful! I think that the pictures will speak for themselves (once I post them) but I'll just note the alterations that I ordered on this bra so that I don't forget them down the line.
This bra has the following alterations: Straps moved in 4cm Cookie pockets added Extra column of hooks added (it is a 3x4 clasp) Stronger wires Raised gore* Reduced cup height* Made in a 3HC cut
(Note: I didn't email to confirm that all of the alterations were doable before ordering, so I'm not sure if they can do or if they did do the alterations that I starred. All of the others were definitely done)
I've also linked a post I made using this Ingrid and comparing it to the longline Ingrid that I ordered.
This bra was so close to perfect for me, but unfortunately it's too small in the cup. I love the Ingrid fabric, the 3HC design, and the straps moved in 3cm. The gore is also overlapping and there are cookie pockets, neither of which I require but they have no negative effect on the fit for me (these were requested by the previous owner, who made the custom order). The band seems TTS, and is fairly stretchy. When a Comexim plunge fit me on the loose side in a 60L, I figured a 60L half cup would be perfect as I've read they run smaller than the plunge. However, like others have said, I really need to size up in the half cup style.
As sad as it is, I think I'll have to re-home this one and order one size up. Getting closer to finding my perfect fit
The wires are just a little too narrow, but the gore doesn't dig in. The pattern is lovely and doesn't show under most light tops. It doesn't give me as much lift or cleavage as my CH, CHP, and S styles from Ewa Michalak, but it's still more comfortable than my Cleo bras.
Ingrid was a perfect fit for me (short roots, wide spaced, immediate projection) until I gained weight. Now it quads and starts to hurt after a while. I think I'd just need one cup size bigger with my current measurements for it to be perfect.
Very pretty and makes me think of fall. I love the burnt orange flowers and bows. From what I've heard, this seems to be a "love it or hate it" kind of pattern, and I'm definitely in the "love it" category.
Despite the pattern, it doesn't actually show under white shirts as much as I would have thought, but I do still prefer to wear a tank top under them.
This bra is perfect. It seems it should be a bit small but some how isn't... I got this as my first custom order (Ingrid is normally a plunge) with cookie pockets, and I'm very happy with the results. I would say this bra is shallower that the plunges but not overly so. It's also more open on top, which is good for other shapes. I also noticed this band is much thicker than my other Comexims (other than Ginger) and I'm not sure why but I love it.
Overall I definitely recommend taking the plunge and ordering a custom bra from them.
So pretty but runs shallow and small in the cup for a 3HC (although this was a custom order). A really pretty fabric pattern and sweet but not over-the-top trim as many others have noted. Would not reorder in a larger cup size as the projection doesn't seem to be as deep as I need. So sad, it's so pretty and I really wanted it to fit, but just wasn't meant to be! Will be listed for sale here shortly.
