This a little small for me now but see my review for the same bra in 28f instead

    • I think this looks much better, probably should've looked before leaving the other comment lol. I think if you loosened the straps it would fit wonderfully. They're obviously overtightened. I used to over tighten my straps quite a lot. It's a hard habit to quite after wear bras so long with bands too large and cups too small.

    • The straps fell down any looser. Some small corps were really loose bans, and some were tighter. This was always a loose and stretchy band, and a band too big anyway. The shape worked well though on this E cup part of my nipple would show and certain times of the month hence the F cup too. As with many bras, the apex of the cup sits too low on me

I have quite a bit of separation (3 fingers) between boobs and they are quite shallow (and fairly even vertically, but slightly FOB), so this bra fits very well with the exception of the gore, which doesn't tack even when wearing the band at sufficient tightness. The band is too wide, which means it needed a bit of modification to fit to said sufficient tightness...achieved this by sewing the loop portion of a bra extender to the band next to the existing loops.

I have to adjust it every 6-8 hours, but otherwise not a huge problem. Straps are perfect.

This was a story of so close, yet so far. If it had the same width as my Masquerade Hestia, it'd be my new best. Buuut it's so wide it wraps around my ribcage and the straps are obviously too wide-set as well. The cups were wide and shallow, but had enough volume and I loved that they have nice immediate depth, and sat correctly in my IMF. Really a shame about the width. The band seemed a bit stretchy, but not impossibly so, also I sometimes buy a 30DD and alter the band down a couple inches, so not really a deal-breaker.

    Used to fit

November 2015: Not sure why I never uploaded pictures of me wearing this... Darn. But so far, the Maddie has been my tried and true bra and I now wear it in 28FF and it fits perfectly. https://d28qt14g3opchh.cloudfront.net/smileys/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" />

Original Review: When I first bought this bra, it fit almost perfectly. The straps were really wide in the front, so if I wasn't standing perfectly erect, my armpits press the cups forward and they gap a tiny bit next to my arms. But other than that, the band was nice and firm, I filled the cups well, and they encased my tissue on the ... sides well.

Now, the same gaping occurs, but I quadboob at the center of the cups. When I first swoop and scoop, I am exploding out of the cups, but due to the band stretching out and the before mentioned gaping due to too-wide straps, my breasts end up slipped into my armpits. I have remeasured my breasts, and retried on my bras, and they definitely do fit differently. Curvy Kate Tempt Me in 28E used to be too big, and now it just fits. The Kensie Corselette bra used to gap a tiny bit and now it doesn't. Cleo Marcie is a bit too small. Freya Ashlee half-cup in 30DD (with an altered band) is too small.

I'm not quite sure where to go from here. After looking at other bra measurements, I don't know if I need to upgrade to a 28F or stay a 28E. Cleo bras seem a bit smaller than other brands, so maybe I'll size up in Cleo but stay a 28E for now in other bras. I haven't had much success outside Cleo Maddie and Marcie with my shape, so I'm still searching for other bras that fit well from other brands.

This bra is half a cup volume too big, which is a shame because the 28DD Cleo Maddie is half a cup volume too small. The bra is designed for someone with horizontally oriented breasts and mine are vertically oriented. There is empty space at the upper outer edges of the cups. Go for this bra if you are in between 28DD and 28E.

I was surprised to be quad-boobing out of this one. At first glance it seems to fit well, but once I did a real swoop and scoop from the sides I was spilling out over the top. I think I may have migrated breast tissue and I will wind up in a mostly 28F or even FF once I have all of this figured out.

It looks like 28F is going to be the correct size for me in this one. This is a great simple basic T-shirt bra.

I really can't tell much of a difference between this bra and the 28DD I have. They both seem to fit nicely. I hope to find this one cheaper than I bought it on amazon ($50 :/) because it should be good on my bigger boob days.

I desperately wish this bra fit me.
Alas, the straps are quite wide set, not helped by my unusually narrow frame, and this created other fit problems.

Since I had to pull the straps in at an angle to sit properly on my shoulders, the cup was pushed out at the top, creating a gape the size of a grape at my armpit. Weirdly, the rest of the cup lay along my breast just fine. This leads me to think it was a strap problem, not a moulded cup problem.

I returned this sucker because the weird gaping really defeats the purpose of a smooth t-shirt bra. Sad day.
