The band is a little stretchier for my taste (stretches to around 30 and I measure 27, so I usually need a true 28) but it doesn't ride up. I just prefer my pretty bands tight so I wouldn't mind it being a little smaller. I love the pattern and the seams don't usually show under clothes unless it is a pretty form fitting shirt. Definitely one of my favorites (so far!).
Edit: I have since experienced some tissue migration and unfortunately now experience a bit of quadboob in this bra (lace lies flat). Next time I will need to get 28F in the Juna cuts.
This bra has a strong push-up-effect. It's good to wear with clothes you need to show an excellent decolleté.
I don't know wheter it has this effect because of the size (cup size seems quite small for me, I use 32E in the Cleo Lucy) or be cause of the style.
The bra is very comfortable, but it gives support not in the upper part of the breast, so if I had a really big cupsize, I think I would not wear it, because it gives the strange feeling, the boobs could fall out of the cups, e.g. when I run. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_surprised.gif" alt=":o" />/
This won't happen, perhaps it only feels like that, because I am used to bras, that do not push up the boobs.
i got this off zulily as a "why the hell not" long shot, and it actually isn't completely off. it still doesn't fit, but Ive recently gotten a Rhianna (same cut, different color) in a 32FF that alleviates many of the issues i have. i haven't been able to wear this out at all because of the issues i have, so its still like new. hopefully i can pass it on to someone who can love it better!
the colors are very pretty, i hope to find this in the 32FF because the Rhianna's looks do nothing for me, but the Poppy's bright cheerful print is delightful. the ...orange lace trim at the tops of the cups doesn't lay flat but the rest of the cup does, so im assuming like its sister, cleo Juna, that's just how it fits. the cups aren't padded, but they are molded and keep their shape. i don't get any show through, and aside from the lace top its pretty smooth under shirts. the single vertical seam gives me a gently rounded shape. the wires feel good width and height wise, pretty happy to find something that isnt too wide! there's about a 3/4 an inch bit of empty wire channel on the underarm side.
the fit is off in two places: the band and the straps. the band is easily hooked on the tightest, and still feels like it wants to slide. ive been between a 34 and 32 band lately, so i wasnt surprised. the 32FF fixed this problem nicely. the straps are so damn wide! if i wear the straps at the width they're meant to be, they're almost off my shoulders. if i try to move around, they slide into my armpits and chafe. plus, the straps moving forward into my underarms changes how the cups fit and causes a ton of gaping. because the bra has a molded shape, it gapes along the whole top, not just at the corners like an unmolded bra with too-wide straps.
i was considering figuring out how to move the straps, but ultimately the band also being too large meant i put it back in my dresser and forgot about it. the 32FF still has too wide straps, but its less so, and since the band on it is good i'll probably see about moving the straps slightly. as it stands right now, im going to try and find a better home for Poppy. This bra is pretty! Cleo is one of my fave lines, I ordered this bra a while back when I was still trying to figure out what size I was and I kept it because it worked for me for a while and it still works because technically I don't pop fully out of it although my nipples are right at the lace line at the top of the cup. I have to really scoop the side boob tissue to get into the cup when wearing this (but only because I technically should be in a 30H. Anyway, Fabulous bra, would definitely recommend! Love the line, nice slightly padded bra, no nipplage.
Like this bra a lot https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" /> Its comfy and provides nice rounded shape and good support without taking anyones eye out. Sutble enough to wear to work but not frumpy, matronly or pointy. A nice, uncomplicated bra thats comfortable, supportive and fashionable.
