This is a nice, comfortable and supportive bra. I had it made with cotton cookie pockets, which are super comfortable and good for asymmetry correction, but all pictures are without cookies. The band fits like a 26. The straps are adjustable, but not easily done. This bra is a little too small in the cups, especially on my larger side. I think a 60HH would have been a better fit. It gives a nice shape and lift, though, and holds my very soft breasts firmly and securely. Gives good cleavage too.
MY SHAPE: Projected, center full, close-set, tall and narrow roots.
THE TAKEAWAY: A gorgeous bra with black lace on the cups and a cream band, done as a 3HC with stronger wires. The band is more TTS than my previous experience with this brand, and so comfortable immediately that I'm considering ordering a size down. For people in my range, I wear a 30G-32FF pretty consistently in Panache/Cleo, and a 70J right now in these bras, but am considering a 65K in the future.
THE DETAILS: This is my go-to alteration right now (3HC with stronger wires + an overlapped gore), as it really seems to suit my shape well. ...The resulting shape is round and fits great, though the black lace does mean this isn't a t-shirt bra. The Beauty is not part of Comexim's "luxury" line, and you can definitely tell, but it's still a gorgeous bra.
The fit of this bra is very similar to the fit of my other recent Comexim purchases (see my more detailed review of the 70J - Comexim » Rosettes Half Cup). https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Comfortable and supportive and beautiful, a total win IMHO. I have narrow/tall roots, even, center full, projected boobs. The wires sit right in my IMF with no extra space even on the sides. The cups are a tiny bit too small - the 3HCs run shallower than the Comexim Plunges (I wear 60H in those) - so there is some quadboob, esp. on my larger boob, but the vertical seaming makes the quadboob result in cakes-on-a-plate cleavage for me. Would I wear this under a tight shirt for a seamless shillouette? No. But sometimes I want cakes-on-a-plate when wearing a lowcut shirt and so I will be keeping this bra.
The bra itself is beautiful and comfortable, as all Comexim's are.
This really is a beautiful bra. It’s a nude bra with a black lace overlay and eyelash lace details on the sides. The cups are narrow and projected. The band feels firm right now, but it will probably stretch with wear. The straps were altered to move in 2cm. Overall, it’s a very comfortable bra except for one thing – it’s about 2 cup sizes too small for me. I can't swoop and scoop without overflowing. It’s a shame because this is really the perfect width for me.
Since my first Comexim bra in a size 65J doesn't really fit (band too lose, cups slightly too big and definently too wide) I decided to order this one in a 60J after some research, but unfortunately it's too shallow for me, especially in the bottom of the cup. This bra is really pretty and the quality seems fine, although ist had some lose threads upon arrival.
This bra fits wonderfully, especially on my smaller side... I might have actually needed to size up to 65HH to fit the larger side better, but since this bra has alterations I can't return it. Anyway, it's so comfortable that I think I can get away with just adjusting the strap looser on my larger side.
Beautiful materials and details in person, as typical of Comexim bras. The black lace with eyelash edge detail on the band and wide lace trim along the top of the cup are gorgeous, and the bow detail at the gore is pretty without being "too much" for me. Comexim lists this bra as a plunge style on the website, so this was a special order as a three-part half-cup. For me, it fits identically to my Sonia three-part half-cup in the same size, except that the band is a bit tighter and firmer (at least for now). The inner cup material is a little scratchy but not bad, and I'm guessing that will abate somewhat with washing. Another win from Comexim for me!
